we've called on luca's plumbing twice now when we had plumbing problems, and each time they really helped us out. the office manager, chris, was fantastic—super friendly and kept us updated every step of the way. the team was quick to respond and sent a plumber over the same day both times we needed help. both technicians, eddie and axel, were professional and made sure to explain all the work and costs before starting. their prices seemed fair compared to other plumbers we've used, but what really stood out was how great their customer service was. it's a huge relief to have such a dependable plumber, especially when something goes wrong in this texas heat.

In the same week, chris came out and did a fantastic job replacing our old water heater, which had been in use for about twenty years. he was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was done right. chris also took the time to explain what he did and showed us how to use the new water heater before leaving. A few days later, we had another issue when we found a big puddle of water coming from our backyard sprinkler system. We couldn’t figure out where the leak was underground, so we called the plumbing company again. eddie answered the call and was really kind, telling us not to worry and that they would fix it. axel arrived very quickly, in less than half an hour, even though it was extremely hot outside. he worked hard and used his plumbing experience to find and repair a pipe that had been damaged by roots. Chris did an outstanding job with the plumbing work during my master bathroom remodel in Longview. He was hardworking, polite, and always kept me updated about what he was doing next. Chris made sure everything was cleaned up and ready for the next step in the remodel. I also met Axel at a local tile store, and he helped guide me through picking out the right style and coordinating tiles for my bathroom. Axel was very patient and took time to make sure I would be happy with my choices and that they fit my budget. He even offered to meet me at another store to continue helping with the selection process. Chris has continued working on plumbing throughout my entire home remodel, staying dedicated and making sure each phase is done with care. His positive attitude and plumbing know-how have really stood out. On another occasion, Jonathan came out to restart my water heater. He arrived on time, was friendly and knowledgeable, and even showed me a few easy tricks to restart the pilot light myself if I need to in the future. During my yearly plumbing inspection, Jonathan checked out my water heater and all the plumbing fixtures in my house. He recommended upgrading my old rubber hoses to stainless steel braided ones, and took care of the replacement quickly. Jonathan had also installed my water heater in the past, and I’ve always found him thoughtful and professional. I really appreciate how this company in Longview values quality work and dedicated plumbers. I recommend signing up for their maintenance plan for yearly inspections and service discounts.
