I love Llewellyn Plumbing! I have hired them a couple of times. They are professional, friendly, detail oriented. They were quick and accurate in diagnosing issues. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I love my new walk-in shower by Llewelyn Plumbing. I am 77 and was literally concerned each time I had to step into a bathtub to use the shower. I spoke with my son who, coincidentally, is a plumber with Llewelyn Plumbing. Andrew measured, discussed ADA regulations and what was available, I chose the look I wanted. I received an estimate with a few choices/recomendations. After I approved the estimate the materials were ordered and the work was not scheduled until everything they needed was in the shop. That took a couple of weeks but what I wanted came from California. I appreciated this, because once scheduled there was no delay. Llewelyn plumbers are skilled and knowledgeable, they were polite, professional and accommodating to my needs. They covered a path on my carpet from the door to the bathroom. Installation took a couple of days, but it was done right! They were so clean…never felt messy. I now have a gorgeous ADA compliant walk-in shower complete with safety bars compatible with my height and needs. I have the option to use a hand held or a fixed shower head. The shower floor is gorgeous but is non slip. I did not want a fixed shower chair, so I was able to use the one I already had. I could not be happier!!! Or, feel safer!!! A great company to work with!

I have used these guys on two separate occasions now. One for finishing my basement plumbing for the shower, plumbing for the toilet, and plumbing for the vanity. Having to pull up concrete and move the pipes so the shower, the toilet, and the vanity would all line up properly and running the water lines into the walls. And then taking some pre-run water lines and raising them up for the drywallers, and running lines for a stackable washer dryer in the basement. And the second time was for some plumbing on my main floor to get my garbage disposal and my new sink hooked up properly. And for the sink and garbage disposal they were here within 2 hours to get that done for me. Both times they have come to do work on my house they been amazing to work with. They do great quality work, they are very upfront and honest about everything, and they get things done in a very reasonable manner of time. I couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. Couldn't ask for better, couldn't be happier, and I will be referring them to anybody I know that needs plumbing work. I appreciate the good work that you guys have done for me. You guys have been great to work with.

Todd answered many of my questions via text and he also made time to give me a call to answer additional questions I had. Todd was very responsive and I was very comfortable with his no pressure sales tactics. Pricing was very competitive among a couple of other quotes and estimates I received. He wasn’t the cheapest but he wasn’t the most expensive either. I felt he deserved my business based on his honesty and integrity. Reese communicated with me on the day of install and was prompt and respectful. He proceeded to install with no issues or obstacles. We needed to replace the main valve and pressure regulator underneath our stairs in our house and it was a little bit bigger job than we wanted to take on. I grew up with the Llewellyn family and I knew they were great plumbers, so it was an easy call! Todd had his nephew there the next day and he was excellent! (Sorry I can't remember his name) the job was completed in a workman like manner and the charges were very fair for both labor and materials. We were very pleased and would recommend them for any job, large or small

I was helping my Daughter and son in laws family finish their basement in Salem. I do not have a lot of experience in the plumbing field, and the job was quite extensive. All three sewer lines for the basement bathroom required relocation. I contacted. Llewellyn Plumbing and set up an appointment right away. Todd was very professional and knowledgeable. He knew just what needed to be done to correct the plumbing problems. If I ever need a plumber for another project, I know just who to call. Llewellyn Plumbing.

Todd and his crew do phenomenal work. The biggest thing with them is you can trust that they will be completely honest both in their quotes and in their work. They treat you with the utmost respect and you never feel the pressure from them to do work you aren’t comfortable with; something that’s a lost trait in the service industry nowadays. Overall, absolutely reach out to them with any plumbing issues. Something as small as a leaky faucet, all the way to installing water softeners, they do it all. 10/10!

I got quoted 5x the price by another company to replace a drain. I almost went through with it until I came across Llewellyn and they were super helpful. Educated me about the problem and most importantly gave me a quote that is WAY cheaper. The plumbers are good guys, honest and polite, they were willing to put shoe covers on and off throughout the project. They worked fast and everything looked good after. I'm so glad Llewellyn saved us from being charged thousands of dollars extra!

Finding a plumber you trust is no small thing. I've had a couple incidents lately where I've needed some help. This last week we were having toilet issues and I was impressed when the team came in and as they listened to what I thought needed to be done, they suggested a different solution that cost me LESS money. LESS money. That's when you know you have a good company, when they are invested in the best solution, not what will make them the most money. Trust earned!

LEWELLYN is great! Wouldn’t trust anyone else. Tried another guy and he tried to scam me out of my boots. The LEWELLYN guys came and were helpful and actually found the problem which turned out to be way smaller than what the Whipple guy said. (For reference Whipple was gonna charge me $2500 to change out a drain that wasn’t even leaking—turns out my shower head was leaking behind the wall and LEWELLYN found it and I only paid the $150 house call fee)

I worked with Todd at Llewellyn Plumbing during the construction of our new home. Not only was he an absolute pleasure to work with, his staff are so professional and kind. We were very happy with everything they did during construction. We have had them come out since for maintenance items and we are still very happy with their service after our build. I highly recommend them for any project you have. They are very honest, prompt and hard workers.

We backed up a drain after getting home from a long weekend camping with water coming out of the kitchen sink and laundry room drain. I tried to snake it myself around midnight to no avail so I called about 7 the next morning. Blake had one of his guys at my house just an hour later. He spent about an hour working on things and got it cleared up. He was clean and polite and very friendly and helpful. I will certainly be calling them again.

Kaleb came in and did a great job. He help me correctly diagnosis the issue. I thought our 14 year old ejector pump had died, but he said it was still working properly and didn’t recommend a swap out. But I still couldn’t explain the water issues we had. Finally after hours of trouble shooting we found the issue. Kaleb snaked the main line and found tree roots. It was a bummer, but I was glad to know the source of the issue.
