Emergency Response
Christmas-Day emergency response — Larry and Brady arrived on time, repaired a burst exterior valve in 30mph winds and freezing temps, with water restored within hours.
Commercial accounts get 24-hour response per one facilities customer who reports Legacy 4 'arrives on site within 24 hours' across multiple locations.
Free re-visits — Cindy Minor reports a sink issue recurred and Legacy returned 'so quickly' and did not charge for the second trip.
What To Watch Out For
Flat-fee pricing not disclosed upfront — $325 for toilet innards and an inlet hose with no prior heads-up that it would be flat rate vs time-and-materials.

Shout out to all the good guys at Legacy. We not only had the plumbing side, but the HVAC side as well. They worked together, were professional, efficient, and nice. Thank you.
Legacy 4 Plumbing shows constant professionalism and provides timely work and transparency throughout their process. Our company has multiple facilities always requesting work and every time I speak with the office, a technician arrives on site within 24 hours to assess and repair the issues! Additionally, pricing is provided fairly, while receiving high quality work!
We've been using Legacy 4 for our personal and commercial business for several years and couldn't be happier. We highly recommend them for any plumbing services you may need.
This company installed a $15 part on my water heater. It took approximately 15 minutes to perform the work. They charged me $372.14. I was told the service call would be $85. I was OK with that. However, $272.14 is ridiculous for labor. Thats unarmed robbery.. Do not use this company unless you want to pay an unbelievable price.
Had the job already dug up for plumber, he showed up and did maybe 30 minutes of work, and it isn’t even flush. It’s bowed up. And then charges me almost 400 dollars. I am really let down with these services and I feel I was over charged
They seem like nice enough people.. I used this company through my home warranty to come unclog a main drain, on a Friday, in my home that was flooding into my garage anytime I used my washer. They came out once and thought they got it fixed, but didn't. It was still flooding after I attempted to use the washer after the plumber left. No worries, stuff happens. I call the next day, of course they're closed on the weekend. So my family goes all weekend without being able to use our washer or dishwasher because it backs up and floods our garage, except now it appears the first attempt at clearing the clog just moved it because now its flooding into our kitchen. I call them first thing Monday morning and explain the situation, they schedule an appt for "sometime between Noon & 5" the next day on a Tuesday. 16:45 the next day rolls around, noone has called me or shown up at my home or contacted me in any way. I call the company, the receptionist takes my phone number and says she'll call me right back. That doesn't happen. I call her back 22 mins later to get an answering machine saying they're closed for the evening. So my family is still stuck here without use of our appliances. They need to get better at communicating. If you can't make an appt, fine, tell your customer. Don't lie to me and tell me you're gonna call me right back, when you don't actually do that. This is all highly annoying and im still no better off than I was before your company was contracted to help me. Update: I called the next morning at 8 am. I was told someone would be at my home before Noon. Noon comes and passes, noo e came. Its now 2:30 pm the day after my appointment was scheduled and noone has fixed the problem. I called again and the receptionist, again, took my number saying she'd call me back ASAP. She never did. Also they quit answering my phone calls. Update 2: I had my home warranty cancel this company and reassign to another. The new company fixed my problem an hour later. It was ridiculous trying to deal with Legacy 4! Never again! Update 2:
* Do NOT hire Legacy * We recently hired them to clean out our main drain. We have occasionally had issues with tree roots blocking the line. And, this is what the problem was. Their worker did indeed get these out from the line. It was apparently easily resolved. Their worker was here no more than 20 minutes. But! Only five days later our main line was clogged again! We contacted Legacy. There was obviously something they missed. Legacy refused to even consider this. Their excuse for not missing something was, "you've got roots." Um, yes. But, they do not grow to block the line in five days. Legacy was wanting to charge us another $200 just to even come back out. They would not even consider that they had not completely cleaned the line. Be prepared for Legacy charging higher costs, too. They charged over $350 to come out to do a simple job which (I found out) other reputable companies charge less than $250. We have a normal residential line- it isn't long in length. They charged a separate fee just for using a snake to clear the line. Um, I compare the unreasonable nature of this like an auto shop wanting to charge you for using tools to get an oil change! We hired a different plumbing service to come out to resolve the issue. It was indeed a small amount of roots which remained, clogging the line. It was something Legacy completely missed the first time. It was something they shouldn't have wanted to charge $200 to even come out. *You have been warned. Don't hire Legacy*
I was assigned Legacy 4 Plumbing company through American Home Shield, for them to come do an investigation for the back up issue I was having in my bathroom. The first red flag was that they charged $267 just to lift the toilet up off the ground and take a look. That didn’t include what outside fees they charged AHS for the investigation, and the $75 service charge . Then they didn’t find an issue, so they said they would have to go get a camera to check inside the walls and that they would provide me with all the information of what and where my issue was coming from. They ran the camera and found the issue but didn’t mark the spot. I later called Legacy 4 Plumbing and asked if they could come out and complete the job I’ve paid for and asked why they didn’t mark the spot for work to be done in the future. They were very reluctant to share that information with me and said I would have to pay more money for someone to come out again and mark the spot, which is what they should have done from the beginning because I had already paid for that service. They told me “our people know where the issue is” basically shutting me out of the conversation and telling me “they wouldn’t share it with me because I would go off and get another company to quote me for the job.” I felt they took advantage of the home warranty company and myself
We were dealing with our 5th slab leak in 6 years and I was sick of it and decided to get the plumbing redone overhead and take the slab out of it. I called and had multiple plumbers to come out and give pricing and was shocked at how much it would be for my 1600 sqft home. Other plumbers also said it would take 4 days to complete the job. I called Legacy 4 and talked to Cody on the phone and he gave me an estimate 1/3 what the other plumbers quoted. I was in disbelief, but scheduled them to come out the next day. Cody and Jared showed up and did EVERYTHING. They rerouted new pipes all the way to every fixture, insulated the pipes and even added a new line for my fridge! Plus, they did it in ONE day at the estimated price!! I am pleased with their work and customer service. I will definitely be using them again for any of my plumbing needs.
