Bernie’s and his helper are great at communicating the issue at hand, and are incredibly quick to respond to plumbing issues. My main drain was clogged and they came out the day of to address it. If you’re in the Fredericksburg area, I wholeheartedly recommend them
I contacted several plumbers to get help with corrosion on my pipe fittings and water acidity. Bernie was the only one to suggest doing a refit and acid neutralizer instead of a full repipe, and I appreciate the different thinking. He helped address my entire problem, was easy to communicate with, and delivered a superb level of detail with the plumbing that he had to rework.
Bernie was very good with communication and quick to respond to my questions and clean with doing all his jobs. Also his new helper Tyler was very respectful coming into our home and also made sure to make it clean once leaving.
Cogar Plumbing did a great job for me to replace an old water heater in my home. Bernie came the day after I called and replaced the water heater on the next day. The Tech was professional and friendly, and he also didn't mind me watching him do his work. Dave
