I just had a plumber come and repair our toilet, which had a very minor leak that caused one of the securing bolts to rust and break. I also had a few other issues that I thought I could get them fixed all at once. When I called Live Oak Plumbing Company, Don the owner happened to answer. The first thing he asked if it was an emergency and I said no. He then looked at his schedule and thought he could have somebody out here by either next Wednesday or Thursday and I thought well I didn’t wanna wait that long. So he decided that he would actually come himself. I was very thankful that he did. I found his pricing fair and reasonable as well as in our discussions he was very helpful and honest. I was very satisfied. I definitely plan to use Live Oak plumbing for any future needs. Thanks Don!
