Lawhorn did a fabulous job working with us on our remodel! Moved the water heater to a whole new room, fixed various other water and gas leaks they found along the way, plus much more! They collaborated and communicated with my contractor to make sure everything was done smoothly. Skip and Kassandra are awesome! Highly recommend.

Awesome company, came out to check on my water heater I've been having issues with. Gave me a diagnosis on the water heater and an estimate if I wanted to replace it. The technician Skip was extremely helpful very understanding and answered all questions I had. I highly recommend this company for anyone's plumbing needs. 10/10 service.

We were notified by the town of Prescott Valley that our water usage exceeded 500 gallons two days ago and 900 gallons the day before. I called Lawhorn Plumbing and was greeted by Kassandra. I asked her if they would be able to accommodate an emergency same-day service call. She said she would check and promptly called me back within five minutes. Within one hour the owner, Skip, was at my house. He did a thorough diagnosis of all of my bathrooms, toilets, and outside spigots. He then proceeded to run a test of usage at the water main. It was the determined that the issue was with the water meter. Skip proceeded to correct an issue that I was having with low water pressure on one of the outdoor spigots by clearing the sediment and adjusted the water level on both of our toilets. The total cost was more than reasonable for the education and prompt,, courteous, and outstanding customer service that I received. We have found a new plumber for life andI cannot recommend this company enough.

It's no accident that there are many reviews with 'five stars'. And it is a rarity in today's world that someone delivers on the promise of 'a job well done' but Lawhorn Plumbing did (and apparently does) for us. A complex job of hooking up a second propane tank under permit to a whole house generator that had been put off way too long was finally completed and for a very reasonable price. We learned of Lawhorn thru our HVAC company (Mountain Air) and are very happy. Job done cleanly and without issues or incident and all ready to fire up our emergency generator. Skip and Kassandra were very communicative, always kept us abreast of their job intent and rapid. Came on time, told us 'what was happening' and completed on their time table just as planned. Remarkable. They are keepers and you won't be disappointed. They do smaller jobs as well. We will have 'em back for a 'hot water' tank issue.

Lawhorn plumbing is truly the best! I moved to Prescott one year ago. I had issues in my home and my barn that other plumbers tried to fix and couldn’t! My issue in the barn was stumping everyone, all of them coming up with the same solution that didn’t work. That is, until Skip came out! He came up with a brand new solution that not only worked but was more water efficient and saved me $2,000! All of his guys are amazing and Kassandra’s customer service and follow up skills are beyond reproach! I am so grateful to have found them and will NEVER turn anywhere else! Save yourself a lot of headaches and call them FIRST… You will be so glad you did!

Can’t say enough about this company! Lawhorn does an amazing job! They are the only company we ask to do our repairs. Since moving out of state l, we have had a few issues come up at our home in Prescott Valley. Kassandra got us scheduled in a timely manner, kept us updated on the price, and progress along with photos of the repair. The communication from this company is top tier! Any questions were answered quickly by either Skip or Kassandra. All of their crew have been amazing. I loved that they also recommended a local landscaper to fix our property after the repair. Love supporting small family owned businesses!

Above and Beyond service! Not only did they flush the nasty out of my water heater. They corrected issues that other plumbers had failed to fix. Wait there is more. My water heater was set to magma and they corrected that too and that is saving hundreds on my electric bill. Kassandra was very nice to talk to and schedule while skip and his helper did an amazing job thoroughly explaining the process and what they found in my home. I am definitely having them back for a whole house water filtration system and any plumbing needs. I recommend them for being honest, well priced and dedicated to helping out their customers

What I love most, though, is their fair pricing. It’s hard to find a trustworthy plumber who won’t charge you an arm and a leg. But Lawhorn Plumbing is different. I highly recommend Lawhorn Plumbing! Skip was able to change the plumbing from a tub to shower and move the plumbing for a new vanity sink location. He went above and beyond and talked to my husband about a lot of helpful recommended maintenance items related to the toilets, sinks and hot water heater. He is very knowledgeable and skilled and always showed up when he said he would which is not always the case with contractors. We had an extremely positive experience with Lawhorn Plumbing and already have additional work scheduled with them.

From the first contact to finishing up, the experience was above and beyond what I expected. Skip was very patient with all my questions and gave many tips that we can do in the future to save time and money. He is kind, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around. From demolition to installing new tub, toilet, and fixtures, they were so careful about keeping the rest of the house as clean and dust free as possible, and we couldn't be happier with the results!!!! Before Mr Lawhorn left to Arizona, I had him work on many problems I had with electrical, my water heater, house fans, and so many other little things that continued getting old in my house. I was so bummed out when he chose to leave my area because he always did such a great job. Many years later everything he worked on in my house is still working great. I would recommend Mr Lawhorn to anyone that needs something done. I have never met a more honest man than him.

Super happy with my new tankless water heater! Over the last couple months this company has helped me on several projects in my new home with great results. They are quick to respond, pleasant to work with, reasonable pricing, and did an excellent job on the water heater installation. I really appreciate the extra effort that went into fixing the old venting and running pipe so that I can keep an eye on the relief line for the unit. Can not recommend them enough.
