I was very impressed with Llewellyn Plumbing! I had them come to my home in Salem to replace a shower drain and valve for a shower remodel that I'm doing. They were very good about keeping me informed on when their employee would be here. When Cameron arrived, he was very professional and efficient. He seemed very knowledgeable about what he was doing and explained every aspect to me. I would use Llewellyn Plumbing again in a heartbeat for my future Plumbing needs.

I contacted Todd by text after reviewing some reviews about water softeners by other clients. He responded within minutes and gave me lots of information and some prices. We meet face to face the next day and I was really impressed by him and what he could do. The very next day he showed up at the exact time we had agreed on, and I had a new Titan IV pro installed and working in less than an hour. Very professional, and I would highly recommend him and his company Llewellyn Plumbing to any kind of plumbing services you might need.

Moved into a new house and the hard water stains were everywhere, plus we were running out of hot water so fast. Todd and his team came and within hours fixed all of those problems with a tankless water heater and water softener. He and his team were professional and great with our dog and toddler that were also home during the installation. Excited for softer water and unlimited hot water!

We had a different plumbing company come out and quote us a really high amount for a tankless water heater (seems they were pushing tankless as they didn't talk through a tank, what we currently had). Someone recommended Todd to us and I'd seen him on X. We called him out and he gave us a much better quote. He also walked us through the option of replacing our two tanks if we wanted to stick to that rather than tankless. He walked through all my questions and was zero pressure. Cameron and Chaz (and one other guy) came out to do the actual installation. They did a great job. Cameron walked me through it at the end. Getting the new pipes put in place was a little harder than some houses as the water heater was about 20 feet from the outside. They also fixed our pressure valve pipe. It was harder than anticipated, but he stuck to the quoted price. We ended up saving thousands going with Llewellyn plumbing.

I had a water leak issue going on with old & corroded washing machine water valves. Todd Llewellyn, the owner of Llewellyn Plumbing, was great and easy to work with to get the replacement job quoted & scheduled. Kaleb came out and replaced those old corroded valves. Kaleb was very polite, respectful, professional, proficient, and efficient. Just as quickly as he came out to my home, in West Jordan, he was done with the job and out the door. Todd runs a respectable business and leads an equally respectable crew. While I wasn’t pleased with the situation that required services rendered, I was happy to give my business to Llewellyn Plumbing and support a small, private, family-owned business with an owner and staff full of integrity and expertise. Hopefully I don’t have any plumbing needs any time soon. But when I do, I will be using Llewellyn Plumbing.

Fabulous Plumbers!! We had them install a tankless water heater (which we love & it provided hot water easily for a reunion with 13 people). This had to be vented out the roof. They did a fantastic job. They also installed a water softener system with a filter to strip the water of all chemicals. Our water tastes delicious again. Plus the soft water is making cleaning way easier. With the soft water installation they had to connect to the cold water in a bathroom and connect that line to the water softener. Other companies wanted the cold water to be hard. They didn’t shy away from making the best solution happen. They also replaced our shower heads with a whole new system. Work great! They are honest, kind & reasonably priced. We will use them for all our plumbing needs in the future. Thank you!!

We recently had them replace two failing 40-gallon water heaters with a Navien tankless system (built-in recirculating pump), and the experience was seamless from start to finish. We had two broken hose bibs on our house and we were finally fed up with it and called Llewellyn Plumbing. Reese came out the same day to fix the problem. He gave us an excellent recommendation to not worry about fixing one of the hose bibs due to the trouble to access the problem (the hose bib was poorly installed and was stuccoed over during construction). Reese didn't just fix the other hose bib, he made it better so that it would not burst again. Very friendly and helpful and even told me that the company maintains a video library of DIY videos to show people how to take care of basic plumbing needs. I think that is super cool! They gave me a great price for the repair and stuck to it. Thanks Reece and Llewellyn Plumbing for a great experience!

I can’t say enough positive about Llewelyn Plumbing. I actually see the owner on ‘X’ regularly posting about BYU sports so I already trusted him. I saw one of his ads on IG about a water softener - which we’ve needed for years and discuss the need regularly as we chew on our drink of hard water. So it was a no-brainer to give my info to get more details on their water softener prices. Communication was mostly via text (which I prefer) and not constant “stalker-ish” communication- just helpful and “we are here when you make your decision” communication. I feel like we got a great price for a fantastic product and I will happily recommend them to my friends, neighbors and clients anytime!

Fast efficient and friendly willing to do whatever is needed to finish the job. My old tub was VERY heavy and they called in more help to get it done! They changed out the mixing valve for the tub from a two handle to a one handle very quickly. Excellent job guys. They also hooked up my bidet and dishwasher and all the other fixtures from our remodel. If they had to send out a different technician it was all done seamlessly. Reese did most of the work for us and he had some great advice, for example the valve that came with our reverse osmosis water filter did not match any of our other taps so he brought us one that looks fantastic. Todd and his team were incredibly responsive: they were quick to give a competitive quote after I texted over details and photos. Cameron, the plumber, arrived promptly as scheduled. He was very professional, efficient, and effective. Cameron clearly enjoyed his job and took pride in his work. I had a few tasks for him and one of them was odd (installing a second set of washer hookups). Cameron handled the tasks with ease and happily answered questions regarding things I was curious about! The company also stands by their work. Cameron took a few moments to explain the different warranties covering parts and labor. Would highly recommend!

This company was recommended to me by my realtor after we purchased our home. They did a fantastic job, arrived on time, and had all their work complete in a timely manner. Our home inspector told us of several plumbing items that needed attention: - Add pressure regulator - Replace main shut off with the PRV - Expansion tank replacement - Add auto vent to sink drain and replace trap All of them were fixed by Llewellyn Plumbing! After I explained that I was a first time homeowner the carefully explained to me how each piece of equipment worked and also gave me general plumbing hime maintenance tips.

We now have a trusted plumber we can turn to in Spanish Fork. I will always call Llewelyn Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. They are communicative, professional, and knowledgeable. You can tell the guys at Llewelyn really love their trade too because they explain what happened and what’s going on, and how to fix it with enthusiasm. That being said they’re also compassionate. When my water heater was shut off due to a carbon monoxide alarm, they expressed sympathy, which was so needed (don’t worry, they had nothing to do with the alarm!). They’re also priced fairly. You can definitely trust them!

Llewellyn Plumbing and their employees were courteous, quick to respond, and provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision on which water softener to purchase for our home. I contacted 5+ other plumbers and water servicing companies and Llewellyn had the best prices. They offered a free in home consultation, and they were able to do the install the following day. All employees I interacted with were professional, helpful, and courteous. If I need a plumber in the future, I will most certainly contact Llewellyn Plumbing with full confidence.

The Team previously roughed in all of the basement plumbing. Chazz was very courteous, caring, and meticulous. He made quick work of the project while also stopping to complete an item that I unknowingly left when installing tile and to return the following day to further install hardware I had failed to purchase initially.
