Mike helped us upgrade our old water heater from a 40 to 50 gal, as we moved into our new home. He was communicative, kind, and efficient. Everything from scheduling permits, old tank removal, and installation of the new one was seamless. Would certainly work with Mike again. Thank you!
Called company on Friday after finding slow leak from old rusted bottom of water heater tank. Got quick callback from Mike. He arrived on time Monday a.m., installed new 50 gal. Bradford-White tank, cleaned up, took away old tank and was gone before noon. Did a great job for a fair price. Bigger company wanted over 3 times as much. Mike was a lucky find, and I highly recommend him for water heater work, his specialty.
I would give more stars but Google won't let me! Our old water heater started leaking and I reached out to Mike for a quote for a replacement. The process was so simple; we texted back and forth, agreed on price (which was better than anyone else), and got it scheduled. Our new water heater was installed, beautifully I might add, before the other one completely failed. Mike is an expert is what he does, super easy to work with, and has streamlined the process of quoting and scheduling to perfection. Highly, highly recommend working with Mike if you want a hot heater installed right, quickly, and at a good price.
No hot water late on a Saturday evening. Early next morning got on the computer with a recommendation from my neighbor. Got a response from Mike before 7am. Had me scheduled for Monday, late morning. Mike arrived on time, with the new water heater in his trailer. It's almost 3pm on Monday, and we're up and running. Couldn't have been easier. Great experience!
