Danny Allen did an excellent job. He was polite, friendly, professional, and very respectful of our home. From the moment he arrived, he clearly explained the issue and walked me through the steps he would take to fix it, which I really appreciated. His work was clean, thorough, and efficient. I want to commend Danny for the quality of his service — he’s truly one of the best. I will absolutely request him again in the future (though hopefully I won’t need another plumbing issue anytime soon!). It’s reassuring to know we’re in good hands when he’s on the job. We had an emergency water leak. Called and had immediate attention given to us. A certified plumber was assigned and arrived within an hour. Mark came in and assessed and gave us a quote. He proceeded to fix the problem. Mark gave excellent service. He deserves a five star rating. Very happy with his workmanship. He is a great plumber.

Brian B was excellent. Prompt. Profession. Courteous. So friendly that two of my cats followed him around the whole time. He explained what he thought was going on with our toilet, presented me with a few options from replacing pieces to doing a full replacement, along with the prices of each option and then completed the one that I chose. He is an asset to the company and we will request him again if we have plumbing issues. Our regular person wasn’t available this week, so Len the Plumber was our next choice and I was worried, but did not need to be. Great service and a great tech.

Talk about clean professional plumbing work and Josh Howe is the man. Professional, kind and even showed our 3 dogs some TLC. I would highly recommend Josh and the entire team at Len's. Josh assisted another plumber from Len's who drove 40 minutes to pick up a tool Josh had to ensure he could be successful at his job site. Just look at his work attached! Thanks Josh for making my husbands aquarium changes much easier now. Utility sink installed in our basement, we are septic and well water.
