What To Watch Out For
Major quality control failure: One review documents a simple drain job that escalated to $6,000 charge after junior plumber mishandled cable deployment, stuck it 240ft down drain, and team charged for hours spent fixing their own mistake.
Lack of preparedness: Same incident shows company lacked basic knowledge (Fairfax County sewage map) that homeowner had to provide, suggesting inadequate job planning.
Accountability gaps: Company blamed customer's collapsed pipe despite drain now working fine after cable removal, and charged for unrelated activities (Lowes trip, engine check).

Brad did an amazing job! I highly recommend. He explained everything as he went. He was considerate of the time/cost it took to complete the job and therefore worked efficiently and quickly. I had a water leaking from my bathtub drain and they came out, found the problem and fixed everything in the same day. He had to drill out the 1960s, rusted drain and got it done!! I think he did an amazing job and quick!
I had been dealing with a plumbing issue in my condo with my management company for over 10 days. Finally, on a holiday weekend, it reached a crisis point. I contacted my management company and they finally acted on a sunday to have a plumber come look at this situation Luckily they contacted Kiddco who is very familiar with this neighborhood. Corey called me and arrived within about an hour. When he arrived.I explained the situation and he got right to work. He took great pains to protect my carpeting and the kitchen floor. He worked efficiently and got it done, it's even can you adding an additional feature under the sink to make it easier to deal with the issue if it ever happened again. Corey was kind, and this is like but so much fun to work with and I truly appreciated him coming out on a holiday weekend to take care of my issue. I will highly recommend a Kiddco to anyone who needs a plumber. Thank you so much: Corey is a treasure.
We had a great experience with Kiddco Plumbing. Brad was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He quickly took care of our natural gas hookup for a gas grill and made the whole process smooth and efficient. Kiddco’s pricing is fair and reasonable, with no surprises. Dan was also a pleasure to deal with on the phone—friendly, helpful, and clearly knows his stuff. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Highly recommend Kiddco.
Unprofessional, unprepared, overpriced, and no accountability. I'm attaching our invoice: a simple clogged drain estimated to take 3 hours to fix took 4 days and resulted in a $6,000 invoice because their junior plumber shoved 240ft of cables down our drain and got it stuck, due to its sheer weight and friction, despite of the fact we had access points every 100ft and they never should've used that much cable to begin with. Their team wasted 3 days looking for access to retrieve their cable. Eventually my husband had to provide them with the publicly available Fairfax County sewage map he found online, which had all of our access points and a manhole location 240ft out. That's how they finally got their cables out. This county sewage map is public information! How a plumbing company doesn't have it readily available before shoving 6 rolls, 240ft of cable down our drain is just scary. They claimed that the cable stuck because our pipe collapsed, even proposed to dig up our lawn at one point, but now it's draining fine and they got the cable out 240ft from the house down a hill, go figure. In that invoice, they charged us for all of the hours they spent fixing their own mistake and some: time they spent going to Lowes to buy ratchet straps, walking around the property looking for access points that they should've known beforehand, as well as checking their own car's engine... see photo. They also used our deck support beam as leverage trying to ratchet out their cable, this could've ended very poorly. Husband also missed two days of work helping them out. I would avoid them at all cost.
Paul from Kiddco Plumbing is my hero! He worked some major magic and saved the day. I had an emergency where the water main line literally broke inside the wall of the property. Upon calling Kiddco, they managed to move things around to get to my property as promptly as possible. He fixed the water line for my property with beautiful work, put the rest of the complex back on line and even finished off the job by replacing valves underneath my sink. I will forever call Kiddco Plumbing and ask for Paul. I highly recommend him…he’s professional, a true master of his trade and even has jokes to break up the stress! I couldn’t thank him enough. Paul is great!!!
