Very prompt and efficient. Our water heater went out and we called Longevity for help. He was right on our problem and knew exactly what we needed. He checked everything and put our new water heater in place and corrected some little things we would not have known to. He did it all from delivery, install and removal of our broken water heater. One of the most pleasant and caring persons we have met... would recommend for any and all of your plumbing needs.

My water heater went out on Friday at 2 PM, Javet responded to my request and went and picked up a new water heater for me before 5PM the same day. He was out at 8AM on Saturday morning changing it out. He is a very happy go lucky person, friendly, and knowledgeable. As if that isn't awesome enough, he was also very well prepared, requested pictures, and made sure he had everything on hand and in his van that he needed to complete the job. His prices were more than fair, his work was nice and tidy, and he was in and out in no time. He cleaned up after himself, hauled away my old water heater, and I didn't have to call him back for anything. I'm happy to report that I have found myself a new plumber! Highly recommend, no need to look any further. The job was kind of a pain in the butt, but he never made me feel any other way than he had it under control, and he would knock it out quickly. If you're looking for a great plumber for a reasonable price, Longevity Plumbing Services is the way to go! Javet replied to my online request promptly. He was at my house in less than two hours (my job was fairly nearby another job of his)! Initially, he came over to replace my garbage disposal, which I had thought had died, but it was actually just jammed. But since he was already over anyway, I actually asked if he could move the disposal to the other side of the sink (since the previous owners had the disposal in a place we didn't really like), he happily did it and finished it in no time. He cleaned up after himself, leaving the area looking better than it was when he came in. The garbage disposal has been running the best it ever has, and it's in a new area of the sink that makes it super-convenient for me and my husband-- I really couldn't be happier with Javet's work! Will definitely hire again for any of my plumbing needs!

The water heater in our new house was making the rumbling sounds that tell you when there is massive mineral build up inside the tank. Rather than wait for it to die on us, we decided to replace it immediately. We searched around the Solvang/Lompoc/Santa Maria area and asked for quotes. Not only was Javet the most responsive, but he was the best priced by far. Add to that the fact that he was on time, knowledgeable and just a great all-round guy, we felt like we hit the lottery with him. On the phone and again when he arrived, he walked us through the process, answered our questions and listened. His work is pristine and he was in and out in no time. Javet is very responsive to calls, very friendly, and does great work. Prices were also good. I have lived in my house for 2 years didn't know how old the toilet was and it was a push button on the tank lid flush. It's always been a horrible toilet requiring multiple flushes and extra water to make it flush adequate enough to pass waste. He came out looked at it, put the auger down, and came to the conclusion that it seemed like the toilet just needed to be replaced. Called 8/3, he came out 8/4, and I had a new toilet 8/5. Snaked the drain for good measure. And now I have a very nice and correctly functioning toilet, only having one bathroom I wanted it fixed before it became a major issue. I would definitely recommend him for any of your plumbing needs. He purchased the toilet, brought to my house, and also hauled the old toilet away. I definitely happy with my results.

My first experience using Javet was on a Sunday, when I had discovered water bubbling up from a pipe in my front yard. Not what you want to see especially on a weekend. I called numerous plumbing companies who I had used before, but no one answered their phones or indicated an emergency number to call on that Sunday until I called Longevity Plumbing and Javet answered his cellphone. He came right over assessed the situation and began digging. I called him my Angel that day, such a nice man with a beautiful smile. Since that day Javet is my first call for my plumbing issues and less expensive that other's I have used. Javet just finished some plumbing work at my new house - ie replacing corroded valves, installing a dishwasher, installing a garbage disposal, running a water line to the fridge, etc and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience! He's a super personable dude, and took the time to explain what needed (and didn't need) to be replaced and why. The estimate was fair, and there weren't any "hidden" costs. After dealing with a ton of different contractors over the past couple weeks, it was super refreshing have really solid communication and have him show up on time and finish the work. Javet is a great plumber and a true professional. I had a situation where I had not one but two leaks from my toilets to my ceiling. I had tried to call several plumbers but the best they could do would be two weeks to a week and a half. Not Javet, he offered to come check out my issue the following day. He was a cool guy and listened to my concerns and then troubleshooted the problem. He gave me a fair flat rate upfront and the rest was history. I have already referred him to several coworkers and will let everyone else know where you can find a great plumber. The best experience I have had and if I have any other issues i will call him. Great service at a fair price.

We couldn't be happier with Longevity Plumbing. We just bought a home and had some issues that needed to fixed quickly and a few just would be nice to get done projects. Javet came out and quickly assessed the situation, haves us a very fair quote, and scheduled service within a few days. Even though there were some unforeseen issues along the way, he got all 7 projects done in one day and stuck to his original quote. He is absolutely professional and great at his job. He is also a great person with a big smile and a wonderful sinkside manner. We will definitely be keeping his number for any and all future plumbing projects.

Javet is amazing. We had an emergency today when my husband accidentally broke the pipe to an outdoor spigot trying to remove a hose. The pipe cracked and we were in a serious pinch. Javet answered on the first call and was upfront about the increased cost for having to come on a Sunday (also Mother's Day). He was so responsive and showed up within an hour. He's also very friendly and kept his mask on the whole time, showing safety to Covid. He did an awesome job and we are so grateful. I highly recommend and we will definitely be a repeat customer!
