Ben and Dylan installed our new water heater and softener, and fixed our badly installed water pipes. They were tidy and professional, and helped us understand the new equipment and how to take care of it. Overall a great experience and highly recommend them! We recently ran into an issue with some soft clogs in our plumbing due to excessive scaling in our older cast iron pipes under the house. Another larger plumbing service quoted us at $6000 to descale, plus another $6000 to fix a separate issue. We called Legendary for a second opinion and they quoted us at $1500 -- we were thrilled! Frank, our first technician, walked us through the issue and was patient and thorough, talking us through the full process for fixing our issue. Two days later, two different technicians, Ben and Dylan, arrived on time to do the service. They were tidy, thorough, and again helped walk us through the process. They even helped us diagnose some other minor issues we had been having. Overall a great experience, highly recommend working with them, will definitely be contacting Legendary for all of our future plumbing needs.

Legendary did an awesome job as usual. HVAC is top-notch in technicians are very seasoned. My house is a old house with a lot of HVAC traps and have been working with the technicians for some time. They really know their stuff and would recommend them for any size project. Colin and Sean are excellent technicians and can think outside the box on unconventional projects as well as all sorts of plumbing Very consistent each time they come and really train technicians if learning before they use in the field. All the technicians are very senior and highest knowledge level. Colin has been excellent over last year and a half This message is being copied and pasted because it's so consistent, I would say the same thing again and again. July 10th, 2025 he helped me figure out that with all the high humidity the debris buildup in the condensate pump increased and thereby forcing the unit to discharge water and flood the water sensor causing everything to shut down. Colin figured this out and got me back up and running Thank you

I am writing this message in regards to the services recently provided to us by Legendary Heating and Cooling. They recently installed a new water softener for my home. The communication and service was absolutely outstanding. The job was clean and neat. I have already contacted them about doing some additional work that I have put off doing. I would not consider using anyone else. This was the best contractor I have used in many years. I am writing another review for the services provided by Legendary Heating and Cooling. My wife and I contacted them in regards to some concerns with an odor in our supply water. Once again the quality of the service was outstanding. The water was tested to make sure there were no safety concerns. The service man took the time to. answer all of questions in a highly professional manner and resolved all of our concerns. We are so thankful to have such a quality company to do work for us. We have signed a maintenance agreement with them to do the rest of our heating and plumbing needs.

We had an emergency this week when our older boiler stopped working and the house dropped to 45°F during sub-zero temperatures. Legendary Heating Plumbing and Cooling took our call at 6:30am and had us connected with Sean within minutes. Sean arrived within hours, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained the best solutions in a clear and honest way. His pricing was excellent and straightforward. As new owners of an older home, we truly appreciated how he took the time to walk us through our system and explain what we have and how it works. We were so impressed that we signed up for Legendary’s ongoing maintenance plan, which costs less than what we pay monthly for some apps. The most incredible part: out of all the companies we called, when Sean arrived we realized he was the last person who had worked on our actual system over 10 years ago. His name was still on the service sticker. Legendary is exactly the right name for this company. They are now our go-to HVAC specialists moving forward. – Palak Family

We had an emergency situation when our main pipe backed up due to items that were flushed down the toilet. It was not an easy job — and I truly mean that. The team at Legendary Service spent an entire day working tirelessly to clear the blockage and get everything functioning properly again. What stood out most was their incredible communication throughout the process. They kept us informed every step of the way and clearly understood how important it was for us to resolve the issue quickly so we could reopen our business. Their professionalism, persistence, and sense of urgency made a very stressful situation much easier to handle. This had to have been a tough job, and they handled it with skill and determination. We’re extremely grateful for their hard work and highly recommend Legendary Service to anyone in need of honest, dedicated professionals.

Jeremy Tech came out on time and evaluated the problem instantly a capacitor failure in or compressor unit outside for AC. There are a bit pricey but he was able to get me a discount and checked warranty info and explained and showed how everything worked and why it died, and needed to be replaced. AC nice and cold now. No upselling no extra fees. Found the exact problem and fixed it. New capacitor after discount and labor/replacement $491 bout 30 minutes pricey but fast convenient and fixed. Would highly recommend friendly and will explain any questions you have. Great costumer service too, I had to cancel same day due to emergency, then called back and got me next day appointment. Legendary Service Inc. 5 stars no bs no haggle honest diagnostics and fix.

Scheduling an appointment was easy. Sean showed up early, which was very helpful. He walked through both issues we were having. He was able to fix our bathroom exhaust fan and gave suggestions if this didn’t help alleviate some of our humidity issues. He checked our furnace and whole home humidifier to make sure both were in good working order. He then checked the AC unit itself and ran diagnostics. Everything came back good. He then gave suggestions on how to control humidity issues in the house. He also suggested switching to an Ecobee thermostat which was helpful and insightful. Sean explained Legendary’s maintenance program. All in all our experience was great. Sean was very knowledgeable and helpful. We will be using Legendary again

We had an issue with our sewage pump, and Frank W. was fantastic from start to finish. He quickly diagnosed what was going on with our old pump, walked us through the fix, and replaced it with a new one without any hassle. On top of that, he took the time to answer a bunch of general plumbing and HVAC questions we had, and never made us feel rushed. Frank is incredibly patient, friendly, and professional. His work is methodical, clean, and very tidy. He clearly takes pride in doing things the right way. We genuinely felt taken care of, and we’d absolutely call him again and recommend him / Legendsry Service to anyone needing plumbing help. We also signed up for the membership!

The quality of my experience was a 10/10! Every person that I had the pleasure of speaking/working with was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. Their communication throughout the process was timely, transparent, accurate, and comprehensive, while the quality of their work was excellent. They went above and beyond to meet and satisfy my needs. I am extremely grateful to Arman, Brian, Joe, and Sean for all they did. I am a big fan of what this Team does and how they do it! Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. Highly recommend Joe and his team. I had a hot water heater issue, I called Joe as he has done previous work for me. He was in a completely different direction but made his way to come right away which I appreciated. He evaluated the situation, provided various options. Ultimately, I chose a new water heater system. His technician came within a few hours the same day and installed a new unit. The work was done perfectly, pricing was transparent, very professional, clean, and very friendly. From first call to install exceptional experience.

Frank came out for a service call today for a slow shower drain. His service, communication, knowledge, and friendliness all go way above and beyond- truly exemplary! Our shower drain and sink drain both had a buildup of gunk which Frank cleaned while he was running a flow test on our shower- again, absolutely above and beyond! Before leaving he also offered to take a look at anything else I had questions about- I’ve never had such thorough service. I am so appreciative of Frank and we plan to utilize him for any and all future plumbing needs! Thank you Frank!

Legendary Service was quick to respond. They have emergency service hours but opted for regular hour service. What was originally a water heater problem became a ruptured seal from the toilet flooding onto the water heater. Frank was more than helpful and had everything fixed everything in a matter of hours and even took the time to fix the clog issue in the Piping. I really appreciate all the work he did and the extra advice he gave. I'm glad this company was the first call and I would use again if I ever get stationed back up here.

We had a clogged kitchen sink where the water backed up into the dishwasher on a Thanksgiving week. We were looking for a plumber and came across Legendary services in Thumbtack. Not only were they responsive and professional, Frank our technician was so good at his job. He kept us informed throughout the process and gave us options. He was very professional and answered all our questions with patience and was very detailed. We would definitely use Legendary services going forward because of Frank!
