We had a great experience with Mustafa at Len the Plumber! Our water heater started leaking and Mustafa came out the next morning, on a Sunday. He was extremely professional, honest, and took the time to walk us through several replacement options at different price points so we could make the best decision. There was no pressure—just clear, straightforward information. Once we decided, he completed the work the same day. We really appreciated his professionalism and efficiency. Highly recommend
I was extremely impressed with the work completed by Mr Mark Martin from Len Plumbing. He was very pleasant and extremely professional. He arrived on time, assessed the plumbing issue I needed addressed, and completed the work in less than an hour. I wanted a valve to be replaced and we discussed a moving a second valve to make it more accessible. He completed both tasks and now both valves are functional and accessible. I will definitely contact Mark for all of my future plumbing needs. Excellent, excellent professional to work with. Thank you Len the Plumber for sending Mark Martin my way!!
From the First Moment that Aturo Rivera arrived at our home this morning he was a True Gentleman. Thoughful , Articulate, and Kind. He explained in detail how the process of repairing our ‘Downstairs Toilet Issues‘would take, and gave us Useful Advice/Tips on the Different Plans that Lens Plumbing Services Offered. After settling on our choice of offers he Diligently and Smoothly went about bringing in the equipment ( By Himself) and Resolved our Plumbing problem. The toilet is Working and we’re 💯 Overjoyed that Aturo was our serviceman. Also, Shoutout to Brittney for taking our phone call on a Sunday. We Highly Recommend Him and your company to our family and friends. Thanks again Aturo You Provided us with Excellent Advice and Service.
My plumber was friendly, competent, and did a good job, but the pricing was truly insane. When I talked to the office over the phone to schedule the service, telling them exactly what I'd need, they said it was a $49 fee to have someone come out and look. But when they got here, they charged me $550 to simply move the toilet and look. I should have laughed them out of the door at this point. But I didn't, and it was another $600 to just install a flange repair kit and reset the toilet! A toilet flange repair/replacement for $1100 (AFTER a discount) is ridiculous. I called to talk to the office, and they said they'd have "a supervisor call me back." No surprise, there was no call back. Bait and switch pricing tactics plus outrageous pricing in general makes me confident I will never, ever call this business again.
** Edit: Just because they left a note saying they would contact about the issues. Suprise! They never contacted me. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I hate having to write this because they do have some very good people on staff. However, it is entirely inconsistent. Unfortunately, the incompetence outweighs the good. They padded a simple faucet replacement bill over $100 which the guy just referred to as "extra charge", sent a "plumber" who didn't even have his own tools, reaked of pot, and opened a shut off valve spraying my bathroom with water: then installed an incorrect furnace. I paid for a high end one, they installed one of the cheaper ones. Now, i have to find a second company just to verify that the AC and furnace they installed is even the correct one because i can no longer trust anything this company says. Oh, and they didnt even install the thermostat, just handed me the box. When the county told them that they installed (the now corrected furnace) wrong, they sent over several expired CO detectors and tried to tell me that the beeping every 10 mins was how you knew the detectors were working. If you like being cheated out of money, having randos that look like they've been picked up in a home depot parking lot and given a company shirt, and being lied to, then Lenny the Plumber is the one for you. Otherwise, find someone else.
1) Called Christmas eve and got an appointment two days later. Plumber arrived on time (live tracker helpful) and he quickly diagnosed the issues and then repaired them quickly. He was professional and answered all our questions. We now have hot water and didn't need a total replacement. Will use again. 2) Toliet failed a few days later and Len came again! All worked out and the toliet works great. Great service. 3) another day another problem. This time a leaking pipe and water coming out of the kitchen ceiling! Called Len on a Sunday and had Dustin arrive in an hour. He was great and was able to id the leak and repair the pipes. Another great experience with Len. 4) feb 23... Bought a new toliet and called Len to install. As always a great service experience with Len. 5) March 23 2023 - Nelson Sera replaced a leaking disposal in the kitchen. Great service as usual. 6) March 26 2026 - Brandon helped with our new condo sink issues and did a great job. Thanks len! 7) April 15th 2026. Richard came and helped remove a ton of wipes a previous owner had attempted to flush and now made the toilet flushing a daily problem. He did the job and was very professional.
