Colin was my technician from Legendary and addressed problems with my furnace. He knew his stuff, was transparent and honest. You could see the pride of ownership in his work and his company’s approach. I have cancelled my subscription with a different company. They were dishonest. Colin showed me my filters which supposedly got cleaned a couple of months ago by that company. They were filthy! What a scam. I plan to use Legendary for future needs. Thank you!

I had a great experience with this company. My heat stopped working at the worst possible time, and they came through. The team installed a brand-new furnace along with a new thermostat and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home, and they explained everything clearly along the way. I’m in the Mundelein area, and I’m beyond grateful to have heat again. Highly recommend their services. I attached a photo of my new device it’s pretty cool looking and you can control the temp from your app on the cell phone. Thank You again.

Colin at Legendary was GREAT! The whole experience with seamless especially for emergency service on a Saturday with freezing temperatures and no heat. Colin was professional communicative and extremely helpful for the entire process. I highly recommend Legendary and I'm happy to now be a preferred customer for yearly maintenance on my heating, air and plumbing.

They provided a quote which was very unreasonable. $1200 to replace a warranty covered gas control valve. Called few more plumbers in the area and got way better quotes.

HVAC: I've had a wonderful HVAC experience with Sean from Legendary. Last winter, we had our heat go out and he showed up within the hour and made sure to work late in order for us to have heat overnight. I was very appreciative that he had the problem solving skills to get everything working before the end of the day, especially because we have two small children. They have a really good warranty on pretty much all of their products and I recommend becoming part of their annual maintenance agreement - it includes discounts on any plumbing and HVAC work needed. Plumbing: I also recently had the pleasure of spending a few days with Frank and Dylan from Legendary while they: 1. Hauled away an old tank water heater and replaced it with a new tankless water heater 2. Replaced a rocking toilet with a brand new one 3. Re-piped old galvanized steel pipes with new pex 4. Changed the shower fixture from two knobs to a single shower valve 5. Replaced an old wheel gate valve for the main shutoff with a new quarter turn ball valve 6. Replaced an outdoor hose spigot and kitchen drain basket Everything was installed correctly and they worked hard to make sure the project was done in a timely manner. Our water pressure is now incredible and everything works great! I should also mention that while installing the new pex to our shower, they noticed and fixed a small leak with our tub drain which has likely been leaking behind our wall for awhile. Since we had such a large plumbing project, Sean made sure to show up periodically throughout the couple of days to ensure everything was on schedule and the work being done was of the highest quality. While Frank and Dylan did a great job, it also felt good to know that Sean was double checking everything was done well throughout the project. I highly recommend Legendary Services for both plumbing and HVAC work!

Outstanding service and great team. Ben, Dylan, and team spent several days at my house to get my plumbing up to date. I had an old house that was just full of all sorts of surprises. I joined the gold agreement club as I wanted peace of mind and ensuring things were getting caught before they became a bigger costlier problem. This also gave me a great discount on all the services I bundled together. First, I had a visit with Frank to install a garbage disposal and do an overall inspection and I gave him my wish list indicating breakdowns were needed so I could determine what would fit in my budget. I got multiple quotes and guidance on the differences. We had discussions on going tank less versus reverse osmosis (I ultimately chose tank less). After determining what was in budget I proceeded with a tank less water heater install, water softener with iron filtration, 2 new toilet installs, faucet install, battery back up sump pump, and finally getting the drain piping updated from copper to pvc. The team was very communicative letting me know when on their way and very respectful of the flooring and carpeting. I dragged in more dirt myself. They were also very friendly and warned when things were going to be shut off. They even determined where a mystery live wire was coming from and labeled my breaker box! All in all, I feel much better knowing all of the plumbing is safe is legal. I am enjoying the taste of water again and my hair not feeling like crap after a shower (we had very hard water before this). I highly recommend Legendary. I had used them a few years back for a new furnace (also fantastic service from Sean) and they immediately came to mind when I was ready for this project.

Sump pump issue .. I called Legendary service Yes, that’s the name of the company. And finally! A company is named rightly so in every aspect. We have a iOS genesis sump pump and our plumber wasn’t sure about the brand or operation. The SP was making a funny grinding noise on a Sunday night; pouring rain. Asked Google who to call for IOS Genesis sump pump and up came a list… we called Legendary Monday morning and someone actually picked up the phone. It only got better. We were contact via text 15 minutes prior to arrival… also a heads up phone call. Clinton introduced himself and showed credentials. He was respectful of our home and had shoe covers. The first visit he examined situation with SP and gave us pros and cons… we decided it was necessary to replace the old system. Colin returned the following week with assistant, Joe and replaced equipment. Cleaned up without a trace of mess. After each visit including follow-up, office Manager Armand calls and checks to make sure all is okay… if we have questions, makes sure all necessary paperwork is filled out. Armand and Lauren walked me through setting up a portal so that I can view invoice, and warranty info. They do ALOT more than sump pumps. And best of all is they are there when we needed them present and future. Highly recommend! Colin and Joe

