Jonathan and Jacob were outstanding! They were professional, friendly, and maintained a clean and organized work area throughout the entire job. They showed great patience and care, especially with the more challenging aspects of the project. I would highly recommend Lee without hesitation!

Highly recommend! I had a great experience with Tyler, the electrician assigned to my issue, from Lee Company. He fixed the outside outlets and the fan in my home and everything is working perfectly now. He was professional, courteous, and clearly takes pride in his work. The job was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. I truly appreciate the quality service and would definitely use him again!

My husband and I are so impressed by Joseph Richey, our electrician with Lee Company. A 70-year-old house provides plenty of wiring challenges, and Joseph is an incredibly talented and gifted electrician who has addressed each and every one. Joseph could not be more professional, polite, or, personable. We are so grateful for his help with all of the electrical needs at our home. At our request, he also gave us some clear direction on upgrades and how we can prioritize those for the future. We are very grateful for Joseph and his expertise!

Such a joke - you ask them to wear shoe covers in your home and sure they place them on then walk outside in and out. WHAT IS THE POINT?? They have come repair a leak in my home. Months later from the work they did, another leak. Then they repair that one - cut holes and guess what? Another leak. TERRIBLE company

Lee Company tries to sell new HVAC system with scare tactics. Lee Company came to our house to tune up our HVAC for the winter (we were on a service plan...it has since been cancelled). The technician claimed we had a damaged main heat exchange after he inspected our systems. He proceed to explain to my wife (I was not home during this incident) that we were endangering our children lives with this issue and needed to repair ($5,000+/-) or replace the system ($12,000+/-). The endangerment was supposedly due to CO leak. (we have CO detectors in our house). Next, he proceed to shut the system off and scheduled a "sales appointment" for the following day. Keep in mind this is December 17th (its cold outside) so shutting the HVAC system down is an issue for a family of 5. This was all very fishy & seemed like complete B.S. We decided to cancel the appointment that was essentially forced on us and called Joslin Plumbing for a second opinion on the HVAC system's heat exchange. (BTW we recommend Joslin out of Franklin, TN). Joslin came first thing the follow morning and confirmed that our system was totally fine & we had been completely mislead. We were also informed that Lee Company has a reputation for doing these types of things and I suspect their technicians are commissioned on sales as well. Do not use this company...they are clearly attempting to take advantage of customers. If do choose to use them ALWAYS get a second opinion before taking them up on their "sales team". I would give them a zero star but its not an option.

I hate I have to make this review, as I've heard good things about Bill Lee, I met him, and I even voted for him, and used to highly recommend his company, but it's time. It's very sad to see how this company has gone down hill over the years. When I say downhill, I mean they're probably not hurting in profitability in any sense of the word, but I feel are taking advantage of or even exploiting their customers. I own multiple properties and have been a LEE Company member for six years. What used to be a helpful, informative and honest appointment has now turned into constant up-selling, scare tactics, and exorbitant fees. I recently called them for a faucet replacement. $400 was the cost (with a faucet) and that was after my 20% member discount. So $500 faucet replacement for non members. Instead I bought a very nice Moen faucet, lifetime warranty, and had another company put it in for $75 plus $125 for the faucet. If you're not a member don't say you haven't been warned about their cost. It's been shared with me that each truck you see on the road requires the driver to earn $250,000 a year in sales. I've been advised to replace HVAC units that have many many years left and are in fact working flawlessly after the subtle suggested replacement. Every time they come out anymore I have to squint, waiting for their "recommendations." LEE also outsourced their local after hours help line to a call center. My last call to them left me with little confidence in who would be handling my concern, conveying it properly and it's resolution. Hate to see this with a local company. I recently had LEE out for a toilet leak on a toilet they installed. The man came out, determined it was a bad washer, replaced it in 15 minutes and wanted to charge me $100 or something, don't exactly recall, but as I just paid for their installation. I said I was going to have to speak to a manager or customer service about it, as they were the ones who just installed it. He threw his hand up in my face and mumbled something under his breath and stormed away. How's that for customer service! As a member, LEE company will come out twice a year to clean, service, and inspect your HVAC unit. This is their opportunity to sell you, and they've begun selling hard the last few years. I have multiple properties, and after scheduling my appointments and informing the tenants they would be out, LEE Company just never showed up for either the spring or fall HVAC appointment. I didn't find this out until later. This fall they did the same thing. Fortunately I called ahead of time to confirm, at which time they told me they cancelled the appointments without speaking to me. So for 18 months straight, LEE company cancelled the three service appointments I had been paying for with their monthly member fee. When I first found this out they did credit me back the years worth of fees which was the right thing to do, and they handled it satisfactorily and professionally and expediently. This last time I requested a manager call me, as this was the second year of this happening, but they never did. My other issue with LEE, is the HVAC guys will come out after I've had my unit cleaned by them, and they must not check their notes, because as they go into their sales pitch they go one about how filthy the unit was, I'm like, if it's so bad, maybe I shouldn't be paying you all to come out and clean it twice a year, youre obviously not doing a very good job of it! Now the good. I've had them out and they've done after hours HVAC to get heat running which was great, had the part on the truck. They've done some other work for me as well. Faucet stems, a bit pricey, some pump grinder work I was happy with and reasonable, and in fact I did end up replacing an HVAC unit this year that they recommended I replace a few years ago. I went with LEE only after multiple bids, because they were able to give me the best price on a Trane unit (they have huge pricing flexibility being a a big distributor). I was going to go in another direction, but the salesman asked what I was getting, and how much. I told them what I was buying and going elsewhere and he beat it, and with a better unit, so hats off to them on that one. Even my other contractor said you got a good deal. My final is this: LEE company defiantly has their place. They're not what they used to be, sadly, but they can get you out of a bind, but you'll more often than not pay for it. I still use them, but have found another plumbing and HVAC company and electrician to direct much more of my work to than I used to.