I just wanted to share a really bizarre experience I had with trying to book an appointment over the phone with Len The Plumber. We have a leak in our basement and I have seen them in our neighborhood, so thought I would call them first. The interaction on the phone was quite strange. The first call dropped after I said I was having a hard time hearing the dispatch. I called right back and spoke to another person. She asked me if I was the home owner and I said I was. She then put me on hold and came back to tell me that they have me on recorded audio from the first call saying I am NOT the homeowner. I tried to explain that the call dropped and it's probably a misunderstanding but they didn't want to hear it. I felt quite chastised like I did something wrong. She was curt and hung up on me mid sentence. Not the best customer service experience to be sure. We will go with another company.
James Milligan came back to my home to perform a leak test on the main line to the house after I consulted with him. I am in the process of selling and the buyers had two “plumbers” come and look at a “suspected” leak. Neither performed an actual leak test, but both said it was leaking and the main would need to be replaced at a cost of around $10K. James told me although the test would cost me $309 it would be money well spent if it demonstrated there was no leak (he suspected it was not leaking). After 30 minutes of watching the meter after shutting off the main it hadn’t moved. NO LEAK! James saved me from having to argue about a $10K subsidy/main line replacement. 5 stars just doesn’t cut it…10 stars!! Jim is a huge asset to Len the Plumber, no question about it!
I worked with Len the Plumber to replace a water heater after a pipe leak and I want to recognize Shawn for his work. This was all happening during active water damage and restoration, so it was a stressful time for my household. Shawn was incredibly patient and professional, and he worked very well alongside the other contractors on site, coordinating smoothly with the restoration crew. He made the installation process quick and easy while still taking the time to do everything properly. The quality of his work was noticeably better than the previous installation, which gave me a lot of confidence moving forward. Overall, Shawn made a difficult situation much more manageable, and I would absolutely recommend him.
The stem on our shower handle cracked off inside the cartridge on a Friday eve. I called around and Len was the first to be able to tackle the job. The basic requirement was to replace the cartridge… normally an easy job… but with the stem cracked off internally, getting the old cartridge out was going to be an issue. Micheal Dailey was the plumber that showed up. He was very conscientious… kept things clean and confined… due to the missing stem, it took a while to get the old cartridge out, but Micheal managed to get to slide out. Once that was done, from there he quickly put in a new cartridge and had it all working in no time. Overall, a quick, easy experience. I recommend their services.
Daniel Aguirre did an amazing job replacing our water heater. He truly Exceeded our expectations In his work, detailed explanations, speed and professionalism. We have a 1959 home and are so impressed. When you think about before and after pictures, you don’t usually think about your plumbing and utility closet , but if you could see ours you would get it. Neat, tidy efficient, clean, and most importantly- Up To Code =SAFE. After this experience, I honestly can’t imagine having anyone else work on our plumbing. Thank you, Daniel Aguirre, passionate plumber extraordinaire, and another decade of working with Len The Plumber.
Discovering a surprise gas leak on a Friday was a stressful situation, but Len the Plumber responded immediately. They sent Brandon, who was incredibly knowledgeable; he clearly explained our repair options and provided a solid long-term recommendation. While gas plumbing is never cheap, the company worked with us to find a comfortable price point. The craftsmanship was top-notch, passed city inspection, and was completed exactly as promised. Brandon even took the time to explain the new piping materials, ensuring my wife and I felt safe and confident in the work. Highly recommended for their transparency and expertise.
Our service was excellent from the diagnostic visit to our installation. Joseph Wright was thorough and willing to educate me (the home owner) on all the best practices for our unit before conducting the work. The overall team was super friendly and the price for the work was exceptionally reasonable, especially given the level of care provided when installing our new water heater and updating the associated piping as well. Other companies quoted near 50-80% higher. Len has great pricing (for the Nova area). Their team is also great and you can tell they take pride in their work and getting things done the right way.
My technician Mark was very professional and worked diligently. Thank you for getting our water back on so quickly and making recommendations for upcoming plumbing maintenance. The staff answered the phone right away, although, they did not send me an appointment confirmation until I called again the next morning. No big deal though, they picked up the phone at 7:15AM and Mark was at my house a short time later. Although they are very expensive as compared to some reputable smaller businesses in the area.
Percy did a very nice job. I am small and I could not reach the main water shut off valve. He installed an additional valve with a lever that I could access. And he also installed a Moen Flo system which will monitor the water and shut off the water if it detects a leak. Percy was very prompt at answering our questions while we were debating what to do. And he made sure the Moen app worked on my phone. The water pipes look better - more orderly - after Percy replaced them. I would recommend Percy.
