Lieber Mechanical: Plumbing Heating Air Conditioning

Lieber Mechanical is now my GO TO COMPANY for HVAC and Plumbing. I was absolutely impressed by Lieber Mechanical's employees. They were honest, hard working and never gave up. Scott worked very hard to get my tankless water heater going. He had to replace the primary heat exchanger and several other parts. He had to order the heat exchanger from Navien which took a couple of days. The first day it took 3 hours, but they only charged a 1 time service fee of $99. I upgraded to a 1 year service contract. The service contract included the service fee, 15% off of services + flushing my tank again in the next 6 to 12 months. It paid for it self on this one repair and I still get a no cost tank flush. Scott returned 2 days later as soon as the recieved the primary heat exchanger. He removed & replaced it, but said he still needed an igniter. Unfortunately, it stopped working again before he could make it back out. I didn't have hot water for several days because of Thanksgiving holidays. No problem though I have a shower in my barn. So, I didn't call them to request an emergency visit. Scott returned for the 3rd time monday morning with the igniiter. It only took a few minutes, but it still would not ignite. After, Scott spent a long time diagnosing why it still would not ignite. He found a tube was blocked by a cap he accidently left in. He was very honest told me what happened. Immediately called his supervisor and told them what happend. He was so apologetic and asked what he could do the make things right. I told him I was just happy he fixed it. He was ready to go above and beyond to make up for a minor mistake. Unlike others who would have tried to cover up their mistake and probably added mored charges to my bill. There were no additional charges. His honesty was was surprising, but wonderful in a world where prices are high and honestly is not very forth coming. I also want to give a shout out to his assistants Brock and Stephen 2 super nice guys. And I want to thank Hillary who took my calls and quickly dispatched Scott the same day I called both times. Everyone I spoke with was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Lieber Mechanical.

Lieber Mechanical is a wonderful company with good, hard working people. A friend recommended them to me after having her sewer worked on. I chose them to put in my water heater, which needed to be brought up to code and have modifications to the closet because it was super narrow. They made all the necessary changes for a very reasonable price. Then I had them come out to fix a bunch of little plumbing things and then later my garbage disposal. Scott Gonzales came out for those jobs and was excellent! He was very sweet and professional. He gave me a range of options for each thing that I needed done so I could choose based on my needs and financial situation. The work was done quickly, cleanly and without any problems or complaints. I highly recommend Scott and Lieber for your plumbing needs.

These guys have been just great 👍 Going full blast, not quitting until the problem was found, discussing options and scheduling for repair.. and then putting the yard back like it was before... I would not hesitate to recommend them or have them out again if needed... they had to replace the old clay sewer line in our backyard from 1951 going to the main city drain....

Cody came by today to take care of a water heater leak. He was very friendly and professional good guy. He took care of our issue thanks to him I feel like I can recommend your company.

My husband and I have been working with this company for a while whenever we need repairs for our rentals and they are amazing. Cody and Steven helped us and they always go above and beyond every time we see them. Their prices are always reasonable and their employees are always so helpful. If there is a problem with something that they fixed they always make it right by us. I definitely recommend working with them.
