Mo was the worker. Very nice, professional man. I have a clogged in my sink pipe, under my house. I have grease in the line, thats been there for awhile. Moe worked very hard, trying to break it up, Unfortunately it wouldn't budge. The weather doesnt help, being so cold.Moe, is a Great worker, personable ,Laury's is my go to company, for all, Heating, Plumbing, and Cooling. I rate Laury's a 5 Star Company .

We have used Laury Heating in the past, they continue to provide great service. Our technician Tom was excellent, he was knowledgeable and courteous. I asked him several questions and he patiently answered them and had our heat pump back up and running in no time.

Early morning on Christmas Eve, three service technicians arrived to install a new heating system in my home on North Main Street, Mullica Hill. My old system failed the previous Sunday morning. After an emergency call that Sunday December 21st, Matt diagnosed the heater and with Dave determined that making repairs that could not be guaranteed was not a good option, the only decision was to advise me to replace. So, three days later, Eric, Alexander and Jalen arrived on Christmas Eve. They were extremely courteous, taking time to listen to and answer my questions. I went into the basement maybe five times during the seven-hour installation to ask if they needed anything. What I observed each time was a team working together, focused on what needed to be done. As a 40-year customer of Laury, I want to thank those three gentlemen for their skills and professionalism. And to Matt, DJ, Dave, the Office Staff, Eric, Alexander, and Jalen – a sincere thank you. 40 years and counting with Laury – never had a complaint, only compliments.

Disappointed with service. Came out multi times. Broke my heater with was leaking fluid. Finally supposedly fixed it. Heater goes back out three days later. Charges me again. Another Dispatch dispatching fee on Top of more parts. My first two bills never even got a proper invoice so I don’t even know what they did. For all I know they replaced the same thing again and charge me again. Or did My pump get stressed out because of the leak. I don’t know. Called multiple times no response. Honestly, more of a headache than it’s worth. If they fix my heater properly, the first time I would have no problem paying but multiple visits multiple parts. Honestly, I would just go somewhere else and we’ll be in the future

We have been clients of Laury Heating for 20+years. We have always received good service from them. Recently, e have had a young man named Josh come out to service our heater. Josh is amazing. He was able to get our thermostat back on line when no one else was able to. He also explained to us how we could do it ourselves. We are not technically savvy. He is very thorough and was able to identify why we were having an issue with our heater. He also made us aware of things that could be an issue in the future. Josh has a fantastic personality (even our dog likes him) and we want Laury to make him the tech that comes out to our house for all services.
