Darren and the team at Living Waters were outstanding from start to finish. Our tankless water heater failed unexpectedly, and I’ll be honest — the sticker price was a little shocking at first. Darren walked us through every option (tank vs. tankless), explained the pros and cons clearly, and helped us think through what made the most sense for our family. He wasn’t pushy at all. I asked if he would mind giving us a little time to get another quote just so we felt fully confident in the decision, and he completely respected that. We ended up getting a quote from Hiller, and they came in significantly higher. We even had an appointment scheduled online with them that didn’t happen, which put us behind a bit. After comparing everything, Living Waters still provided the better value — and the better experience. What really stood out was how Darren went above and beyond during the install. He noticed insulation around the unit that hadn’t been properly done with the previous tankless system and corrected it without being asked. That kind of attention to detail matters. We never felt sold to — we felt guided. Darren helped us focus on getting the best long-term value, not just the cheapest short-term option. Professional, honest, responsive, and high-quality work. We’re grateful we chose Living Waters and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Called because of leak around shower door and loose faucet. I had put caulked the shower but since a leak could cause damage I choose to get a professional. I was assured that I would get fair treatment. I was charged $75 for two lines of caulking down the frame between door and tub ( less than 5 minutes) and $75 for the faucet in the same bathroom since these were two "jobs ". When I called office stating I thought that was an over charge I was told "I am sorry You feel that way". No acknowledgement just projection of responsibility back on to customer or could be that l am an older person

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with a plumber/plumbing company. Living Waters came highly recommended and I’m so glad I decided to call them with my issue. We are fixing up an old house and ran into a plumbing problem in the bathrooms. Ebert arrived right on time and was so thorough and knowledgeable about all things plumbing related. He is very good at what he does and helped me get my master bathroom back to normal. (After consulting with him about our 2nd bathroom, I’m having him come back this week to fix that one too!). He was very kind and explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. Literal hero status. They have my business for life! Definitely call this company and request Ebert to be your technician. You won’t regret it.

I only use Living Waters Plumbing for all of my plumbing issues. They are an honest company and always review the issues and costs before starting the job. When looking for plumbers to fix an issues with my shower fixtures, I contacted no less than 3 plumbers. Out of those 3, Living Waters was the only one who contacted me back. They not only contacted me back but did so quickly. My service is already completed and I still have not heard back from any of the other companies I sent inquires to. I was impressed with their timeliness. Jayson was so kind. He came out on a day I was working but my mother was here. He called me to update me on everything. Gave me several options and understood what I wanted and made it happen. He went above and beyond for me. I am very grateful for their quick and kind service.

Darren came to our Nashville condo within a short time of calling him to help with slow running toilets. I'm sure he'd prefer to stay toward Murfreesboro but I'm glad he came up our way. He came fully prepared and was efficient and clean, and explained our various options. We happily brought him back two days later to replace two toilets. Darren is personable and helpful but wastes no time getting the job done. It's so hard to find responsive tradespeople who do quality work. Darren is all of that and more. He lives up to the "honesty and integrity" on his card and he will be who we call for any plumbing need.

Darren is very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to answer my questions and explained to me what steps he would take to find the leak. He was thorough and I like the fact that he took pictures and provided them with the invoice. He was referred to me and I would definitely recommend his services. Update April 13, 2026 - I had to call Living Waters for a different issue with my washing machine. This time I dealt with Ebert. He was just as kind and knowledgeable as Darren. If anyone has any plumbing issues, water leaks or drainage issues you should definitely give Living Waters a call.

I have never been a customer of Living Waters, but that just changed today. They had an appointment at my neighbor’s house this morning and he unfortunately passed away overnight. Rather than just ring the bell and be on their way, the initial service person stayed and kept trying to call. Eventually, he was replaced by Darren, after calling the police, stayed through the afternoon and did everything he could to assist. I know in the service industry time is quite literally money, but these folks set all of that aside to do the right thing. Thank you for being there and taking action.

We had a leak in a pipe in our upstairs water heater; Darren was so courteous and patient over the phone as I explained the situation and tried everything he was recommending. He was very prompt in arriving--within an hour of my call, was able to replace the pipe and have everything back up and running in about 30 minutes, or less. When there's water spraying out of a pipe all over the floor, prompt attention is appreciated! Darren is so professional and very reasonably priced. He will be my go-to for any future plumbing needs. I highly recommend his services.

We called on a Sunday afternoon with a clogged drain issue, and our call was answered immediately. The crew was attentive to our concerns and offered suggestions until they arrived. The clogged drain was found to be more extensive than originally thought. At which point the owner rented some extra equipment, and him and his crew stayed late into the evening to fix our problem. This was at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. It was also 28-degree weather, windy and rainy. They were honest, dependable, and truly went ABOVE and BEYOND

We had a leak from somewhere under the master bathroom. The leak was discovered in the crawl space. My wife called Living Waters Plumbing which was on a Saturday and they came out that same day. They showed up just 20 or 30 minutes later and discovered the leak really wasn't that bad and he could easily fix it. In fact he only charged us his minimum fee and was all done in no time. He also stayed and tested for a nice length of time which i was again impressed. Great company!!! They live up to their company logo.

Darren and Jayson came out today to install a Halo whole house filtration system. I could not be more pleased. I trust Living Waters and will always use them. They are honest, ethical, professional, kind, etc. I could go on and on. Not only did they do the install but they took pictures of other issues that I need to fix from the crawlspace. Had it not have been for them I would have never known there were problems that needed addressed before it was too late. Highly recommend! 10/10

Great Experience! I made an appointment through Ragan who was very helpful, friendly and personable. David A. came out and inspected our crawlspace and all our plumbing and we discussed any issues that may occur in the future because we are renovating our bathroom. He was super knowledgeable and I will definitely be calling him should any issues arise in the future. He took photos and explained all the plumbing things and put our minds at ease. Great company and great folks!!!