We had a Noritz N-084M with an error 98- which is a combustion error- basically Gas of Fan issues; this is a large Tankless rated for 5+ bathroom homes. While i'm a high functioning DIY'r- these types of repairs (involving Gas) are best left to Plumbers. My experience with most Electricians and Plumbers over the last 10 years has not been good- ridiculous pricing reflecting a disconnect from reality and common sense- AND most are so incompetent- one plumber quoted $400 to replace a pressure reduction valve- a $20 part and a 15 min repair. Now we had a pretty good idea of what the repair would be- which most plumbers don't like - but the Lee Technician that showed up- John (their tankless guy) was great. Low key but very knowledgable- which makes you forgive his lack of responsiveness with respect to time; he was about 3 hours late ;)- but actually that gave us time (my tenant and i) to pull apart the unit and start in on some of the work- he showed up- took a look at what we had done (made sure we didn't make any egregious errors)- he took over and finished up- spotted a small leak that had caused corrosion in one of the electrical harnesses. He cut the harness and direct wired it. His work was excellent, his demeanor should be a training video for all in home subcontract technicians (great ability to read the room), he was respectful and informative and a general pleasure to be around- the entire visit was probably around 3 hours- although, i left after about 90 min. He let himself out and my tenants didn't even know that he had left. I got the bill a couple of days later and thought it was very reasonable- in-fact - he probably under charged and over delivered.... how often do you hear that ! we've built several homes over the years and are not the typical call for most of these types of contractors- i have been reticent to call a company the size of Lee- as it is hard to maintain quality when a company grows past a certain head count- my hats off to Lee- we will definitely put them at the top of our call list when we do our next reno in the spring thanks so much !!

New HVAC system installed. Price was great compared to other companies. Jeremy was awesome the person that came out to quote me on the unit but everything that happen after him was horrible. Appointment was at 8am, they didn't get there until 10:30/11. My boyfriend had to help unload the unit from the truck. (Which was the wrong unit and was installed anyway. They notified me until after install was finished). After the truck was unloaded they took a lunch because the 2nd tech had not arrived so he couldn't install alone. Since having the unit I have called the company out twice because the unit is not keeping temperatures. We keep the thermostat set at 68-70 for this new unit and it's not comfortable especially late night, early morning it feels like the unit is shut off completely. I told the techs both times, out of every apartment or house I have lived in, I have never had to keep my house at 70 and it's still not cool/comfortable. Even when I set the thermostat at 70 it does not always read 70. First time the guy came out and said my new unit is too big for my return. He had to widen it out. Which still did not solve my problem. The second time I called the representative on the phone told me it would be a service fee if she sent a tech out. I refused to pay on a new unit. I told her have her manager call me back and hung up the phone. A couple hours later a manager did not call but a tech knocked on my door. Of course they set it to 68 which does no better & said that older units can cool at 74-76 because they have to work harder to keep up (Made no sense). And then was told they didn't see a problem with the unit. I probably just feel like it's not working but it actually is. In order for the warranty to cover anything my unit has to be broken. So I guess we will freeze this winter. Now we are in an uncomfortable house with a higher light bill. Paid thousands of dollars out of pocket w/o financing. Highly disappointed. Whenever my upstairs unit goes out or needs repairs I definitely will not make the same mistake twice by using this company.

