I texted Adam Monday night 7pm per recommendation, he immediately returned my text with a call and made appointment for next day to review my septic. I had an emergency situation due to another plumbing company. Adam took care of all work required by Wednesday. Adam is a VERY HARD worker, he does it himself, gets in the trench where most workers just want to stand around. He was friendly, informative, and very professional. Thank you AGAIN Adam!!!

We had a sewer backup in our home causing damage to the wood floor. Adam came to the house, determined that excavating an area in the front lawn was necessary. He efficiently and cleanly excavated a small area, did a video inspection - allowing us to see what caused the backup. He subsequently cleaned the offending wipes, repaired the pipe, added in two brand new cleanouts and cleaned up the yard. He worked HARD in the blazing heat with a fantastic attitude and urgency to get us our water back. He'll now be our forever plumber! If you need some help big or small, I HIGHLY recommend Adam. What a lovely, knowledgable guy.

This was my first time using Lessner Plumbing, but it certainly won't be my last! Adam provided a detailed and thorough inspection and analysis of my toilet issue and was both honest and reasonable with his pricing. More importantly, despite having to deal with an older home with 100 yr. old pipes, the work he did was top quality. On top of that, Adam is a reliable and all-around nice guy to work with. I will certainly be using Lessner Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. Two thumbs..way up!

I don't usually go for people with only a few reviews but last time I used one of the big guys I ended up waiting for three hours past their appointment time and they had to repair their installation job two weeks later. Seriously glad I did in this case. I wanted a new well pump installed (a SUBSTANTIALLY bigger job than just installing a new toilet) and saw Lessner had good ratings and enough positive reviews (see my mom's review below since I finally convinced her to add a review) for me to give him a shot. I called him up to get a feel for how he acts and he was respectful and professional the whole way through. He also was ACTUALLY on time which was great (can't believe I'm celebrating that but oh well). The process of installing the well pump went smoothly and he was super thorough about it. He checked all of the connections through the system to ensure there weren't any surprise problems down the line and found one of our adapters was seriously corroded. He showed us the damage and fixed it on the spot for us. From what we saw, his spotting that probably saved us a huge bill down the line, so thanks Adam! After the job was done, we tested the new system and found the water pressure was even stronger than what we remembered when we first moved in. All in all he did a fantastic job and I plan to call on him for any future plumbing jobs. Pros: -Professional -On time -Thorough -Friendly Cons: -Not a ton of reviews so it was scary trying a new person. Totally worth it.

After 27 years in my home, my well water is finally set up correctly! I have improved water quality and pressure, and I have Adam to thank. Clearly when my house was built, the builder plumbers just wanted to get the job done and didn't really care about how my system was set up. Adam took the time to evaluate my entire system, and made recommendations based on what would work best for us. It was a big job, but it was finally done with care and knowledge, and it was done RIGHT! We wholeheartedly recommend Lessner Plumbing.
