Install team showed up promptly and started replacing the furnace, they explained what to expect while they were here. They cleaned up very thoroughly and explained the work they had done, and how to change the filters, care for the humidifier and operation of the thermostat. Was very impressed with their friendliness and professionalism. Highly recommend.

We had a very professional installation of a new HVAC system from our comfort consultant Steven J. to our installers James an Blake. Price was unbeatable! All 3 were friendly and explained everything that was going to happen. Installers took their time to ensure everything was correct. Then did an excellent job of cleaning up.

Logan Services did a fantastic job assessing my heating problem with my 31 year old Trane furnace. It was discussed with Anthony (repair) what my options were and he was honest and friendly trying to find the best solution for me. Brett came shortly after and was extremely thorough and a pleasure to work with when deciding which new furnace to get. Installers Nathan and Devin did a fantastic job installing my new Trane furnace and the finished product not only looks clean but performs top notch. *** update*** Beyond pleased with the system I had installed today. For 2 years, I would not get good heat upstairs in my Cape Cod. Tonight, so much heat blew that I had to turn down the temp to 68! I never imagined my upstairs could get so hot!!! Thank you Logan for changing this!!! As a former employee when I needed a new furnace Logan was my first choice to call. Honest, trustworthy, customer centric, and reliable would be how I described my experience. The home warranty company would not cover a cracked heat exchanger and the company they sent wanted an exorbitant amount to replace. Logan, gave me an honest and beyond fair price for the same replacement. Logan also included updating my flue pipe that the other company wanted to charge me extra for. If you are on the fence about an having to replace or repair your heating, cooling or plumbing needs, I would definitely recommend this company. Professional work! Replaced our 21+ year system and identified a coolant line that was too small per new code. Work was completed in 8hrs. Including stringing a new coolant line without breaking through walls. They cleaned their area and hauled the old systems away. New "Trane" system is definitely superior. House can now get above 65 degrees. A huge Thank You to : Bob- inspector, Michael, Brandon?-apprentice, Jason-sales manager, Christine- scheduling and to all those we missed.
