He was very respectful of our space and family, and my wife and him had pleasant conversation while he was in the house. Had a major water heater failure and Kouprey plumbing came out to fix it, I had the privilege of meeting Danny who was not only kind but was extremely respectful took the time to explain step by step what needed to be done and how he was going to do it .
