Sean and Ameth were top of the line plumbing professionals. On time, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They know there stuff from start to finish. I’ll only be using L&M for all my plumbing needs in the future. Highly recommended by a construction contractor, myself. 5 stars for them both!!! Our water is now clean, drinkable and no more worrying about bacteria in our well water !!

The team at L&M Plumbing were very helpful in troubleshooting my frozen pipes. I had guests coming for the weekend and they were able to come to the house the next day, even though the house is outside their usual territory. The communication was very good, not seen by many plumbers these days.

We had a water line freeze and cause a leak in the laundry room. Ameth and Peter arrived the very next morning. They were excellent. The pipe was in a difficult spot and Ameth figured out a solution that worked perfectly. Peter had great advice about some other projects we need to update in the future. Very happy with everything.

This is a company you’ll want if you want to see them every 18 months, because on average that’s how long their work is good for. We called for malfunctioning sewage ejector. They did give us two options, replace the float or the entire pump for literally twice as much. Not much later the pump stopped working again and wouldn’t you know it?  The whole thing would need to be replaced. Now less than two years later that broke. The culprit : “piece of metal we don’t use so it must have been down there.” again convenient that no one else has been here and a cistern that’s from the 1960s suddenly kicks up a piece of metal that finds its way to the grinder and breaks it.  Oh and this voids the warrantee completely leaving us with another bill of $1700. The “break” that was cut was “a pump at 18 months ago pricing”but didn’t provide any documentation this was an actual price. There’s a pattern developing here. By no means would I expect a small business to provide even half that bill, but if a returning customer had such a coincidental event leading to failure I’d act in better conscience.  It was the same smug worker every time, even remarking, “It's the third time I’ve been here.” Well, they now know when they walk on our property they can saunter off with close to $1000/hour. (Yes if you add up the amount of time spent at our home and the amount they’ve made, it’s close to a grand an hour.) When I asked for the number of “Ryan” it went to voicemail followed up by a text message that I’ll be contacted Monday; I understand, it's a Saturday. Clearly, having my current phone number. This company decides to call my husband. They’re fine taking the wife’s info for payment but they clearly only want to deal with husbands. The only reason I’d use them if I was a man, and I’d want to make friends because that’s how often you’ll be seeing them.

My well pump failed late on a Saturday afternoon, and I expected to be without water for days. I called L&M Plumbing, and to my surprise they scheduled me for the very next day. Chad and Josh arrived on time with everything needed to fix the problem. In just a couple of hours they had the repair completed, removed all the old parts, and left the area clean and ready to use. This is the third time I’ve used L&M Plumbing in recent years, and every experience has been the same—professional service, quality parts, and repairs done right the first time. It’s hard to find that kind of reliability today. If you need plumbing work done, I highly recommend L&M Plumbing. They’ve earned my trust.

Really happy with my experience. Called about my hot water not working. It turned out to be an easy diagnosis, but I was nonetheless appreciative of how friendly and thorough Sean was in diagnosing the problem and overviewing my options. And then Ryan (owner) came by to give some estimates; seemed like a genuine dude and not some pushy salesman. Finally, Chad came by and serviced my furnace + boiler and got it working again. Just moved to the area, but I plan on staying and raising my family here—think I found my plumber!

Major concern about potential frozen busted pipe and no water, was fixed without issue and no major leaks or damage, + an inspection for any potential problems. It was an urgent concern and Ryan came out within an hour. Super service, great people. He even went as far as assisting me with packages left in my driveway instead of being brought to my house by Amazon. I’m physically challenged and he was incredibly respectful and gracious. Thank you truly. No need to look for anyone else for any problems.

We had a problem with our toilet water valve leaking. When I called they sent out a technician within a couple of hours. The technician name was Ameth who was very knowledgeable, friendly and really took the time to explain everything that needed to be done. I really appreciate the time he took to explain and show me what exactly he was doing. As part of the service we even got a free inspection so we would know if there were any possible future issues we needed to watch for.

We unfortunately had a water leak in our water line to our house. We called L&M who we have worked with before. They got it declared an emergency and was out in 2 days to fix it. Sean was a one man team. He was excellent. He respected our needs, our property. He dug, found the leak, repaired it, filled it in, ran all sorts of tests to make sure it was fixed. He was excellent as is the whole company’s service. I recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Mike and Josh were here again to fix the leaking pipes in my bathroom. They are very hard-working, and they kept me informed on everything they did. They are awesome pair of workers. I highly recommend them. I had absolutely no cleanup and Mike diagnosed my problem and kept me aware of everything as it went along with kindness and caring. You are very blessed to have Mike and Josh as your workers I highly recommend them That needs your services.

These guys were amazing...I can't tell you how much I appreciated them. Two days before vacation we wake up with no water. I called so many different companies who told us they could come out to asses but until the next day. L & M came within in an hour of my call. Had us all fixed up in less than 2 hrs. To say im grateful and happy with the service and kindness they showed us is an understatement. Highly recommend!!!!

L & M is one of THE finest plumbing companies who cares about every detail. Their professionalism is beyond compare. The quality of workmanship is stellar. Beautifully clean work, exquisitely executed done within 200% satisfaction. L&M 's skilled personalities are more of :friends: rather than just workers. It is a 5 star company whom I would recommend highly everytime! L&M is siumply THE BEST!

Woke up this morning to no hot water. Looked on my water heater and saw L&M installed it in 2011. Called them and a few hours later they were onsite. Got 15 years out of the water heater, but was time for a new one. They had the water heater on the truck! About an hour later water heater was installed, everything cleaned up, and water lines tested. Great service all the way around.

All of the techs we’ve previously gotten plumbing help at L&M Plumbing have been great, but Chad really went above and beyond in explaining things and helping me understand what he was fixing! I appreciated the pricing options L&M provides, and Cheryl in the office is always so kind and knowledgeable. Thanks L&M Plumbing!

Sean is a real asset to L&M, his professionalism and knowledge of what had to be done was outstanding. The job was completed and I'm very pleased to have had him do the work. With completion of the work you can hardly tell there was a hole in the yard. Hats off to Sean, his helpers and L&M Plumbing! Thank you!
