I made a service call on a Sunday evening and they were able to schedule a visit the very next morning. They were very friendly & helpful service over the phone and with discussing info about my plumbing problem and with the scheduling. I was dealing with an internal basement sewer main clean-out issue with an older cast iron pipe. Dan, the technician arrived at the expected time in the morning, was friendly, knowledgeable and very informative. He listened to my issues and what I have been dealing with. He accessed the problem and provided 3 potential options with very reasonable pricing. We discussed the options and chose the best route for my needs, and proceeded w the repair. He had to depart momentarily to retrieve some materials, but came back quickly to start the project. Dan handled the repair within a couple hours after returning & starting. When he was done, he notified me and I went down to review the work, it was a solid clean repair which aligned to what we discussed & agreed upon. He also did a great job cleaning up the area - couldn’t even tell he was there or a repair was recently made. I am very satisfied with Dan and this company. Overall, they were very helpful, friendly, timely, reliable, knowledgeable, and offered reasonable pricing. I will definitely work with them again for future plumbing needs.

King Rooter teamed up with Anytime Plumbing from Santa Fe, New Mexico to do a re-line project at Kendall HOA, Purgatory Ski Resort, Durango, Colorado. It was an extensive project that required re-lining the entire plumbing system in a 5 story building. It was over $2,000,000.00 in work that had to be completed in 4 months. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. MAKE SURE THEY SHOW YOU HARD COPIES OF THE ESTIMATE BEFORE YOU AGREE TO ANYTHING. For my mom’s residence. Water was coming up from the floor sewer. They came and talked my mom into 1500 dolors worth of work. My mom thought she was getting the pipe fixed so it wouldn’t leak anymore. They were called to fix a leak. Turns out they were there to snake the drain and replace pipe above ground that is not leaking. Therefore leaving the leak in the ground unattended. Then after saying that she needs to pay more for a coating. When she was under the impression that the leak repair was included in the estimate. They left and never gave my mom an estimate on what it would cost to fix the leak it’s been a week. This company is BS. STAY AWAY.

I took their earliest appointment which was a week out. They called and canceled the morning of the appointment and offered another appointment a week later. After stating this is an unacceptable solution they said maybe someone could make it out in two days. Not a professional company. Call someone else.

Two weeks ago I had an emergency situation with the main line from my house to the sewer terribly blocked and water was backing up into my basement. Brandon and Jeff came out the next day, diagnosed the problem, set me up with a temporary fix until the team could come out with the "big gun" and scrape out all the gunk in there a few days later. They did a great job and my drain is like new!. Three years ago I had two issues that needed to be repaired,. The owner came out and inspected the situation, explained everything clearly to me and gave me an estimate for the parts and service. The actual servicemen they sent were extremely professional and polite. They had to cut into my basement ceiling for one of the repairs and they cleaned up everything before they left. I had questions about the two items they replaced and they patiently explained everything to me about how to adjust them, etc. I would definitely recommend using this company.

Jeff and the team at King Rooter are great to work with! I had them come out to my home to repair a leak on an irrigation line. When I called and scheduled, they said they would let me know when the tech was on the way. As promised I did receive a call from the technician one hour before he arrived at my home. When the technician arrived, he immediately found the problem and explained what needed to be done. A few minutes later, I received a call from the service manager, who gave me three options for the repair. Once I chose the option for me, they immediately got to work and repaired the leak within 30 minutes. What I really enjoyed about this is that there was no pressure on either option. I also received a call from Jeff the owner later on that day to make sure that I had received satisfactory service. I recommend King Rooter for all of your plumbing needs.

Jordan was extremely helpful in replacing an outside faucet, installing a pressure regulator valve, and replacing the old galvanized pipe with PEX tubing. Initially there was a leak in the original galvanized pipe after work, which took a couple days to find a solution, and we ultimately replaced all the galvanized with pex and copper. The job was bigger than any of us expected, however, I appreciated they came to our house three times, a supervisor helped present solutions on the last visit, and they credited my payment from job that didn’t hold originally to the final job. They were professional and persistent with the challenge, and I do feel they made an effort to make sure we felt the price was fair and the job was done well. I contacted King Rooter Plumbing through a friend who referred them to me. I explained and sent King Rooter a video of a leak that we were very concerned about. King Rooter came over to my son in laws home and Robert and supervisor diagnosed the issue replaced the PRV and stayed at the house until everything was back to normal. They were efficient, professional, friendly and amazing to work with. We were very pleased and I would recommend King Rooter plumbing to anyone who is having an issue or emergency issue related to plumbing.

Overall a great experience. Had them come fix a toilet on my commercial property. A couple hiccups getting scheduled due to being booked at a time not available and then technician not having time as the new scheduled time. Team was great at rectifying the situation with a small discount to make up for the mishap. Kollette in the office is great at communicating, always updating on when the tech is on their way, etc. Tech was great about providing different options at different price points to fix the toilet.

Jonathan is the man! He was able to come to my house and diagnose the issues I was having with my Shower as well as help me get a toilet installed. I cut my hand while doing a remodel, so having King Rooter send out a tech to help me complete some work at my home was greatly appreciated. I work in the construction industry and must say it was a joy to work with a company as well a plumber who do great work and give it to you straight. Again thank you and Jonathan for helping me get my bathroom working again.

Jonathan and Brandon came to the rescue with our sewer line emergency. The line was broken under our 100 year old garage, 5 feet down. They were great! Not only professional, but quick to diagnose the problem, figure out a solution and fix the break. The repair was completed in a few hours, all while taking into consideration the structural integrity of the garage. When finished, it was if they hadn’t been there. Considering the stress of the situation, we couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Update: the owner reached out and has offered to make things right. She was out of town when this happened and the manager handled it very poorly. Updating to 4 stars because the work was done quickly and the crews were nice. Thank you, Stephanie! I had a cracked cast iron pipe in the basement replaced by King Rooter. The quote was about half as much as our normal plumber's quote, and the reviews are good, so I decided to go with them. The work was done quickly and the crew was polite.

They did a fine job, but they blew sewage out of the cleanout into our yard and didn’t clean it up. They also dumped all of their trash, including unsealed bags of sewage, into our recycling. Because they were not tied, they had spilled all over our recycling can already, plus me while I was moving them. Additionally, they used items around our yard like our dog’s water bowl to clean out the sewage and left them filthy, smelly, and unusable.

King Rooter & Plumbing was amazing. I had an issue with a backed up French drain, causing standing water and water in my basement. Al came out to inspect the issue. He gave me 3 options for solutions, talked through each one, and made me feel confident in his expertise. Before booking, I called for clarification. Whoever I spoke with reassured me, answered my questions, and was very kind. The repair process was painless. I am very pleased!
