We had a plumbing issue pop up and M&P Plumbing made the whole process painless. From the first call, they were responsive and helpful, got us scheduled quickly, and showed up on time. The technician was knowledgeable, walked me through what was going on, and gave clear options without any pressure. Pricing was straightforward, the workmanship was excellent, and everything was left clean and tidy when they finished. It’s obvious they take pride in doing things the right way - this is the kind of local company you want to keep on speed dial. I’ll absolutely use M&P Plumbing again and recommend them to anyone in the Des Moines area.

Used through my HSA had an appt made. Called me to see if an early appt time would work for me. Who wouldn't love that? Toilet was repaired but it still needed some work. So I called back and someone was dispatched and came out right away. Got the issue fixed and gave me some tips on my bathroom sink. I would highly recommend. Great customer service and communication. Everyone went above and beyond. Thank you!

I had an appointment between 12pm and 3pm and Mark called at 1:30pm stating he was done for the day and would not be coming to the appointment and that I would need to reschedule. When I inquired why since I had a scheduled appointment, he hung up on me. No one in the office was answering but I was eventually able to get in contact with Katie who said she would call Mark and then call me back. The call back I received was that she was not sure what happened and was trying to find someone else to complete our service and would call me again. I never received a call back. Our home warranty agreed that this was unacceptable service and reassigned us to a new company. Update: the following day I received an appointment cancellation text with the time changed to 10:30AM to make it appear that I had missed or canceled my appointment.

All of the staff at M & P plumbing have been phenomenal to work with. I had the privilege of working with one staff specifically, who deserves a giant shout out. Mark, thank you for your extensive knowledge, experience, timeliness, and efficiency. You corrected my leaking faucet in such a skilled and proficient manner. I am so thankful to have your service and could not be a more satisfied customer.
