Mama did a fantastic job. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed my issue quickly and efficiently. Very kind and easy going to work with. If I have any more issues I will definitely call Len the plumber. I had a major sanitary drain line clog along with a garbage disposal issue, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. He arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained everything clearly before getting started. Professional, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. Mr Yves was the technician that came out to repair a leak in my coat closet. Today was the day after the storm. The street was very icy and he had to park away from the house. He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Being of the older generation, I was a little unnerved. However, he took the time to explain the process, informed me of what he found and cost for the repair. He took little time to complete the work and I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you Mr. Yves for doing what you do.

Beautiful words, poor service! I saw their fliers every where and called Len to fix my drain problem. They said that the problem was fixed. However, we found within half hour that the problem was still there. Len sent another technician back and he could not fix the drain issue and left. After waiting for several days, we had to find another plumber to fix the problem.

Over charged me by $600 and I had trouble getting my money back....took a long time. Foolishly, I tried calling them again due to a emergency (no hot water) and was treated rudely by the person on the phone and never got a call back as to whether or not they were coming. i have learned my lesson. Engaged another company who showed up promptly.

We had a great experience with Kemar Lewis. Finding a broken pipe behind our ceiling was stressful, but Kemar made the whole process much easier. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what was going on every step of the way. He kept us updated as he worked, answered our questions, and made sure we understood the repair process. It was clear that he knew exactly what he was doing, and the repair was completed efficiently. We recently had our sprinkler system check valve, main shut off valve, and PRV valve replaced, and we were extremely pleased with the service provided. Yves was incredibly friendly, professional, and informative throughout the entire process. He took the time to walk us through everything and made sure we understood the work being done. His trainee, Efrain, was pleasant and professional as well. They worked efficiently and resolved the pressure issues we had been experiencing for quite some time. Had a busted water heater in a fourth-floor condo. Called Len's, they sent one plumber, who looked at the setup and said that he'd never seen anything like that, and a more senior plumber should tackle it (gas heater with an incorporated external vent). Enter Megan. She looked at the setup, was horrified by the pipe fittings jury-rigged to the HVAC system, was horrified by how the gas line was set...she was, quite frankly amazed it passed inspection before we purchased this place (we moved in July 1, 2025). Megan is extremely professional, extremely competent, and really knows her stuff. Highly recommend!

Brandon Bazilio came out for our AC tune-up, and we couldn't be happier with the service he provided. He was incredibly kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything he was doing and answered all of our questions with patience and clarity. We never felt rushed, and he made sure we understood the condition of our system and any recommendations he had. I received good service for my air conditioner repair. I live in a condo/coop and the air conditioner is located on the roof of the building. My service professional determined what air conditioning unit was mine. He diagnosed the problems and made repairs. It needed rewiring, insulation, and a capacitor. Everything was working when he bypassed the thermostat. When attached to the existing thermostat, the AC would not work. He installed a new Honeywell thermostat and the unit worked fine. The technician was diligent and thorough.

After a long Holiday weekend I experienced a major clog in upstairs bathrooms affecting shower and tub and toilets Ro was just what we needed his performance was exceptional he definitely knows his job and talked to us about what was needed along the way I’m completely satisfied and will definitely be using him again Thanks Ro on a job well done just when I thought hope was gone you came our way !! Desta was very helpful. On his original visit he didn’t have the correct ladder so he checked what he could and then he rescheduled my appointment right away, finding I time when I would be available. He came back today, bright and early, checking what he wasn’t able to check last time and then gave me an update on my AC including details about what I would need to replace, how I would know, and the approximate price. As someone on a budget this was very helpful information

Anteneh was excellent. He called me in the morning to let me know what time he would arrive. Anteneh told me everything that was wrong with my HVAC unit and even removed a nest from the outside unit. He was respectful, courteous, friendly, on-time and explained everything so I could easily understand. Overall, the price was not worth me repairing my unit but I appreciate all the time he took to go over everything with me!

Sadou Aboubakar was very Knowledgeable and displayed professionalism. He reassured me that everything would be okay because I had a bad experience previously, and he also cleaned up after himself. If we have any plumbing issues in the future, I will call Len the Plumber and request Sadou to service any plumbing issues in our home, because we were really pleased with how he protected our finishes and was very courteous! 🙏🏾💯

A tech came out to fix a leak in the HVAC they installed less than a year ago. He could not get ahold of his supervisor to order the parts to fix the problem and someone was supposed to follow up with me. It's been over two weeks and no one will return my calls as we continue to replace a bucket of water from the leaking pipe.
