Locklear Plumbing replaced my natural gas water heater with a Bradford White model at a reasonable price. Alden and crew did an excellent job with the installation. It passed inspection on the first pass. It was a pleasure to do business with everyone I encountered at Locklear. All were polite, pleasant, and professional. I will definitely contact them again for my future plumbing needs.

The team showed up in a timely manner. They were very efficient. In 2 hrs or less, we were good to go with a new water heater. They did what they said they would do and got us out of a predicament. As far as pricing I am not exactly sure what others may charge for the same service. But convenience and efficiency is worth something. And they were certainly great in those areas. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely a company I trust and will (and have) recommend to anyone who prioritizes trust, safety, and transparency. You know from a photo who's coming. They're professional punctual, and in my budget and they will need in yours too. Give them a go and you too will know. The professionalism and standards they hold to are getting more scarce but it's good to know some still stand tall. Thanks guys!

45 dollars to have their guy come out and wiggle my drain. Bathtub overflow drain is loose and water leaking through ceiling. The guy would not repair the seal or tighten screws he only offered to put silicone around it. Guess ill.be watching another youtube video and headed to home depot. I would like my money back!

Ha, the website states the hire professionals with clean driving records by their drivers go over 100mph on 75 without maintaining a lane. Runs off the road and throws rocks into windshields causing cracks. Absolutely pathetic for standards for company. Drug testing doesn't rid of alcoholics. Cheap and underqualified staff

I had a major leak in the sewer lines in my house and an issue with my septic tank. It began leaking substantially into the ceiling and down the walls and up through the baseboards of my lower level floor causing flooding in my closets and my bedroom. I called Absolute Plumbing who came by to assess the damage first. They said I needed all this work done and it would cost me over $10k to fix it properly. I was literally freaking out. I had another company, Locklear Plumbing, come out as soon as Absolute Plumbing left, for a second opinion. I was then quoted $4400 to fix the entire problem and it did not entail what Absolute Plumbing told me. I was very skeptical and hesitant because of what Absolute Plumbing quoted me because they seemed very sure of themselves. The tech, Brandon, assured me that he and Eric could fix the problem and it would only cost me $4400. Sure enough, he was right. I was so impressed and so thankful that it wasn't going to cost me over $10k and the problems were fixed and now I have no leaks praise God. They even gave me a 10 percent off coupon which made the bill $4k. Thank you Brandon and Eric with Locklear Plumbing.

Needed water heater replaced. I purchased the water heater, was natural gas so I decided to have a Pro do it. Mind you I bought the WH and a new expansion tank... to be replaced. My friend who owns the residence is a Senior who was recently widowed, the guy came, to do the job and the set price was 1248.84. She contacted me and told me the price... I was shocked, I told her I would call them and find out why so much... Phoned their office, owner wasn't in he would call me back. He did, I was told that this was their standard fee... I told him she was a recent widow, senoir citizen and what we had furnished for the job... he gave her a 100.00 discount for being a senoir, and 40.00 off for us having the expansion tank. Now I'm not sure but a couple hours worth of work shouldn't cost you a grand... so price gouging ... Check, taking advantage of an elder lady... Check Never to do work for me or anyone else I know EVER.... Check Thanks for the big discount buddy, hope you can sleep well knowing you rob honest folks.

I would strongly caution others before using this plumber. I was quoted $45 for an estimate, but was ultimately charged $75 instead—without clear explanation or prior agreement. That alone was frustrating, but what made the experience worse was the actual quote for the work, which came in at double what other reputable companies in the area provided for the same job. Transparency and fairness matter, especially when inviting someone into your home for service. Unfortunately, this experience felt misleading and overpriced from start to finish. I recommend getting multiple quotes and confirming all fees upfront before committing.

We are so pleased with the attention and service we received from Locklear Plumbing for our plumbing needs. From our very first contact, Sheree was attentive and helpful when scheduling our appointment. Our technician, Cobey, was professional, knowledgeable, and very kind in explaining exactly what needed to be done. We were especially impressed that another team member even drove out to deliver a needed part so the installation of our water filtration system could be completed the same day. We are extremely pleased with every aspect of the service and truly appreciate the professionalism and care shown by the entire team!

Absolute PERFECTION with Locklear Plumbing! We had a number of needs of which some were unknown but the plumbing was not working or had been taken apart so we could not test. Eli was there the next day and from the start to the finish, he explained what he planned to do, did it efficiently and carefully, and kept us informed all the way. There were some surprises yet he was unfazed and took care of them all, ever keeping us aware. There were some poor installations from the build and Eli knew exactly what to do to correct the issues. Yes, we are thrilled and will always call Locklear when any plumbing is needed!

I appreciate the prompt response and the transparency in providing pricing upfront. However, it seems that the urgency of the situation—even during normal business hours—may contribute to higher pricing. Once a technician has been dispatched and a trip fee applies, customers may feel inclined to proceed with the quoted price to resolve the issue efficiently. In my case, I paid approximately 30% more than a quote from another provider. I selected Locklear expecting a lower rate, but once the technician was on-site, I chose to proceed with the service, which just took 30–40 minutes.

Called and asked if they could come earlier on the scheduled day, which worked better than the original scheduled time for me. Did a thorough inspection of each issue I had, gave me a couple of options on the repairs and what each would cost. Once I made the decision on what option, they worked timely and efficiently and got the jobs done. As far as pricing I really don’t know, but I do know they came on the scheduled day, had all the equipment they needed to make the repairs, were in and out and the repairs were done!

Colby and Alden did a phenomenal job. We were extremely pleased with them. They were respectful, courteous, knowledgeable young men with very positive attitudes. Colby explained every aspect of the job, keeping me informed throughout the day. I am most impressed with the level of customer service that was provided from everyone that I had contact with. Before leaving our home they made sure the job site was totally clean. I highly recommend Locklear Plumbing, and will certainly use them whenever a need arises.

During the coldest winter ever one of my pipes cracked. I didn’t know what to expect the girl at the office was so helpful and gave me an appointment the next day.
