John B. arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up after the repair. Before starting, he explained the repair and the reason for the expense. The cost struck me as a little high, but I've found them very reasonable in the past and the work was thorough. John did a good job and made sure to answer any questions I had.

Whew! We found a 'gushing' leak under our condo this morning. John K. was here faster than a pizza delivery! Fixed the problem for a VERY reasonable price. He was kind, respectful, knew his stuff, and went beyond our expectations! While we hope we never have a situation like that again, we do know we will be calling Local Plumbers, LLC for all our future needs!

After hearing their advertisement on a local Christian radio station, I went to their web site. I liked that they were a small business and they appeared to have good values that aligned with mine. I called and scheduled and appointment. I took the time to be available during the time they stated they would arrive. They never arrived nor did I receive a call stating they would not be able to make it. I do understand thinks happen, A simple phone call would have been nice.

I had an appointment set up for a tankless hot water heater quote. They canceled the person coming at the last minute. The sales manager wanted to quote me over the phone without even seeing where it would go. He then got upset because I didn’t already have gas set up. They just want easy money with no effort to help the customer. I called a different company that was a real plumber and got one installed with great customer service for $1200 cheaper.

This evaluation of 'The Local Plumber, LLC' will not include valueless comments like "Great Price, Great Job, Great Technicians" because they are subjective and provide little useful detail. Over the years, I've submitted dozens of reviews for products and services. Great products and services get high-marks. The boot goes to "bottom-feeders". Upon rare, rare occasion I get to use the five-star rating. "Superlative" is a "5". "Great" is a "4". Now, you understand my scoring and how The Local Plumber, LLC. earned its mark, below. The Grade: Local Plumber, L.L.C. gets a "Five". "Five = Superlative". None of my reviews in recent memory has earned this score. Please read on. With any project, considerable effort & time researching and crafting an "understanding of expectation" is essential; four (4)(minimum) work-estimate quotes, including extensive "scope of work" interviews at minimum. Next, the "Project", below. - Re-routing gutter downspout drainage through the yard to the street, involving 75' feet of trenching at 12-18" depth, avoiding multiple tree roots, with termination at the street. - Materials: 4" diameter, specification 40 PVC, with multiple elbows and adapters. - Equipment: Backhoe with twelve-inch bucket to minimize grass/yard damage. So why the great score? - During the initial interview, they listened to my ideas and concerns. John (the technician) did a superb job of managing my expectations while providing necessary technical input. The discussion lasted for a little over half an hour. The result of that discussion was a well-crafted, detail-oriented scope of work, timeline and initial cost estimate. The takeaway: "Excellent listening and analytical skills" adapted to "real-world problem-solving". - The formal service quote (via e-mail) conformed exactly to the initial estimate during the interview. - Local Plumber office personnel: Extraordinarily polite. I repeat ... incredibly polite and well-spoken. And after multiple phone calls to their office, there was 100% consistency. - On-site Technicians: John and helper. See point above. Extraordinarily polite. I repeat ... incredibly polite and well-spoken throughout the entire working day. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. - Efficient, clean and 100% dedicated to making ME happy. The attention to detail was flawless and every effort was consistently made throughout the day to steer the end result to my complete satisfaction. In point, they would not leave until I told them how happy I was. - 100% Professional. No impatience or evidence to "get out as quickly as possible". Too many times have I worked with providers anxious to move on to their next call without quite getting the previous call (me) fully completed. - Cost. Local Plumber was not the lowest bid. But they cleanly beat two of the four by a wide margin. They "hooked" me with the most optimum combination of price and attention to the high-value matters in my mind. The takeaway: "No surprises". So how will they perform for you? I can't say. But I will say that if you take the time to understand how they can best serve you and let them know you are focused on how you can help them manage YOUR expectations, then you WILL be pleased. Side-note: I spoke with two other neighbors in our sub-division who have used this company and they concurred with the points presented today.

I have used Local Plumber numerous times now over the past year. They have done a couple small jobs, but did some large ones as well. Replaced my sewer line back in the summer and told me then that the City needs to come out and repair connection under the street. The city is saying that is my responsibility so they didn’t fix it. My new sewage line got clogged and backed up this weekend, because that connection isn’t fixed. I called Local Plumber first thin yesterday (Monday) morning and they sent a Tech out by 1:00 in afternoon. He (George) had a great personality, as does most of their employees I’ve encountered, but even took it to another level. He was extremely helpful…unclogged the pipe and then showed me the bad connection again under the street with his camera, and now is taking his time to put together a detailed write-up of the problem in order to give me the info I need to battle with the city over this. Every time I’ve called, Local plumber they have… 1. Responded quickly… 2. Sent out very nice and polite plumbers. They have also been very knowledgeable. In the couple instances where the Techs didn’t know exactly what to do, they would call to find the answer or bring another Tech out to solve it. They didn’t try to make something up or take shortcuts…. 3. Fixed the issue correctly… 4. And lastly, their prices are reasonable. Have never felt as though I was over charged. I can’t say enough good things about Local Plumber, considering the times we live in, where so many companies have abandoned customer service and seem to not want to take responsibility. Local Plumber is definitely the best company I work with in the “service” industry, and it’s a breath of fresh air.

