Low Cost Plumbing Services

I've been using Martin for nearly 20 years. I called a different company because they recently serviced my AC for free as a promotion. They charged me to access the situation, but their quotes were outrageous, and nothing was done to remedy the immediate issue. When I try to support a different company, I come back to him. LOL He is prompt, honest, and prices have always better than others. He is good at explaining things and providing different options. It's important to do business with people you trust, and he has always taken care of us. Thank you!

They were great. Gave us options and were very friendly. Got it done quick and were available when needed. Great at communicating with us as well. Going to need to change our boiler next and will definitely be giving them a call.

From the time I first spoke with Martin the owner on Monday, scheduled with Priscilla for today then met with Jesse at site I can happily say WELL DONE TO ALL OF YOU. The company was referred to me from a neighbor on Wildwood Island in Sanger. So thanks too Jack. I haven’t needed to hire a plumber for years. The price tag seemed high but I believe the service was worth it.

I felt like it was too overpriced for the work done. No detail explanation on the charges. Just a big flat fee for the repair.

If I could rate it no star, I would. I made an appointment a week out because that was the only opening. Based on the reviews, I only made it with this business. Schedule to arrive today 1-3pm. No one showed up. I proceed to text them, they claim they are running behind. I tried to be understanding and agreed to let them come at 5-6pm. It is now 7pm, no show.

I noticed some watermark on my ceiling and have some concern that I may have a pipe leakage going on. I contact low-cost plumbing service and they came out and did a free inspection. Steven took his time and went through all the pipeline and found out that there was no leakage in the pipeline which was a good thing. He was able to pinpoint that the water was probably seeping through the roof vent, base on the evidence of watermarks along the vent pipe. After inspecting the roof, the vent did have breakage/cracks noted in the vent sealing that was allowing water to seep into the pipe which flow into the ceiling. He was able to reseal all of the roof vents to prevent any water from entering. Everything was done the same day, which was really fast and quick. Steven was very professional. He kept open communication and kept me in the loop of what’s going on during the whole entire process. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues. I feel that the price was reasonable and doable.

The entire experience was great. When I called a recording came on that said if you're experiencing COVID systoms to basically let them know so they can do alternatives for you. This gave me a piece of mind that they care about thier employees and their community. Then I got a live person and didn't need to leave a message, which I appreciate, because the others I had to leave messages and wait for a call back to schedule a time. I work still so this was very convenient to not have to play phone tag. When Moses got here he wore gloves and a mask the entire time. He was very professional and took care of the issue. He was in and out in a timely manner. He also showed up on time and I was alerted via text. We will be using them again.

I would add 5 more stars if I could. Anthony and Adrian came out bright and early this morning to install a water heater that was very old. They got it out swept up before they put the new one in. They spent time making sure everything was perfect, showed me how to adjust it and I must say, it's beautiful. They then went out of their way to check a few things with my water line to let me know what, if anything needed to be done. Did not try to push me into buying more than what I wanted. I can't say enough, their work is outstanding, their professional, their prompt and their nice. I am very pleased and they will be my plumbers from now on. I highly recommend this company and their employees.

Scheduled appointment for price quote on Water leak detection system; was asked to take pictures of where system would be installed & where main water line into house is; then they scheduled an appointment for Wednesday, April 10, 2024 between 8:00 am - 10:00 am & I verified that there would be no charge for the estimate & I was told no charge. I get call today, day of appointment at 9:35 am & I am told that instead there will be a charge of $85.00 for the estimate, No other plumbing company has charged me for an estimate! Totally Unprofessional & they just wasted my time, since I had been waiting for them since 8:00 am this morning. I Would NEVER recommend this company.

Martin was very willing to help me with a water heater issues. I called him on a Friday night and he was able to come early Saturday morning to take a look at the heater. He offered me two options, repair or replacement. We decided to replace the unit. He came to my house early on Monday and was there maybe two hours if that. I was able to get into work at a decent hour which makes me happy. I can't even tell that anyone was there doing work, no mess. I had swept up some leaves to clear the path to the heater and he kindly picked them up for me and put them in my green can. Overall very happy with his service and happy to have a plumber I can call! Great pricing!

A root from a 35 year old tree traveled under our residential foundation, found the main sewer line under the kitchen floor, and compressed it until it cracked. Low cost plumbing had a quick response, excellent inquiry into the issue at hand, delivered a professional diagnosis, and provided low pressure options. No extra sales tricks and all work was explained in detail, to include cost. All work conducted was left to my decision making. The crew has an excellent work ethic and are determined to repair or install to your satisfaction. Highly recommend.

I found them to be expensive. Service person (Anthony) friendly but I needed a simple double float changed on an American Standard toilet purchased from Lowe's ($60 part at most on internet). They had to order the floats and knowing that I needed it asap due to my circumstance, opted to delay my repair 5 more days for a bigger job that came up. They said that I couldn't cancel the work order because they had ordered the 'special part,' so I had to wait a week for the repair and paid them $287.55. Live and learn. I was a one time customer for sure.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Don't believe the other reviews. Unprofessional flakes. My water heater broke. So I have no hot water. Can't shower, can't do laundry, etc. They set a three hour window to come to my home. They texted right before the end of the day and said they couldn't make it. They did not reschedule another time. I was left in limbo without hot water. They didn't answer their phone when I tried to call. They didn't respond to my (very polite) voicemail at all. It seemed like they couldn't care less about me as a customer.

Anthony and Tony were very thorough in checking the yard and house for possible leak source. Not finding anything obvious, we scheduled a leak detector to come by on Wednesday. We’ll see what is discovered next! The leak was found to be one of our toilets. Today Adrian came and completed the toilet repair which was the culprit of the water leak we had. He was very thorough and showed me the repairs once completed! Thanks for all your careful and conscientious work!

Low Cost Plumbing-Anthony came buy to replace a electric water heater in my mobile food unit today, I was amazed on how fast he got it done and very clean! As he waited for water to heat up, I asked Anthony if he can help on installing a self door closing unit on the trailer in less than 10 min he did that too.
