Impressed and very pleased! My gas water heater in my attic sprung a leak late Sunday night and was in need of replacement. I called Lexington Plumbing and Gas Monday morning. I spoke with Richard and told him what I had going on. He recommend converting over to a tankless water heater and provided an extremely reasonable quote to me on the spot. Richard said they could have all the material ready for the installation in the morning. The following morning Richard arrived ahead of his technician (A.J.) to drop off the heater and parts. While waiting for A.J. to arrive from gathering additional parts. Richard and I spoke and had a great conversation around our time in the Military. A.J. arrived shortly later ready and focused on getting the job completed. Both Richard and A.J. were extremely professional and friendly and a pleasure to do business with. I would 100% use them again and recommend them 7 days a week and twice on Sunday. Refreshing to have a local company, that is qualified, professional, friendly and truly cares about their customers. Richard & AJ are great guys! Our hot water heater needed to be replaced. Lexington Plumbing was one of several companies we contacted for quotes. Richard responded to my inquiry immediately which others did not. Their price was very reasonable and not ridiculous like these other companies out there. He ensured that our water heater was replaced immediately and stayed in communication with me. As promised, AJ showed up the next business morning and replaced the water heater. AJ was is a nice gentleman and was very professional. I truly appreciate the care and compassion from Lexington Plumbing!

Richard with Lexington Plumbing and Gas responded quickly on a weekend to an emergency situation I had involving a broken hose bib that caused water to continuously flow into my yard. After locating the water main shut off valve to my home, he was able to make temporary repairs which would allow me to continue to have water to my home until he could return on Monday with the part needed for the full repair. I was very pleased with the results and will definitely use them again for any future plumbing or gas problems I may have.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Richard and Lexington Plumbing and Gas. I called about our kitchen sink leaking and disposal not working. Richard came out the same day at the time they said he would come. He was very kind and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to replace the disposal and fix the leak within a half hour. The old disposal had not been installed properly by the previous homeowner and it was leaking into the wiring and the dishwasher drain had been plumbed incorrectly. So grateful to Richard for finding and fixing those issues before anything really terrible happened. I would recommend Richard and Lexington Plumbing and Gas to anyone needing plumbing services. I highly recommend Lexington Plumbing and Gas. Richard came to look at my broken water heater within 20 minutes of taking my call on a Saturday. I requested a quote on installing a tankless water heater. He gave me a very reasonable one for installing it and a new gas line. He ordered the water heater and installed it efficiently when it arrived. He had to come back at a later date to remove the old heaters because they were clogged with sediment and drained slowly. He kept me updated about his return to complete the project. Richard was courteous, friendly, trustworthy, and did great work. He truly cared about getting the hot water working again.
