Great turnaround. Hot water wet out yesterday evening. Less than 24 hours later we have a new water heater. Melissa in the back office was great giving us timing expectation. Kyle explained what happened to the old heater and what he did with the new one and why. They covered the floor ensuring where they walked was clean.

The work was performed on time, correctly and on budget. Not only did we need to replace the old and discharge pipe - We also had a leaking faucet outside that required creating an access panel inside. Erick is a great Technician! Not only was he knowledgeable, helpful, and well prepared- He was extremely polite and friendly! he cleaned up after he finished and even pointed out a few other Items we may want to update in the future for our rental property. I would highly recommend this company!

Miguel, our technician, was absolutely great. He was professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. He immediately assessed the issue with our sewer line and proposed a solution. He explained everything well (without talking down to us) and gave us the cost up front. He was very careful of our home and made sure all surfaces were protected before starting work. When finished, Miguel cleaned everything and tested all drains several times to ensure everything was reconnected properly and that nothing leaked.
