I have a commercial building and tripped over Steve @ LeakLess Plumbing by doing a google search of local plumbers and wow, am I happy I did. He was such a breath of fresh air. Professional, punctual, clear on timelines, excellent quality of workmen-ship all at a reasonable cost! Now that is hard to find these days! This was for a commercial job, which entailed getting a permit for the work and following up with the inspector for sign off, immediately upon completion. Which is significant when you have a lease pending. He really worked to fit in my timelines. I generally feel that everyone else’s goal in the world is to separate me for my money. Trades people are no different. And if you could find a good tradesman whose goal is to provide quality service instead of the first goal I mentioned, man that’s like winning the lottery.