I cannot recommend electrician Greg Stark and Lee Company enough. I was attempting to tighten light switches that were loose (thinking that you can do this from YouTube is not recommended, nor is any electrical work on your own..I learned a lesson) and due to loose wiring I actually received an electrical shock and had sparks flying and heard a pop and had to go to the ER to get an EKG and be checked out. I was worried to say the least, and in urgent need of professional help, worried for a possible electrical fire at home too. I called Lee Company , and despite the late hour and the distance they had to travel to reach my home (they drove 2 hours), they came at 10:30 p.m, were calming, professional, and empathetic to my stressful situation. They not only fixed the immediate hazard but also took their time, were kind, professional, took time to answer questions, went above and beyond, was very talkative, and it felt like having a knowledgeable friend over versus an electrician. Their expertise was evident as they quickly identified the underlying issue and corrected the wiring that caused my shock and replaced light switches as well as helped with other concerns I had (an outlet that had to be replaced, etc). This level of dedication and after-hours emergency response is rare. They turned a scary situation for me into a safe and secure one. If you need a reliable, expert electrician who genuinely cares about their clients' safety and peace of mind, look no further. I am highly thankful too of my initial phone call with the after hours customer service who sent Greg Stark out. She was so kind, kept me updated, made certain my concerns were heard in regards to why I needed service, made certain that I would be taken care of after hours by an electrician. Lee Company will be my go to company for all needs regarding home.

Over the years my wife and I have dealt with numerous HVAC companies. Lee Company installed our complete Trane System 4 years ago. Today, Ben Freeman who is the Senior Technician at Lee Company installed a new Evaporator Coil. Now I know some of you reading this review are wondering why a system four years old would need a new Evaporator Coil? Read closely.... The R410A Refrigerant runs at much higher pressures than the previous refrigerant it replaced. With that in mind, the industry had to redesign their systems including the thickness of the inner walls of the coils, due to stricter EPA Standards for efficiency. The thought behind this is that with thinner walls means more efficient transfer of heat. That may be true, but it also means more likely there will be premature leaks to develop - mainly where there are weld seams. That is exactly what happened to the original coil that Ben replaced. (Keep in mind too that now the R410A is being phased out.) Under warranty when the first coil ordered was damaged in shipping Lee Company, as courtesy to me and my wife, came out and "topped off" our leaking system to get us through the 8 day wait for a second new coil to be delivered. Usually, that is not done and I doubt any company would since the refrigerant is VERY EXPENSIVE. However, through no fault of ours or Lee Company, as a courtesy, they did take care of this for us. That, in of itself, tells you just what you need to know. After Ben completed the work, he also took very close and very clear pictures of his work and made a video verifying there were no leaks where he brazed the new fittings for the coil. Ben Freeman and Lee Company are our "go to" HVAC team!!

We have spent almost $2,000 over seven months and not had the problem fixed. Our first call to Lee Plumbing was for a small drip in the shower. They replaced a cartridge and all was good. They talked us into a yearly plan for $99. This proved to be a mistake as every time they come out they seem to find a problem. Our kitchen sink water runs hot and then ice cold and back to hot. They supposedly made our tankless hot water heater like new which did not solve the problem. Then they replaced our kitchen faucet. Then they changed out a cartridge from the guest bathroom, and while they were here decided they didn't like the way their former technician had replaced a cartridge in the other bathroom and replaced it for free. Later that night we noticed clanking sounds in the bathroom, and Lee came out and said our shower valve had gone bad. In fairness, they did replace it for free because it was fine until they got in there and messed with it. Every time someone comes out it is a different person. It is not only inconvenient for us to be here, but the issue with the hot/cold water has not been resolved. Also, they removed our flow constrictors without asking us, and now they cannot be replaced. The last straw was when the plumber was here and said he did not know how to turn up our hot water...The employee before him had lowered it from 130 to 125 and we wanted it raised back to 130. Seriously??? Sorry Lee, but our business is going elsewhere because we have lost trust in you.

