I had a great experience with LePrevost (the second time in a row). Michael D (and Michael M) resolved both of our issues. We had a plumbing leak (turned out to be a tub seal) all of which was repaired and then tested to ensure no water leaked. But the big win was our heater. I asked about this last minute. It had not been working and I’d been told it needed to be replaced entirely at a large expense. Mike D didn’t buy it and kept troubleshooting and, sure enough, he got it to work. Big savings and headache avoided. Many thanks.

My recent experience was exactly what I’ve come to expect from LePrevost. The office staff was courteous, attentive and efficient. Technician Jacob S. arrived at my house within an hour of my initial call. He was personable, professional and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed and fixed my circulating pump, restoring my hot water in no time flat. Fantastic service, as usual!
