I had two issue that needed attention and Justin Willis from KT Plumbing gave both issues his fullest attention. Justin was professional, attentive to my concerns and knowledgeable in his trade. I wouldn't have to think twice about calling KT Plumbing if I ever have any plumbing problems in the future. The problem was diagnosed quickly, accurately, and without hesitation on what needed to be done. I was concerned on how much this service was going to cost me and to my delight I found the cost of repairs to be more than reasonable. Justin and KT Plumbing replaced a part in our water heater. They were understanding of a surgery and accommodated our timing constraints. Punctual and courteous . We don’t get the bill so I can’t answer the rest.

After a dozen calls and a no-show appointment I called someone else to fix his work. Skip the hassle and call a reliable plumber.

We called for a new hot water heater and Karl came over. Seemed nice and professional. We agreed to the install but then couldn't get him back on the phone. We spoke once more and he said they'd be over on Monday. Said he emailed us a price as promised but we received nothing. Monday is here and nobody came. Glad, as what if we needed a repair? Completely nonresponsive. He did say they work on lots of large buildings.

These guys are what all contractors should be! When I call a professional, I expect them to make my life easier by walking me through my difficult situation and helping me make the best decision. They should do high quality work, and they should charge an honest price. KT Plumbing did all of this and then some. The main water line to my house sprung a leak and my water bill went through the roof. The guys at KT were responsive and came out to my house the next morning. They reviewed 3 options with me and provided cost and timing estimates for each. They explained that while a spot repair would be cheapest, it would only be a matter of time until the pipe sprung another leak and it would cost more in the long run. I never felt pressured to go one way or another, and they gave me confidence that I was making the best decision for me. As for the repair, they arrived and finished on time, did a great job, and cleaned up all of their mess before they left. Very professional experience from start to finish. For pricing, I agreed to one estimate, but because the job ended up being a bit easier than they originally planned for, they knocked $800 off at the end. They didn't have to do this, but this just shows you the integrity these guys have. I'm so excited I found KT Plumbing. Whenever my next plumbing crisis strikes, I already know that they will get the job done right and they will charge me a fair price while doing so.

These guys are great! I called to have a water heater repaired that was less than 2 years old and had stopped working. I was in a real bind as I had family coming to town and needed this repaired ASAP to have hot water for my guests. They were able to troubleshoot the issue, contact the manufacturer, and get a replacement unit issued under the manufacturers warranty. But since I wanted to upgrade to a tankless water heater, they were able to use the credit from my other unit to upgrade my water heater to a tankless unit. Karl’s team was so efficient at getting this done satisfactorily and flawlessly. 5 stars!

KT Plumbing is a family business, and, though not the original plumber in our house, has helped us solve some mysterious plumbing issues that have dogged us for years...particularly where hot water was bleeding back into our cold water lines. KT also moved our main water shutoff and pressure-relief valves from the crawl space into the garage where they belong! Justin & Sean, who took care of our most recent plumbing needs, were professional and courteous and resolved the issues quickly. Very satisfied with KT Plumbing. Had a hot water circulation problem and KT Plumbing was at my house the very next day. They diagnosed the problem immediately (burnt out motor) and provided me with a state of the art circulation pump. This new pump learns your usage and turns off automatically when not in use, saving energy as well as reducing my electric bill. Great Workmanship, highly recommend them!

Karl replaced our 3-year-old water heater under warranty. He handled all of the warranty transactions, making the whole process seamless for us. We were on a tight schedule for this and a few other plumbing repairs, and Karl did a great job of working with us to get it all done in time. He is customer oriented, responsive, and demonstrates that he values your business.

Really friendly team and quick turn around time from when we called for service. We were having problems with our hot water heater which ended up being a non plumbing related problem. They fixed a couple other small things for us and then recommended a guy to help with the hot water heater. Really quality honest service. Would absolutely recommend!

Justin and KT PLUMBING worked very well with our family. We had a very challenging bathroom shower situation and Justin took his time and KT plumbing took their time and scheduled us as soon as they could. They showed up on time they were respectful. And they got the job done for a very reasonable price. We are very thankful we called KT plumbing.

Justin came out and was very professional and very fast! He installed 3 toilets (one was hopelessly clogged) and a new disposal for me in around 2 hours Also he took great care in cleaning up afterward and taking away the old toilets. Would recommend 10/10 . Reasonable prices.

Kyle was amazingly quick, courteous and efficient in helping me when my water heater went out. He came with a new water heater, removed the old one and even helped me with my garbage disposal. He provided quality service and a peace of mind when in a chaotic and stressful time.
