My wife and i called and was greeted with a nice lady that listen to what we needed and understood our problem. was able to get a young man dispatched to out home within 2 hours. the young man called when he was on the way , ( faster than we expected, i have to add ) and got here and got to work looking to find the problem. called within 20 mins of arriving to let us know what he found and offered solutions and options. we agreed to a solution and he got to work. after about on hour, it was fixed and we had heat. we want to thank this young man for his honestly , and positive attitude and most of all just great work ethic. You all are amazing and we are so thankful to know you are here to help and we will tell everyone about you and your great work. I think that his name was Caleb

So glad we contacted Knight for maintenance on our Generac Generator, plus getting quotes on updating the plumbing and heating/cooling units. They are such a pleasure to work with, very informative and helped with any suggestions. We will gladly be recommending Knight for any home service needed. BEWARE: This company WILL CON ELDERLY WIDOWS. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. They will ABSOLUTELY take advantage of a scared elderly widow. They seen that my mother was scared, and they capitalized on that by JACKING the prices thru the roof and playing scare tactics. My elderly mother called them during an emergency, and I regret it. The only positive was that they actually showed up on time. Unfortunately, everything after that was unacceptable. My mother lives alone in Jamestown and had a burst water line under her house. A neighbor shut off the main water, and she called this company for help. The technician was there less than 15 minutes and only capped off the line. He did not repair it, replace it, or offer any practical solution other than suggesting a full replacement of all the plumbing in her home for about $10,000. The charge to simply cap the water line to the shower was nearly $900. We paid the invoice because my mother was scared and didn’t know what else to do, but for the work performed, that price was extremely high. She still has no running water in her shower and is out $900. I understand emergency service fees, but this seemed unreasonable. I strongly encourage others, especially families helping elderly parents, or families on a tight budget (like social security) to look elsewhere. We will not be using this company again. UPDATE to his response: This IS EXACTLY what happened. I have in home security cameras. He attempted to move the cabinet but was secured to the wall. JUST BECAUSE HE OFFERED TO DRILL A HOLE IN THE WALL DOES NOT JUSTIFY THIS PRICE. SHE HAD HIM CRAWL UNDER THE HOUSE BECAUSE IT WAS AN EASY 2 MINUTE FIX. Imagine how outrageous the cost would of been if he started drilling holes in the wall. YOUR SCAM ARTISTS and Ill be sure everyone knows. Even if he WAS there for an hour, he ONLY CAPPED THE LINE OFF. HE DID NOT FIX ANYTHING. It still does not justify that price.

I recently had a plumbing issue that needed urgent attention, and I'm so glad I called this team.
