Long post i had carpet one in marshall remodel and install handycap shower they sent the worst people out there to install the shower they had stuffed plastic bags down the drain holes forgot to take them out toilet stopped up shower stopped up.worked the bags down past my clean out.the carpet company sent out a plumber with a router rooter machine there first machine broke the cable second machine tore up got a third machine finally got a little drain into city sewer fast forward a few days.still stopped up poop backing up in my shower.called a few people checked with rental company.they said call ledbetter plumbing.called them my whole day changed.tge office lady said as soon as she could get some one out there less than 1 hr they showed up and went to work 30 minutes my sewer was operating great. They finished within the hour.went down to their office to pay my bill.they were some of there were very friendly.on top of that my bill was reasonable.as per my opionon I would recommend them to anyone especially the senior citizens. We had a leaky commode that wouldn't stop running water. The two repairmen from Ledbetter did a good job and were very courteous.

Have been using for many years and always a good experience. Dustin and Trent are great -- they handled our plumbing issues today quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!

I'm new to the area and needed a plumber to fix a small leak in a bathroom sink. Looked online and found Ledbetter Plumbing. Called and spoke with Lori who was so helpful and friendly. She texted when she said she would to let me know plumber was on his way. They were punctual, polite, courteous and professional, fixed the leak quickly and even fixed another issue I had with my kitchen sink. I'd highly recommend them to friends and will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues.

Excellent response time and resolution to a leaking drain pipe... especially considering it was the day after Thanksgiving and no one else even bothered answering their phone. Got a repeat customer! Shoutout to Dustin for a job well done!
