Kemar Lewis, the dispatcher technician, led with professionalism. He explained the solution in detail and he even saved me some money and time by finding an alternate route to access the plumbing pipes without having to tear apart my bathroom tile. His service, mannerisms, and workmanship were excellent.

Last Saturday, I finally contacted Len the Plumber because my thermostat needed checking. They immediately dispatched a technician, Mr. H. He diligently identified the root of the problem and fixed it. Before leaving, he answered all my questions and explained the options I had for protecting my HVAC system. I'm so glad I can count on this amazing company whenever I need help. They never disappoint.

Aaron, Len The Plumber technician arrived on time and gave my HVAC system a thorough inspection. Aaron demonstrated his superior skills in checking out my HVAC system and even corrected some issues which were left by a different company. Aaron discussed ways to keep the system functioning efficiently and explained that if I added power surge protectors I could prevent damage to the unit’s electrical components. I felt very confident in the expertise demonstrated by Aaron and consider him to be an asset to the Len The Plumber company.

Very unreliable. They rarely keep to the 4-hour service window. Subscribers are not a priority. I made the service appointment a month before the scheduled date and they still failed to show up. Decided to cancel the service agreement and be done with them.

This was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had with a plumbing company. I scheduled a service call and waited more than 34 hours for someone to come to my site. During that time, I was told a technician would come to diagnose the issue, and I was charged a diagnostic fee. After all that waiting, I was finally told that they do not perform commercial plumbing work. This is something they should have clearly stated from the beginning before scheduling the appointment and charging a fee. Making a customer wait over a day only to say you cannot do the job is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. It wasted my time, delayed my work, and caused unnecessary frustration. The lack of communication and poor customer service is very disappointing. I strongly recommend that anyone with a commercial property confirm their services before dealing with this company.

Rob from Len the Plumber did a replacement of our shower faucet and nozzle. He started by assessing the general condition of the plumbing in our 1979 built home, taking its "blood pressure" and we learned our main pressure had been incorrectly set by a previous plumber. He did the main shower job efficiently and without any difficulty. He explained everything very carefully and you can tell he is quite skilled by the way he effortlessly shared his knowledge of a very technical subject, so that it was easily understood by this layperson. He was the antithesis of other plumbers who are rushed, don't want to interact with the customer and are eager to move on to the next job - this was greatly appreciated. I felt like we were partners in the 3+ hours he was working at my house. Additionally he took the time to carefully write up two additional jobs that we asked him to look into...and he was doing his best to introduce cost savings into them along the way. I learned a lot about plumbing in this half day spent with Rob. I really appreciated spending time with a plumber who was a great communicator, as much as a skilled tradesman, and who genuinely was invested in getting us to a better plumbing situation in our home. Yes, we all know plumbers are very, very expensive - it's one of the universal truths of life - but time spent with Rob and his company was well worth every penny spent. If you are going to spend the money on a plumbing job, at least get someone like Rob to make your hard-earned money worthwhile!

I had an outstanding experience with Len the Plumber, and I can’t say enough great things about Kyle Wingate. He came out on March 10 to replace two shut-off valves in my basement in SE Washington, DC. What initially seemed like a straightforward repair turned into a much bigger issue when additional pipes unexpectedly burst—but Kyle handled everything with professionalism and confidence. He quickly located the problems, clearly explained what was happening, and got to work resolving them right away. He returned the very next day, right on time, and completed the remaining repairs efficiently. Throughout the entire process, Kyle was courteous, patient, and thorough. He made sure I understood everything, answered all my questions, and even showed before-and-after photos so I could see exactly what was done. His expertise, responsiveness, and attention to detail truly stood out. I felt completely confident in his work, and he turned a stressful situation into a very positive experience. I highly recommend Kyle Wingate and Len The Plumber to anyone needing reliable, high-quality plumbing service.

It began with the schedulding. The scheduleding process was the most professional and efficient I have ever experienced with a plumbing service. The plumber, Kemar Lewis is a godsend. He kept me informed of the progress towards & timing of his arrival. On arrival Kemar proved to be a consummate professional: knowledgeable, professional, efficient and personable. He took the time and patience to explain and show us what & where the problems are; and patiently explained the remediations necessary before beginning to fix our plumbing problems. All & all Kemar earned our trust and confidence that he so good professionaly and personally that he is the only plumber we hope to have for the current and any future problems we may have in the future. It is a telief and a pleasure to be served by Kemar Lewis. I thank Len's for sending him to our home.

Jovan was simply outstanding. That technician was very careful to identify me as home owner and explain the $45 fee and potential cost after diagnosing the problem and identifying necessary parts and labor. My potential cost would have been over $600. My cost for Jovan's service and assessment totalled $202. JOVAN answered all my questions and patiently demonstrated in detail what the problem was and how the furnance and thermostat interact. I believe the services provided from the triggering call through the technician timely showing up and determining the problem were highly professional. The young lady who answered the call and set up the appt was equally professional. Both employees had great attitudes and represent the company outstandingly. I do think the prices are way too high though.

I’m being generous here because I finally got the kitchen faucet installed though a day late, $749 short, and it spritzes a bit. Here are the main things to note: Len apparently loves AI/bots. They’re polite but glitchy and you still end up waiting hours with little outbound communication and ultimately a cancellation after 4 hours of waiting. Reschedule, reboot, someone actually shows two hours into the first call slot of the day. Then, the really tough news: $749 for what - as I suspected - took less than an hour and seems to have been done okay-ish. So, given all the choices, next time I’ll make a different one.

We have had a couple plumbing issues, and both were handled by some great guys at Len the Plumber. Shout out to Manual for replacing our hot water heater promptly and professionally and responding to insurance adjuster calls as well. We had another water issue - an unknown leak. Yves came out and figured out the problem in about 1 minute. He was so cordial and professional. He fixed the pipe, taking pictures and keeping us in the loop the entire time. He was tidy, quick and the fix looks and works well. We are so happy with his service and we would ask for him by name whenever we need a plumber again.

Rudy saved the day! Ultimate professional and very considerate. I had another company come out a couple days before calling Len. The other company not only wanted to charge me double your price, but needed an extra week before knowing if I would fit on their schedule. I called you all and you came out the next day, assessed and performed the work for half the price. I’m pleased. Rudy Orihuela was an amazing savior today! At 7:00 am this morning I received a call from my tenant that there was no hot water in the house. By 11:30 Rudy had diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts, by 2:00 pm today the water heater was completely replaced and everything installed hours before the tenants returned home. Thank you Rudy for such an efficient, well executed job well done!!! I’m really happy to know that such wonderful people still exist in this world!!! Thank you Rudy!!!

I had a great experience with Len The Plumber Heating & Air. The service was prompt, professional, and efficient from start to finish. Armani did an outstanding job diagnosing and repairing the issue. What really stood out was his commitment to getting the job done right—he went above and beyond to track down the necessary part and complete the repair the same day. I had a great experience with Len the Plumber and Sadou Aboubakar. My first time using them as I had an emergency on the weekend. Got my water heater replaced in only 2 days (it could have been 1, but the one I needed wasn’t in stock). The second day it snowed 4 inches and they still came to do all the work, and pushed the hot water heater through 4 inches of snow into the house. Mr. Aboubakar was honest, personable, knowledgeable, and offered me a first responder discount.
