Exceptional service by Legacy. My outdoor faucet had a leak from the winter freeze. The pipe was broken near the faucet. Sean and his partner from Legacy came out and told me upfront about the pricing and potential issue. I agreed and they replaced the faucet within 30 minutes. Price was reasonable. It was quick and professional. Highly recommend!

They were able to come out the same day, on very short notice, and the pricing was very fair with an awesome warranty, which gave me a lot of confidence. Ramone, the technician, was outstanding. He took the time to explain everything clearly while working and made sure I understood what was being done and why. On top of that, he went above and beyond by fixing an electrical breaker issue, which technically wasn’t even his job. That kind of honesty, knowledge, and extra effort is rare.