Horrible service I working at apartment complex we had an emergency situation where the main line was backed up dumping waste into Apartments we made the emergency after hours call around 10:00 p.m. at 11:00 p.m. I called back they say they don't give ETA and that the plumber will call when they're on the way 12:00 a.m. I call again to confirm that a plumber is on the way I'm told that they will make a note of it and try to reach the plumber again 1:00 a.m. I call again to try to confirm that a plumber is on the way I get the same script 2:00 a.m. I call again to try to confirm that a plumber is going to come out tonight I get the same script 3:00 a.m. I call again just trying to confirm that a plumber will come out tonight the lady says the same script and I explained to her that I'm just trying to confirm that a plumber supposed to come this is my fourth call she says she'll take my information and pass it along and I confirm with her four separate times that I will get a call back whether they get a hold of another plumber or not she confirms this four separate times an hour and 40 minutes later 2:44 a.m. no call back I call again and get the same script if you are having an emergency situation I do not recommend this company I don't know why they couldn't just tell me that no plumber was going to be available tonight they could have saved me four and and 45 minutes of waiting for something that was never going to happen

Local Plumbering is definitely the TRUTH, Y'all! Firstly, I am coming from Southern California helping my mom out, and i noticed a leak in her guest bathroom. I called several different companies in the local area, and they quoted me outrageous prices, and one even recommended replacing the whole entire fauct, which was definitely not necessary and, obviously i was very skeptical in regards of replacement and outrageous prices for a simple water leak. So I decided to search elsewhere through google search and found Local Plumber LLC, and right away Rob(Representative of Local Plumber LLC) hit it off! He was very pleasant, professional, easy talk to, relatable character, and the price was very reasonable, You cannot go wrong in using "Local Plumber" services! Ohhhh... we are so pleased with the work Local Plumber did.... and George was outstanding. We had to replace our hot water tank, and George was originally scheduled to come out the Monday after Helene hit. .. but we didn't have power... for 10 days. Each day Kristen would call to see if we had power to see if George could come out. We finally got power on Sunday, and I was delighted that that morning's phone call, I could say yes! George was very thorough, friendly, quick, efficient and knowledgeable! He did an amazing job and we would recommend him to anyone! We will use Local Plumber for all our plumbing needs. From start to finish, we were so pleased with their customer service and their work!

I will never need to call around for a plumber again. I hit the jackpot when I found Rob w/ Local Plumbers, LLC. We sprained a leak last year. We received estimates from 5 companies. Despite receiving a good estimate from them we ended up having it fixed by a friend. This year when we had a major leak in our slab, the job was too big for our friend to fix. We were not happy with the first quote to have our entire home repiped. Then I remembered meeting Rob and called him out. So happy I did. They actually found ways to save us money.He and the young plumber he had with him were so nice, professional and fast! I will not forget who to call next time I am in need of a repair!

I can't recommend Local Plumber highly enough. They replaced our ancient water heater a few years ago with a tankless unit that we love. Recently, George came out to diagnose a sewer line issue - roots were invading the clay pipe. He cleared it the same day and came out to replace the line a few days later with Jose. George also tackled some minor upgrades/repairs we've been putting off for years. He was a joy to be around, very knowledgeable, a clear communicator, and did great work. We have no reason to ever hire another company. It's always been easy to schedule an appointment, the work is consistently done in a timely manner, and pricing is transparent and fair.

First job done for us as a new customer. Felt treated as if we’ve done business together for a decade. Had an emergency situation at our business and Matt worked with another customers as far as scheduling to get out to us the next day in the rain and solve our problem. On top of that, our issue was the result of a contractor boring through our drainage line. Matt’s opening up of the ground ensured that we could all see and understand the cause and helped in the contractor taking responsibility for the damage they caused.

Excellent in every way. Responded quickly to an emergency situation. Correctly diagnosed the problem and took care of it. Highly recommend! Update- 6 months later, called Local Plumber LLC for a new problem. Once again, Local Plumber came to my rescue! Robert arrived on time, and was knowledgeable and efficient in diagnosing and repairing. Turned out it was a toilet valve problem causing massive leaking. Thank you, Robert, and Local Plumber, LLC. We bought our house in 2020 and have had numerous issues with our toilets and the builder’s plumber came out THREE times and said there’s no issue. So I called Local Plumber and John was able to identify the issue almost immediately. He replaced our flange and installed it in the correct place, and I’m so relieved we got an answer and got it fixed. Trust Local Plumber with all your plumbing needs!
