I can't believe I hadn't reviewed these guys yet after all of the good work they've done for us in the last two years. I really enjoy working with RC. He's been to our house multiple times, both for bathroom remodel projects that included tub/toilet replacements, and water heater replacement. I've worked with lots of contractors, and they are one of the few that I've worked with that I trust, and consistently offer the best combination of service and pricing. No high pressure upsell's or doom and gloom stories about your plumbing; just honest dialogue about the best options for your specific situation. More recently Mason came by to replace our water heater. He was on-time, polite, knowledgeable, and did good work replacing our water heater. I checked in throughout the job, and noticed that cleaned as he worked, leaving everything in better shape than it was when he got there. Great communication throughout the process. I can't talk this company up enough, you can trust Whiteaker Plumbing for your home plumbing needs.

Excellent service by Mason at Whiteaker Plumbing. Honest, clear reasonable pricing, good communication. He was on time, cleaned up even in my garage and did a great job. Explained everything to me. They will be my go to plumbers in the future.

I would definitely recommend Whiteaker Plumbing. Mason the plumber was very personable & explained how things worked as he went along. He took special care to make sure everything was fine until the next day when the final hookup would be made. He cleaned up after the job & went out of his way to get the part we were missing for one of the jobs. Thanks to RC for recommending a countertop man or this job wouldn't have been possible.

We had a break in the water service line at our home in Georgetown. A neighbor recommended Whiteaker Plumbing based on the great experience he had with them on several indoor and outdoor projects/repairs. Fortunately for us, Mason from Whiteaker was able to come and make the repair that same day. Mason was professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous in making the repairs. He was also friendly and happy to explain what he was doing and how it would be an improvement versus how the original service line (and attached irrigation line) had been run. In the end the issue was resolved, we were extremely happy with Mason's work, and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Whiteaker Plumbing, and will be using them for any future projects and repairs.

A leak from badly installed toilet flange caused damage to the baseboard and allowed mold to develop inside the wall. Neighbors recommended Whiteaker Plumbing whom I called. They were responsive and recommended a good contractor to repair the wall and baseboard. Whiteaker Plumbing sent Moe out to assess the problem and damage and accurately diagnosed the cause and extent of repairs required. After the wall was repaired, Whiteaker Plumbing returned to install a new flange, wax ring, and reset the toilet correctly. Moe did excellent work. Whiteaker Plumbing is now our plumber for repairs and advice. The entire staff is friendly and calls prior to arrival: no surprise visits and reasonable charges. I recommend Whiteaker Plumbing for any plumbing repair.

I called them at 8:00 and left a message. RC called me in less than an hour and was at the house by 10:00. He was super friendly, explained everything and was extremely diligent. I had called other places and they couldn’t get to me for days. Whiteaker plumbing was on top of it and took great care of us. They warranty their work, use name brand products, and most importantly they don’t overprice the work. Thank you Whiteaker Plumbing and RC for being on top of great service.

We highly recommend Mason with Whiteaker Plumbing. He responded very quickly and arrived right on time. He assessed our leak issue and explained the problem as well as showed us what needed to be repaired. He gave us a repair cost which was very fair and reasonable and then he got to work. He was extremely professional and personable. He did a great job and cleaned up everything when he was done. We are very satisfied and will definitely use him for all our plumbing needs.

So grateful to have discovered this wholesome and trustworthy business. R.C has been a huge God send for such a messy situation. R.C fixed the SUMP pump and explained every step of the waste management process and even took the extra mile to help me contact the correct people to troubleshoot a major issue. Saw a leak in guest bathroom on Veteran's day in late evening. We had guests flying in next afternoon. Texted them next day before they opened and they came were at my house at 9:30am and replaced the toilet tank (which was cracked) before noon. They were fast, efficient and reasonable. We were able to pick up our guests at the airport that afternoon and enjoy their stay!! Highly recommend.

I had a shower valve that was leaking intermittently. I spoke with RC about it, and he didn't even need to see it in order to diagnose the problem. It turned out that he was absolutely right, and the fix was quick and easy. Obviously, these guys are experienced. I have two water heaters that are probably due for replacement, and when the time comes, Whiteaker will be my guys.

Have used this company many times over the years. They are the best. Stand behind their work and always do a first-class job. Have purchased 2 hot water heaters and installed a hot water recycler system among other things. Mason is great and truly customer focused which is an exception among many. You cannot go wrong for personal household plumbing needs here.

I found myself with broken and busted pipes from the freeze. All the other companies i called were wait listed for up to a week. Lee retuned my call personally and fit me in very quickly. They had my pipes fixed within Two days. Amazing company!!! Great workers. Amazing work!! I will recommend them from now on to anyone needing help!! Thank you SO much yall!!

Most impressed with RC and Mason at Whiteaker Plumbing! Straight forward with pricing and schedule. Mason arrived when he said he would, confirmed price, and when he had to do extra to spend extra time locating the part did not add to the invoice. Seems like a family business with no agenda of gouging or upselling. Added to my contact list in my cell phone!

Such speedy, thorough, communicative help from RC. Had a water line to the house break at the PVC (from the street) to the copper (at the house) junction. He told us where to look and what to do; once we had the pipes exposed (great help from our landscaper) he came quickly, when promised, and had it fixed completely. Highly recommended.