Absolutely appalled at the lack of communication and customer service with Lee Company. I've never dealt with a company that just blatantly refuses to address their failed attempt at a repair and subsequent refund. We've been told repeatedly after calling day after day that the refund will be issued but "only the Franklin manager can issue it." They have promised we will receive a call back later in the day at least 7-10 times but that call never comes. When we haven't received the promised call, I've called them back the next morning. This cycle has been repeated at least 6-7 times over the last few weeks. I've been told - "he's in a meeting and will call you this afternoon", "I messaged him on teams and he'll for sure call you later today", "the refund is coming - we'll call you later today when it's completed". I have no problem that the technician couldn't actually diagnose or fix our problem. No part was ever ordered/replaced - I just want a refund of the initial visit charge since after almost 4 weeks, 3 technician visits, and at least 20 phone calls to Lee Company, the problem still exists. **Drew - in response to your reply - we've been waiting for 10+ days for the promised call back from a manager! Why do I have to continue reaching out to you? If customer service is your standard maybe give us the call back you owe us.

Lee Company's tech, Nathan, came when he said he would come and inspected our HVAC system. Lee Company comes twice a year as we have a service contract. We have not had a problem with our aging system, but we have faith that if we ever do need help, they will be there as quickly as they can. This is how a good business should operate. 5 Stars for Nathan and the Lee Company. Jan 2, 2019 Lee Company Tech, Matt, came for our twice yearly service. He was on time, courteous and took a few minutes to explain how our HVAC was doing. We are quite satisfied with everyone Lee Company has sent us so we have signed up for another year's service. Late Jan 2026 We had a surge in the MTEMC electric line, that appears to have destroyed the thermostat, and possibly other things. We use Lee Company, and they sent Brenden Suominen out the following morning. Brenden spent a good part of the afternoon not only replacing the thermostat, but doing some necessary work on the system in the attic. We have always been happy with Lee Company's service and the technicians they send. They are polite, knowledgeable and prompt. We have been with Lee for many years and expect to continue with them for many more years.

I'd really like to give them a good review, I really would. However, not showing up for a scheduled repair is a problem in my book. I scheduled an appointment and was told someone would be here on Monday. The schedule showed it would probably be 1:00-2:00, but keep in mind they would be fitting me in. I've been home all day, working outside this morning, and came inside by noon. I finally called Lee Company at 4:00 to see if they were coming and was told the tech attempted to call twice and came by and no-one answered the door. My response.... I had two missed "unknown" calls without a single voicemail message all day. They also had my wife's telephone number, and she never received a call from anyone. My wife works from home, and said she never saw anyone pull in our driveway or come to the door. (And her office/desk looks directly at the front of our property and drive. Not to mention four dogs that scream whenever someone has pulled in our driveway, or walks up to the door. Now I'm being told that the earliest they can come "again" is four days from now. Nope, you've had your opportunity and blown it badly! This was my first and last time to try Lee Company.

I had Lee Company come to my home near Christmas time 2025. The repair person [Christian Waynick] was so helpful with the issue of our heat pump . After he replace the part and service as restored, I started a conversation about what a soft start product might do for the protection of my heat pump against power surges. Christian was extremely informed about the benefits regarding what a soft start would accomplish . Even though at that time Lee Company did not offer the soft start product, He was willing to look it up on the internet and find the exact type that would work with my outside unit's size. I purchased the item separately ,then I had Christian come back in the 1st week of 2026 to install the item. Christian did a great job and I am more than happy with the results. I am mostly appreciative of Christian and how he took the time to listen and explore alternatives that I wanted as a homeowner. This was a great investment. With winter storm Fern and all the havoc that played out in middle Tennessee ,I was glad my house was protected from power surges and I am extremely appreciative of Christian's help. Keep up the good work! Sincerely , A Blake
