These are the guys you want to call for your plumbing needs! They replaced my water service line in my front yard after another plumber's worked failed. Matt went to bat for me with the city of Woodstock and got them to pick up the bill. They took extra time to make sure rocks and debris were not laying on top of the repaired area. I'm very satisfied with the quality and professionalism!

Hands down the only plumbing service I'll ever call going forward they were very responsive to my call and questions. The water heater they installed is so much better then the one we had before and instalation was fast and easy. They were personable and thoughtful.

I now have multiple outlets that are not working and he is refusing to repair the damages he caused. As a reasonable solution I requested half of the payment I sent him back so that I could hire an electrician to repair the damages he caused and he refused. If you are looking for a reliable plumber that takes responsibility for their actions look elsewhere!

After 2 visits and getting the run around a bit from another plumbing company in Woodstock, I sought recommendations from our town FB page on good and fair plumbers to repair a broken sewer line. The responses were overwhelmingly in favor MJ Plumbing. And I am so grateful they were. Matt was at our house the next day to properly diagnose the issue and explore repair options. Unlike the other company, he took the time to map the issue and do the necessary leg work to find the best repair solution. Whereas the other company handed us an estimate for $5,200 and said they "thought" they knew what the issue was. My husband who is inherently interested in knowing the interworkings of everything, was involved in the entire diagnostic process. Everything was communicated clearly to us. Matt even communicated with us while out of state visiting family, as he knew we were at limited capacity to use water sources in our house for fear of water backing up into our basement. Him and his crew repaired the broken sewer line in just a few hours. During the repair they identified another issue that definitely needed rectifying and only cost us $200 now, but would have cost us thousands later (B Box, which offers access to the water shut off valves, was improperly buried under a foot of dirt, packed with soil, and had no cap. So they raised it, cleared it out, and will be fitting it with a cap to allow appropriate access in the event of an emergency.) Very grateful to have found MJ Plumbing. Matt and his entire crew were kind and extremely efficient. I feel at ease knowing this issue was handled by competent workers, and won't be an issue 6 months or 6 years down the road. Will be using them going forward for any Plumbing needs!

We recently had a broken sewer line in our front yard and called MJ Plumbing. Matt and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He diagnosed the issue quickly, clearly explained the necessary repairs (even educated me on the process which I personally appreciate), and completed the sewer line replacement promptly with high-quality work. Matt and MJ Plumbing made the process super smooth and resolved our issue completely. I highly recommend their services and will be using them for plumbing issues in the future!

Hard to find a good plumber now a days!! Had water pressure problems as well as temperature problems in my shower. Matt came out and he knew his stuff!! Fixed it right away and was very reasonable with his price. Thanks Matt I will definitely have you back if I have any plumbing issues!!

We had a water softener replaced in an existing home. One connection leaked from improper sweated connection which Matt fixed. Leaks continued and he has not returned our calls.