I highly recommend Legendary Plumbing and Frank Walsh as a plumber! When starting my search for a reliable plumbing company, I found Legendary Plumbing to be the most personable and convenient. Scheduling an appointment was very easy and multiple times were available. Frank always called when he was on his way to give a heads up and estimated arrival time. We needed a water heater inspection and we had an issue with the hot water in our kitchen sink. Frank diagnosed the kitchen sink issue and gave us options for proceeding. We supplied the new faucet for the next appointment to be installed. Unfortunately, the new faucet that we supplied was defective and we needed to return it to the store and buy a new one. Frank made a few calls and was able to come back 24 hours later to install the new faucet. Frank went above and beyond to make sure our issue was resolved and we were informed throughout the process. Frank was kind, knowledgeable, courteous, and a great communicator. We will continue to use Legendary plumbing in the future and will recommend them to others!

I am glad I called Legendary to help me with a furnace issue that another HVAC company kept refusing to remedy. First point of contact, their dispatcher Armon (spelling?) is wonderful, an absolute joy to speak with ❤️ Sean came out to assess the furnace issues and gave me 4 options to balance the temps in my townhouse. FOUR, as opposed to the other jerk company that installed it who said "that's just how it is, nothing we can do." I opted for 3 upgrades at a totally fair price and now it's a one degree temp difference instead of 10+ degrees between upstairs and downstairs. Next, I had an issue with my hot water heater and Frank came out for that call. Fixed it in 15 mins and explained what to look for in the future. Since this all seems to go to one review, I will thank Jeremy for continued support with my furnace woes due to the incompetence of the previous hvac company. I think we finally have all issues resolved, but I trust no one anymore.

I found Legendary Service on Google and checked reviews for all plumbing companies listed servicing my area. The wax ring on my toilet was failing and leaking. I decided on Legendary because all the other companies had bad revues. When I called an appointment convenient for me was made by a polite informative office person. Dylan called to say he could come earlier than scheduled if it was convenient for me. It was. Once he arrived he explained exactly what he would be checking for before giving me a free quote. Compared to other prices I saw online his quote was more than reasonable. The job got done quickly and efficiently. Dylan was professional, personable, and informative . He was easy to talk to and patiently answered my questions. Next time I need service I will definitely call Legendary Plumbing and HVAC.

We are remodeling the house we are moving into. We needed all galvanized to copper piping. Legendary was an excellent company to work with. We had a few issues, and they came to fix them immediately. They also caught an overpayment and refunded it. They are very on top of customer service. Frank and the team were great to work with. During our plumbing inspection, they complimented their work. We have also had them for HVAC. They are prompt, polite, helpful, and willing to fix any issue that arises. They are honest about what needs to be done. They don't oversell you on what you need. Quality work. We are now signed up for their membership. Super happy with everything.

Sean and Colin were both amazing ! I was out of hot water for a few days and Sean came out the same day I requested, and he was able to provide me with options and costs and packages his company includes with their service. I lost my dad a few years ago so I haven’t been able to have someone help me with my plumbing or heating and air around the house. Sean let me know that’s where they can step in and make me feel more safe and sound . I’m glad I came across legendary because they did an amazing job and helped restore my hot water ASAP. Honestly they are super hero’s in disguise!

Ben is a God sent he came in got the job done it was a mess kitchen sink garbage disposal seriously blocked. Ben was helpful he engaged explained everything as he went through the process gave me my opinions, He was thoughtful he interacted with my granddaughter she had questions too, we are now friends. He didn't blame or shame me. My sink has never worked so well. I am so thankful Ben's service was legendary. The professionalism from my first phone call to Ben exiting was Legendary. Frank came to service our tankless water heater. We were having issues with intermittent hot water. He told us everything we needed to know about it. He figured out the date it was manufactured and eventually hopped on the line with the manufacturer. He concluded that since it was a 20+ year old unit, that it wouldn’t be worth replacing parts (the manufacturer doesn’t offer replacement parts for our unit). He gave us a quote for a new unit. He wasn’t pushy at all and let us know to contact him if we wanted him to replace it. Great experience!

Frank with Legendary Services did a great job replacing old pipes and our kitchen sink. (old house) Very thorough and courteous. Gave us quotes for other work. Quite helpful. We also appreciate Legendary as yesterday as we had pretty heavy leak, they immediately had someone call us and talk through how to shut off our main till they could come. Other services we called just said they couldn’t come till tomorrow and gave no advice to help the immediate situation. Thank you Legendary for being so helpful!
