(For Mary's roof) Lee's Roofing is amazing. Every agent we delt with was proffessional, helpful, and a joy to interact with. They also assisted with resources for financing. The crew was extremely fast and efficient (Our entire roof in 2 days!!!). We thank you very much for the beautiful roof and making this whole experience worry free. -Mary and family

Zachary was amazing! My window was 8-10am, he called me at 7:45am to advised his ETA was 20 mins. I was concerned because I work from home and had to support a last-minute project during that time window. I almost canceled but due to the call and I was able to coordinate the when the door would be open. Zachary supported the repair without interrupting, or creating work stoppage for me, he was friendly informative about the diagnostic that was needed .

Jose Luis with Lee’s Roofing did a great job repairing my roof gutter. It is fastened together and working great. He also helped to add extra support to the gutter as well. Photos show Jose Luis’s amazing job. Complete customer satisfaction. Matthew 10:32 Jesus Christ said “Everyone therefore who will acknowledge me before men, I will also acknowledge him before my father in heaven.” Luke 12:8 Jesus Christ said “ I say to you, Whoever will acknowledge me before men, the Son of man will also acknowledge before the angels of God.”

Don't use Lees plumbing.. Service man came to my home for a diverter valve replacement on a three handle tub/shower. He replaced the valve with a new one and it did not work (estimated cost $600). He then proceeded to write up an estimate of $2000 to cut out the back wall and replace the entire tri valve assembly, Since, I was skeptical,I called another plumber from VAR. The service man arrived with a couple of different diverter valves. After a couple of trial and error, he found the right Price pfister diverter valve that worked.. Part and labor$ 138.00. I am eternally grateful to VAR plumbing to saving my Christmas!

I needed a kitchen faucet installed, and a bath sink reset. No big deals. I paid the 49 diagnostics fee, despite me telling the tech exact the issue, and they cam back with a $1,400 + estimate. CRAZY. He wanted to take out my disposer because he could not fit under my kitchen sink. And that would be extra..... I had my regular home repair contractor (licensed and insured). Do for 250.00. I could go on, but it serves no purpose. Very disappointed

** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I CANNOT STRESS THIS TO YOU ENOUGH ** IF you do not heed my advice, at MINIMUM Hire a LOCAL company to give you a second opinion. We paid Lee's to come out because our AC stopped pumping cool air. Tech got here took a look and here was his evaluation. - Compressor SHOT has to be replaced - Pump SHOT has to be replaced - 2-4 other components are so rusted that they will fail soon - In summary repairing is a waste of money you need to replace your entire unit. 6k MINIMUM to replace the parts and get it back online and for our house size 1500 sqft need a 3ton unit for 21,700$ Now lets cut to today. We have a local privately owned Cooling Company come out. We tell him nothing about what the previous person quoted or told us AT all we wanted a blind evaluation. - Compressor is fine - Pump is fine - Some parts are a little rusty but absolutely nothing to be worried about for a long time. - Compasitor was dead and just had to be replaced. - Parts and labor out the door 240$ AC unit is working JUST fine. Showed him the quote from Lee's, guy was not surprised but really disappointed. Says he sees this all the time with this company and one other I'll not name here because it's not my personal experience. I asked if there was any way this could just get missed or accidentally overlooked, and the guy said no... This was the first thing you check in a situation like this. So either 1. The repair guy for Lee's was not trained or capable to make an assessment on a repair and shouldn't be doing this. 2. They tried to scam us into replacing our entire AC Unit instead of just doing the repair we hired them to. In either case... just feel it's important to share. There are 100% families out there that will trust companies like this, and end up paying 20 THOUSAND DOLLARS instead of 250 bucks..... Unethical and just really sad.... Just trying to do my part to hoepfully save someone from a costly mistake....

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY - UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP, so disregard all reviews over 12 months old - they were reviewing the OLD management and services, look at ALL the recent 1* reviews, and BE WARNED! The new owners are NOT forthright nor transparent - with their deceptive, dishonest, unscrupulous business practices. Charged us $2000+ to replace the OEM ECM blower motor and all the invoice says is, "ECM Blower Motor - Includes all time and material associated with the procurement and replacement." Absolutely ZERO explanation of how they came up with that figure and from the top down, this company is REFUSING to provide me with an itemization of charges. WHY? What are they HIDING? Probably the fact they charged me, more than likely, a 300+% markup for the part and at least $250/hr to replace it (took the tech roughly 2 hours to complete). The absolute MOST I could find this part selling for online was $500. And how much did they actually charge me to 'procure' it? What kind of company charges an additional separate fee to drive down to the parts store to get the dang part? Heck, some part stores may actually deliver for free for all I know! This type of behavior is simply CRIMINAL! THEY REFUSE TO BREAK DOWN THE CHARGES! They had to come up with that figure SOMEWHERE - - - so JUSTIFY them to me. Unless they're fraudulent and hyper-inflated, which I believe they are. Like I said, what are they hiding? I plan on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau - they should be COMPELLED and legally BOUND to provide an itemization! If/when they do I'll post an image of that as well. This was NOT a $2000+ repair and they KNOW it. THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED! PLEASE BOYCOTT THIS COMPANY! They took advantage of 2 retired senior citizens (one disabled) and they'll do the same to YOU!

