Len The Plumber Heating & Air, LLC

We had a ruptured water main leaking inside our basement. We called LtP. The plumber came out a few hours later to inspect and hive us a quote. The repair work happened the next day, which was to replace some pipe, add new shutoff valves and a water pressure reducer. Everything is complete, leak free and working properly. Billy, the plumber doing the work, was very nice, respectful and honest. Everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. Excellent work.

FIVE STARS! I am one tough client, I believe in transparency, our two day service resolved both plumbing issues. Len Plumbing Heating & Air sent Jamarl who arrived Monday morning and was kind enough to explain step by step how our two ruptured pipes would be fixed. He provided a thorough estimate. Tuesday a team of two arrived, cleared away the affected area, removed the damaged pipes, repaired the pipe under our deck with copper, and the bathroom a mix between copper and PVC piping, and utrap. IMPORTANT: The bath has never worked better. Not going to lie my lack of knowledge caused some complications however Lens Plumbing was able to calmly explain what was done and the purpose behind the choices. Truly grateful!

Our technician James Long was awesome. He helped us get water back into our new home and gave us quotes and suggestions on what we should do to prevent it from happening. Would def recommend as he was very friendly. I would recommend to everyone.

Plumbing tech said Shower/tub diverted & plumbing install would take a day. I can't speak to the plumber’s skill because he didn’t do any plumbing. But he can do demolition. Put a hole in plaster & lathe hallway wall & left. I had put down a deposit & he didn’t do any plumbing. The company didn’t respond back to txt or call me until Monday October 13th txt saying they wanted to get me back on schedule to complete the work. The Tech was here on October 1st, and I haven't seen him since. A master plumber came today (10/15/2025) from another company and installed the diverter and other necessary plumbing features, he arrived at 09:45 AM and was finished at 12:45 PM, and while they were a little pricier than Len, I didn't have to deposit/pay a penny until the job was complete. I'm not even complaining, I'm just saying.

I really appreciated the same-day service and the fact that the team was able to come out so quickly to look at my repairs. The technician was professional, and while one of the larger issues couldn't be resolved, they were able to clear a drain for me. However, I found the pricing to be quite steep. Charging $500 to unclog a bathroom sink for 15 minutes of work felt excessive. Additionally, the paperwork included a disclaimer stating the repair might not be a permanent fix, which is a bit concerning given the cost. While I’m thankful for the fast response, I have more work that needs to be done and will be shopping around for other quotes to compare pricing and warranties before moving forward.

UPDATED MAY 2026: Tech Christian C from Baltimore LTP came out to do our Maintenance Service before the Summer season. Christian is AWESOME! What a great Tech! Super knowledgeable, extremely thorough. It was the most comprehensive check up we've ever had. Next week we'll have 90+ degree temps, and I feel very assured that our HVAC system will handle that and keep us cool. Christian was so warm, personable, we really loved meeting him. He did a great job. My cats loved him too!! Thanks Christian! 5 Stars!!! UPDATED DEC 2025 : We needed some emergency plumbing service, and our 5 Star service continues with Tech Ryan McGlotten. He provided a solution to our leak issue, got everything fixed perfectly. While Ryan was there, we asked him to check a problem with our toilet that was very old, builders grade unit. We decided to just go ahead and update / replace with great new Handicapped taller toilet. The helper Willie was great too! Once again, LTPH&A responds quickly to our original leak issue, and was also able to care for our other plumbing project too. Thanks Ryan! You're awesome!!! Updated Sept 2025: once again, LTPH&A did a great job for me, happy to have the Service Plan maintenance program that provides the Fall 'check up' on our furnace before the colder weather kicks in. Tech Caleb was wonderful, knowledgeable, friendly. Did a great job, good recommendations. Clean, efficient work. My 5 Star service reviews continue!!! Updated Oct 2024: new service call for work needed after a new washer and dryer were delivered, and delivery / installers did a bad job hooking stuff up, damaged pipes etc... our LTP Tech Sadan was awesome. Figured out how to do repair work, new connections, pipe, shut off valves etc. We feel so much better, more confident, about the status of our laundry room plumbing. Great job, quality work. Neat and Clean - plus he was so warm and personable, really understood how upsetting this was for us and got everything fixed PERFECTLY! Thank you Sadan! Great Job!! Tech Richard was terrific! So friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. Experienced and Professional. Did our Summer HVAC maintenance prep. Gave a great recommendation too for something that will save us stress and money in the future. Our water heater finally stopped working, it had a long and good life (21 years!) i called Len the Plumber first thing in the morning and they were able to send Mark Thompson out later that day. They were accommodating to the late afternoon window of time I needed. Mark took a look at our old water heater and did concur it was time to replace it. It was certainly on borrowed time. Mark gave me quotes for both a 50 gallon and 75 gallon. They do not carry a 60 gallon, which is what I had. I home it was a bit of a sticker shock on the coat of a new water heater, we went with the larger one. Mark did ask if I wanted to join their membership ($16 per month, with a year long minimum) and said it would save me $2000 by doing so. While this did feel like an upscale and one that I felt pressured to accept, I’ll want to figure out how to use this service for the next year. It was unclear to me if they will service my HVAC system as well. Mark was there for about 4 hours, installed the new hot water heater and cleaned up and took away the old one. Thanks LP for being very efficient and responsive.

