I was introduced to Low Tide Plumbing through Palmetto-Electric's H2O Water Heater Program. Relocating the heater from the attic was convenient, seamless, and one of the easiest home projects I've ever done. The whole Low Tide Plumbing team is excellent: the responsive office staff who cheerfully answered all my questions and scheduled the work; the knowledgeable techs who came to evaluate the project and patiently explained the options that would fit my budget; and the expert installers who completed the work on time and left everything neat and tidy. Everyone was considerate of my time and property (such as calling before arrival, arriving on time, and cleaning up after the work). In summary, the quality of their work and customer service is excellent.

Low Tide have relocated my Water heater into the garage, installed double sinks in Two bathrooms, changed my Shower diverter valve. Always on time, Great experience. Will always use them.