How does Lees are pay for all their ads? By over charging the heck out of you. Last summer my ac went out in 100 degree weather. I called lees, they sent someone out the next day afternoon, they looked at my system and quoted me 3 items: fix leak $8-10k, replace mid range $18-20k, or get a high end complete ac with heat pump 26k. I picked 26k option and was scheduled immediately for the next day 8 am. This didn't really give you time to check around for pricing. They came and installed in 2 days. Quick and efficient. Here are some of the cons: 1. My salesman Frank showed me an inflation reduction act rebate for going "all electric", $6000 in rebates for my system. I guess that sold me for the higher system, however after he said it might be $2k. Felt like bait and switch. I ended up with $1400. 2. Checking with other vendors after the fact I was quoted same system for $15k. Complete rip off, please take the time to review and call a few places to check your pricing. 3. Free service - I was told I was getting 2 years of service on my ac. Called and they said only 1 year. After a few back and forth somebody said they'll give me 2 years 4. Had my first service yesterday, and was informed that my supply duct is original and showing sign of collapsing, which "will cause premature failure" I asked him what is an estimate, he said about $10k or less. I purchased my house for $345k. They think money grow on trees, I could've purchased another house with the money I paid. I have enough of this company, they're nice and friendly but will take big chunk out of your pocket book. There's definitely better value and service out there. Please check 3 places before doing service with them.

I called Lee's on a Tuesday and asked if they installed bathroom exhaust fans, they said they did. I scheduled and appointment for the following Friday between 8am and 10am. I received several follow-up texts and e-mails reminding me of the appointment which I had taken off work to be there. On Friday morning at 8:30am I received a call from an unfamiliar phone number that came up "potential spam" (559 227-9569) but I answered it thinking it might be the technician letting me know he's on his way. Instead, a young woman said she was from Lee's Plumbing and informed me that "bathroom exhaust fans are outside the scope of their business and the tech won't be showing up". So apparently the people that answer the phones are unaware of the services they provide to their customers or they changed the scope of their business services in the last few days. So, I take my valuable time off work for nothing because Lee's Plumbing and Heating doesn't know the services they provide. Well, let's just say that Lee's Plumbing and Heating falls outside the scope of who I'm even willing to consider doing business with. The interesting thing is I had contacted Donald P. Dick (they installed a new AC unit in my home) and asked if they installed bathroom exhaust fans. Donald P. Dick said they didn't and suggested I call Lee's to see if they did. Apparently, Donald P. Dick is fully aware of the services they provide, they won't waste your time and I wholeheartedly recommend you contact Donald P. Dick if you need AC or heating services. As for plumbing services, I'd look elsewhere.

DO NOT HIRE LEE'S FOR ANYTHING! I've watched the slimey and unethical salespeople at Lee's try to sell my mom a new HVAC unit over the past year. They finally succeeded last month and used predatory practices with outrageously expensive financing terms, that, as her daughter, I only found out after the ink had dried. A salesperson even coerced her into unfreezing her credit report (which I had her get frozen in the first place in order to protect her after she fell for another scam) to get the financing locked in while she was in a vulnerable and worried state of mind. The sales guys made the call on her behalf! WHICH IS ILLEGAL AND UNETHICAL. Only someone with power of attorney can do this! My mother is in her 70s and lives alone so she doesn't have a husband or someone to help her navigate big house repairs and get a second opinion. Lee's knows this -- they've tried to upsell my husband and me into thousands of dollars for unnecessary repairs to our *brand new* HVAC at our own home, so we declined to work with them. I warned my mom to stay away from this company, especially after they consistently flaked on her all summer for her regularly scheduled service, but since I cannot be there 24/7 they took advantage of her. They wore her down after months of trying to sell her these units. They are predatory and unprofessional and I will be reporting this to the department of consumer affairs and the BBB. No one should EVER coerce a senior into unfreezing their credit and trap them into agreeing to a loan they don't fully understand.