Well, the night before Easter, we discovered a leak from one of our lines supplying water to the water heater. Far beyond my ability to repair, we contacted Len the Plumber. The next day, on Easter, the nicest guy, Casey, arrived to fix the leak. His work was completed quickly, and he discovered another issue that needed to be addressed, so he fixed it as well. My wife and I have spent over 20 years working weekends and holidays, so it gives us that much more respect for the sacrifice Casey may have made to take care of us. We apologized for the poor timing, but he told us he was here to help. Your employees say a lot about your company, and Casey was definitely why I would call this company again.

I had an urgent plumbing issue and was able to get a same-day appointment with Toni North, which I really appreciated. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly research and diagnose the problem before fixing it efficiently. Toni made the whole experience stress-free. He’s not only skilled at what he does, but also kind and funny. I felt completely comfortable having him in my home, and even more importantly, I was extremely satisfied with the results of his work. The service was exceptional! Had plumbing issue 8 pm last night. Called at 8:30 because i had to shut off water to entire house. They would have come out last night, but it really didn’t make sense since we were going to sleep anyway our appointment was scheduled for 8 to 11 the next morning and I received a call at 7:30 AM from a tech who said they needed to get another tech because of what we needed. at 8:30 AM the other tech was out here and fixed our problem, efficiently and very quickly. The technician Thomas was very knowledgeable and very helpful and explained everything to us. Highly recommend Len The Plumber!

Michael Patrick showed up on time and ready to fix the plumbing issue. He took the time to explain, in detail, so I could understand what repair was needed. He shared the pricing and had me sign for the needed repair. He was professional, polite and highly skilled at his profession. He successfully completed all necessary repairs and was very careful in my home. He even cleaned up after he was finished! I am very pleased with the excellent service Michael provided today. I would definitely call them the next time I need plumbing services and would recommend them to others! Well done Michael!

Exceptional service! Keith Jackson just came out for my spring checkup and he was excellent! He arrived on time and was extremely professional. I really appreciated that he took the time to listen to my previous comcerns and addressed them with such a wonderful disposition. Keith is a great addition and even pointed out some to do maintenance items I wasn't aware of, which was very helpful. Keith is a gem. I was so impressed that I'd love him to handle all of my calls! I strongly suggest cloning him or have him train others in the company! Thank you Keth!!

All staff were extremely courteous, the appointment was scheduled in a timely manner.. our only complaint is the cost. The plumber arrived then left for an hour to get a pipe, worked for a bit then needed to leave again this time for over an hour for a blade- the total hour and a half of work was much more expensive - I was told since I signed off on the pricing before that’s the cost - be careful that’s were they get you. All in all the problem was resolved and I learned a lesson. I asked for a call back to discuss the logistics but never rec’d one.

Mohammed Khan was an incredibly kind and courteous team member and an excellent representative of this company. He took the time to be patient and understanding with my children, while providing prompt and honest service. I've used this company multiple times now and will continue to do so. Our project wasn't an easy one, and I was sincerely concerned we would be without a functional bathroom for days, but Mohammed arrived and took the time to ensure what was a serious fix, was done same day. Cannot speak highly enough of his level of service!

Muhammad was super informative and thorough in his inspection and maintenance! Also the follow up replacement ac/furnace and water heater work done by Emmeth, Ramon, and Rahja was phenomenal. My basement actually looked better than when I moved in and they stayed til the job got done! Then took the time to explain everything they did and how it all works in a way that anyone could understand! And Rebecca made the financing portion way less stressful, broke everything down, and got me hooked up for replacement the next day! Thanks y’all!
