Jorge was in my neighborhood and I needed some work done, I saw the truck and gave him a call and he was able to see me right away. He is the nicest guy you will ever meet amd so professional. He let me know what the issue was and how he would resolve it. He followed up the next day to see how things were going . I would definitely recommend him for all your plumbing needs. I plan on setting up my early maintenance schedule with him because he is great and true to his word. 10 out of 10 stars for sure.
Jorge from Love Thy Plumber is phenomenal!!! He was prompt, well prepared, maintained a clean and organized work space, very detailed, professional and most important honest!!! I thought I needed to replace my commode, but all I needed was a new fill valve. He could have swindled me to purchase a new commode, instead he showed me what was causing the problem. He also conducted a water leak test on my shower valves and piping. Installed the fixtures showing me step by step the process. I am beyond grateful, Love Thy Plumber is bar none the best company in Hampton Roads and I will definitely hire again for any future issues.

He arrived on time, provided an on-target estimate, and fixed our broken toilet flange professionally and quickly. He left the floor cleaner than when he arrived.