We had our HVAC system replaced, along with all of the ductwork, and also had Lee's upgrade our attic insulation to more modern standard in late 2019. The technicians have always been great from the installation to the SEVERAL service calls afterwards, however, the original unit installed, Lennox, had issues (overheating when using the heater) and it would shut down repeatedly causing huge temperature fluctuations. It was replaced with a Coleman(!) which has been the most unreliable, ineffective unit I have EVER had! In the just over two years the unit has been in, we have had a failure that needs repair every time the seasons change, and that is not an exaggeration. Our 30 year old unit, while inefficient, had five repairs in the 20 years we owned it and this unit has had five repairs since November of this year alone! We have asked to have the unit replaced, but it has fallen on deaf ears. They have had Coleman reps come out and it has failed again today and it is another gas valve, which will be the third since it was installed and the second one this year! While I feel we have been patient, this has become a stressful situation with having an elderly, bed ridden parent who lives with us and having to be concerned with whether or not the climate control will work any time there is a change in seasons. The situation is so bad that we now have asked other HVAC vendors for estimates to replace a less than three year old unit that we spent close to $30k on having replaced by Lee's.

Just echoing what other people have said here. We had a guy come out to look into why our secondary drain pipe was dripping. He presumably went into the attic to check, but rather than actually diagnosing the problem, he just tried to sell us an entire new HVAC system for $25k+. He also said we're free to get quotes from other companies, but if they come in way under that price, they're just trying to cut corners and be shady. No, I think you're the shady one here, Lee's. They must train their technicians to be used car salesmen, too, because we basically paid their $99 diagnostic fee to listen to the tech's scare tactic sales pitch. I've had better experiences at auto shops than this. We got second opinions from 2 other HVAC companies who basically refuted everything Lee's said. And guess what? They actually DID something. They cleaned out the drain pipe and our AC system was back on track--no $25k replacement required. The Lee's technician also told us the refrigerant we need for our current system is banned in the US, so it's not even worth repairing the current system. Just buy a whole new one instead. At least they offer financing, right? Please go somewhere else. If you are in an absolute emergency and have no choice, I guess do what you need to do. But if that's not the case, please--for your own sanity and financial sake--go somewhere else! Their practices are very shady. I'm just glad we only paid $99 to learn our lesson, rather than $25k.

Our a/c started struggling a couple weeks ago. We needed someone to come out in a timely manner to check our unit out because it was pretty hot outside They did come out the next morning and that is the only positive in the whole experience. The technician went up in the attic and to our ground unit. He came back in 20 mins and showed me one picture. This was of some metal coils with fluid underneath. He said we were leaking coolant and given the unit is almost 20 years old, we should replace the whole thing. He also said the coolant our unit needed is no longer available and if we chose to try to repair they would have to do a retrofit which would be very costly also. He would have to call out another person to give us an estimate but ballpark wound be $20,000-$30,000. Kevin and I decided to get more estimates to replace. Lee's sent me a statement with pictures and the picture the technician showed me wasn't included. I called and asked them to send it. Meanwhile, we had two more companies come out and both said the same thing.... The original seal is still on the unit, so no way did another company check for a leak. Both technicians said the same thing without either of them knowing what we had been told, other than we were told we had a leak. Long story long, the motor was going out and our fan was warped. Both replaced for under $600. The coolant our unit uses has been phased out, but still available DON'T USE LEE's AIR in Fresno/Clovis.

If I could give a negative number I would. My heater was having some issues. Lee's came out and spent 15 minutes in my attic, then told me my entire unit is faulty and I needed to install all new equipment. It was weird when the tech who came out had to call a "supervisor" to go over the cost. This jack wagon came out and wrote a bunch of crap on a yellow piece of paper like a car salesman (attached). Price tag, $58,000. If you've ever bought a new car, you will know what I'm talking about when you see the picture. Keep in mind this is after they sold me a $12,000 hot water heater 8 months ago. What did it for me was when slick Willy, the supervisor asked, can we earn your business today? I kept my composure and called Johnson Air. Tech was in my attic for 45 minutes, then came down with a faulty blower, which is what was wrong. He never even bothered me until it was fixed. I was waiting for the gut punch like the slimy salesman from Lee's did. Nope, not these guys, their tech was named Juan and could not have more pleasant to deal with. Final charge $630 (pic attached). Lee's should be ashamed of themselves. I wonder how many of the elderly or less savvy people they have screwed over? If you need a heating and air company, call Johnson Air and ask them to send Juan.

A couple of days ago, Lee's technician Edgar Lopez came to my home to do a maintenance service of the heating function of my one-year old heat pump. This was the second time Edgar has come to my home. (He came about six months ago to check the AC function of the heat pump system). Edgar is friendly, knowledgeable, and he explained what he would be doing and how much time it would take. Since my heat pump is on the roof, Edgar took photos of the various tests he performed. One test instrument indicated that there was resistance to the flow of air through the ductwork. Edgar explained what might be causing that resistance. He examined the ductwork in the attic and took photos. He showed me that the ductwork was very old and had lost its integrity in some places. The insulation was also very old and new insulation was needed. To make a long story short, Edgar offered to call an HVAC Service Supervisor who might be able to come and explain what options there were to deal with the ductwork and insulation problems. The Service Supervisor came later that afternoon and we agreed on an option. I want to thank Edgar for his experience, professionalism, and efficiency. I know now that my heat pump system will be working well for many years.
