Lyons Plumbing is the best PLUMBING CO in Maryland. I have been a customer for many years and they are always punctual in coming to fix the issues. Recently my hot water heater went out and they ordered a new one and replaced it quickly. The owner Dan and Mark are greatest . This company is 5 STAR plus.

I have friends and family members that use this company and they always recommend their services. But man when I tell you that it goes beyond their work ethic. Mark Britt was our hero out the goodness in his heart at the moment he saw us in a place where we needed a hero. He stepped in with a smile and helped us to get back on the road and made the unpleasant moment under a horrible weather situation at night, to be bright, smooth and the kindness overflowed leaving mark in our hearts to always spread the goodness with intention the same way, he did for us. Thank you, Mark and you are the best!

Lyon’s Plumbing called me within minutes of my online request for help with my water treatment system. The company who installed my water treatment system went out of business. Three other companies stated “NO we cannot help you” when I contacted them. Dan Lyons researched the water system I had and agreed to help me. Mark and Dan came to my house on time and were efficient and affordable. I had a new hot water heater installed and my water treatment system serviced. I will be having them come back again for all of my plumbing needs. I highly recommend Lyons Plumbing. They really do care!

We have used Lyons for plumbing issues a couple of times now and had a good experience each time. Most recently they replaced our hot water heater and from talking with neighbors and coworkers - we paid a very reasonable price. As a matter of fact - we had an electrician do some work who left all his trash in our garage - which we did not realize. The plumber from Lyon's not only cleaned up nicely from his work, but took the trash from the electrician! We noticed this after he left. Now that is some good customer service!

We had Lyons Plumbing replace our water heater. There was good communication and then Dan came over and inspected the work to be done. He provided a competitive all-in price, removing the BS you hear with other contractors. On the day, they arrived on time and completed the work without a fuss. The job site was cleaned up and the follow up was excellent. Advise provided re. the inspector was also great. Overall, positive experience and will use again if/when the need arises.
