Kinsmen Service Pros

Kinsmen gave me great and quick service on repairing a leaky faucet and replacing old piping that was also leaking. The service tech was friendly and kept the area he was working at picked up and clean both before and after the work was done. I also found the office personal to be very friendly and helpful. This was definitely a five star job

We have been a customer of Melfi Plumbing now Kinsmen Service Pros for over 15+ years and they have always been dependable and professional when providing a service. When making an appointment the customer service is always very pleasant and they make the process very easy. They are the best! Today we needed work done on our hot water heater and the tech Nick, who was very professional and pleasant explained to us our issue and gave us options. Needless to say he repaired the unit and finished in a short period of time. We have also had a few emergency situations as well and they did not hesitate to reach us as quickly as possible. Very polite and on time. The caulking in our master bathroom had started to peel. The guys came in and matched the original color of the caulk pretty well , a little mold had built up and they knocked it out. Both gentlemen were polite and had the approval of my GSD/Pit mix dog who enjoyed lots of back rubs from the technicians. Job done well. I highly recommend and I really like the two Lion logos.

This is the 2nd time that I've used Kinsman. The first time, they installed my whole home water system. Today, they replaced for toilets that I purchased. They did an excellent job and I would continue to use their services. I was going to cancel my services with them because I received a quote at half of what they were charging me. But thankfully, the owner told me what to ask for from the other company. And they were not able to furnish proof. While it's understandable to want to spend less, trust me folks, less isn't always more. We preferred to stay with Kinsman and have the piece of mind knowing that if something went wrong with the installation, they would be able to cover it.
