We recently bought a house in the M Streets Dallas that needed a ton of work. While other companies immediately pushed an expensive full sewer replacement, Kevin actually worked with our budget to focus on what was truly necessary. We did end up replacing the full sewer after all, but the pricing was still very reasonable. Communication was great (we had a direct line to the plumber the whole time), and Kevin went above and beyond by giving us extra advice on the house. This is the best plumbing service we've had out here and we've had several plumbers. They are incredibly transparent and honest, and truly care about you and your home as a customer. We are so happy we chose them. They helped unravel old convoluted shoddy plumbing work in the past that was actually causing harm to our foundation. They will sleuth out any problem and figure it out. Very happen to be taken care of and will definitely have these guys back out here.

Kevin and Josh did excellent work.They came out promptly, evaluated the situation accurately and explained my options in detail. We agreed on a price for the job and he completed it very neatly that same day. He was able to eliminate the broken water heater that was not necessary and reroute plumbing in my attic to a different water heater. This saved me money of having to replace the water heater that I didn’t even really need and now we get hot water in the kitchen sink even faster. During their work, they found a vent of another water heater had become disconnected and was venting exhaust in my attic. They fixed that for no additional charge. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

Kevin is awesome at what he does. He is very knowledgeable and overall a great guy. He came out and helped me find and repair a leak on my waterline which runs about 1000ft from the water meter to my house. If I ever need any sort of plumbing repair, I will definitely give him a call again. 12/10 would definitely recommend.
