Definitely 2 thumbs up and many thanks to Ulysses, the repipe crew and the patch crew! We had a slab leak on New Year’s Day and called our usual plumbing company. They came out a couple of days later on Friday and evaluated the leak and recommended a complete house repipe and, since the job was on a larger scope than they are used to, they recommended Ulysses (Lixhi Plumbing). They contacted Ulysses and within a few minutes Ulysses called me and we set up a consult that evening. He went over the details of the whole house repipe and scheduled the repipe (including a hot water heater replacement because our hot water heater was over 20 years old) Sunday morning at 8am. Ulysses and the repipe crew showed up just before 8am Sunday morning and promptly got to work. The repipe was finished by 12:30pm, way faster than I expected! Ulysses stayed to complete a couple of faucet fixture upgrades and finish cleaning up. Next we scheduled a Tuesday morning time slot for the patch crew to come in to take care of the holes in the ceiling, walls, and outside stucco along the path of the repipe. The patch team (Alan and his crew) showed up Tuesday morning and patched up all the holes in a few hours (again quicker than I expected!). Our house isn’t that big (4 br/2.5 ba) but I was afraid it was going to take a LONG time (weeks) to fix this emergency situation (no hot water/limited cold water for a family of 4 in my mind is an emergency). Ulysses and his crew got us hot/cold water in 2 days and the patch crew got us back to looking like normal (except for a little paint) in 2 days. Amazing! Also, my wife noticed that the shower pressure seemed down in the master bathroom and Ulysses came back promptly on Tuesday night and found some debris in the shower head and cleaned it out and now that’s fixed as well. Throughout this whole process Ulysses communicated extremely well with us from scheduling to explaining the repipe process to answering all the questions we had. Ulysses and his crews were very friendly, courteous, professional and efficient. They took the time to isolate the work areas and cover up non work areas to keep the dust to a minimum and cleaned up afterwards. We are very satisfied with the work done! If I could give more than five stars I would! Thank you again!

This is the only plumbing company you will ever need. Our house was repiped in 5-hours. They were on time, cleaned up- no mess, the crew worked like a well oiled machine. Ulysses has done a couple of jobs at our house in the past and his work has always been excellent. Ulysses has made two short notice visits to my house. Both times he quickly fixed my plumbing problems. He is professional, thorough, friendly, and does great work. I’ll be calling him again for any future plumbing issues!
