A client of my company, Arciera Home Care, has access to only one bathroom in her home due to mobility issues. The toilet in her bathroom was broken and urgently needed to be fixed for her wellbeing. Lakeside and its people, Tom and Eric, responded immediately so that she maintained the use of her bathroom. Tom understood the urgency and responded in kind. It was amazing work at 6:30 in the morning. Highly recommend.
Everyone at Lakeside Plumbing has been great to work with! The office staff answering the phones, Chris to consult with, and Nick who worked on our failed ejector pump are all wonderful! Thanks so much for all your efforts!!!
Definitely recommend! They did a great job fixing a plumbing situation in my basement. Good communication, reasonably priced, and quality work.
Lakeside is one of the plumbers I would highly recommend to anyone I know. Of the work they have done for us, we have been very impressed and the cost has been on par with other respected competitors. Their communication is also on point. Additionally, when they have been out for work or estimates for us, they have also caught legitimate issues that have altered how we want to do things (1. we asked for an estimate for an upstairs laundry and they noted our water supply and sewer drain diameters actually wouldn't allow for it from a code perspective; no other plumber we asked to come out even checked, 2. we had our sump pumps replaced by them and they noted the drainage into the pit was abnormal, scoped our line, and noted a possible crack in our sewer where it met the foundation (this was also verified by other plumbers). All in all, 5+ stars for Lakeside. Would use them over all of the big names in Chicagoland area.
So grateful for the education and friendly service from Lakeside Plumbing. Rodding our second floor pipes was fast and efficient. AND 8x less (you read that right) than another company we won’t be using ever again.