I had a gas water leak in the garage on Jan.16, 2023 and a plumber by name , Anthony Banks came and replaced it by a Bradsmith White water heater. He did excellent work, and the total bill was $3,869,00. I knew this was about 1000 dolars too high, but since my wife has been recovering from a recent stroke, and she wanted a replacement quickly, I didn't bargain for a reasonable lower price. I am sure I would have got the work doneby anther Norman Plumbing Company for about $2869,00 instead of $3.869.00. I have mentioned this to them. Let me see what happens. I will be satisfied even if they give me a refund of 500 dollars. Again, Anthony Banks, the plumber did excellent work. You can use him for your plumbing needs, but check with other plumbers on the price. Ananth Sundara-Rajan Homeland Ave, Norman, OK 73072
Excellent Service- We had an exterior valve burst during a deep freeze which shut down water service to our home on Christmas day. We called several places the next morning, left messages stating it was an emergency, yet none even bothered to call us back. When I called Legacy they answered the call on the second ring and dispatched a team that morning. Larry and Brady arrived on time, were professional, and quickly repaired the damage despite working in 30mph winds and freezing temperatures; our water service was restored within hours and at a very reasonable price. As a disabled vet I'm always glad to support veteran owned businesses such as Legacy, and would not hesitate to call them again when we need plumbing services.
Tim's professionalism is unmatched, his ability is impressive, his can do attitude and effort to please me/customer is very much appreciated and did not go unnoticed. I would recommend his service & ability to any friend or family member. Thank you Tim, job well done. Additional note: No less than 6 attempts to get this job completed before Tim. The common reply was: We're gonna have to break out and retile your shower, or go in thru the stairway hallway and breakout sheetrock, retape, texture & paint. Therefore the job never got done. Tim completed this project in 1 day in a fashion that needed no retile of the shower or busting a hole in the wall of our stairway for a lengthy repair.
They were a no show! We waited all weekend for them to fix our toilet and we were scheduled first on Monday we weren't told they would call on the way from a different number and blow off our appointment if we didn't answer. We were on another call and didn't know they were calling us it was an unknown number to us. Because we didn't answer they blew off the appointment. They should have told us when we schedule the appointment that someone would call from am unknown number. He blew us off and went on to the next call. We could have had someone else out over the weekend but we waited for them on Monday and they blew off our appointment! Awful!!!!
Tim was sent to our house to look at my hot water heater. The scheduler (Latisha I think) was so friendly and helpful, and Tim was so wonderful! He diagnosed and fixed our problem fast and was cheerful and friendly. We felt bad that his next job was a long drive away in the ice, but without skipping a beat he just smiled and said "It's okay! People need help!" And that mindset was just amazing to see and hear. I will be recommending Legacy 4 to everyone from now on. Thank you for coming to our rescue in this freeze and I am sure to the rescue of many others as well.
Good quality work, fairly responsive, WAY WAY overpriced. Was not informed at the time of appointment that this would be a flat fee instead of time and materials. Charged me $325 to replace toilet innards and an inlet hose that was kinking. Took them over an hour to go get parts and return after initial assessment. They get 4 stars for the work and 0 stars for value/price. If you're going to use them, make sure you lay everything out up front and that you are satisfied with the arrangement upfront. Otherwise, call someone else. That's what I'm going to do.
