Had emergency, toilet destroyed by careless worker. Called Kevin. Responded within the hour and replaced completely, including getting rid of roots that were inside drain. All within one hour. Fantastic. Thanks.

I have never posted a negative review but after feeling like I was taken advantage of I decided to post this. We had to take out our master bathroom cabinets because they were too high for me to use. I am in a wheelchair. When I called what seemed like the only plumber that had availability in the next two days (Kevin Lovely Plumbing) I was quoted $295 to hook the two sinks back up and install two new faucets (which we had already purchased). After the job was finished (in under one hour) Kevin said $360! I couldn’t believe my ears! He took $320 cash. I WILL NEVER USE HIM OR HIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL DISCOURAGE EVERYONE I KNOW TO DO THE SAME.

I run into our landscaper Mr. Mark and I told him my water heater stopped working. Mr. Mark told told me call the plumber Mr. Lovely. I called Mr. Lovely in the presence of Mr. Mark. I introduced my self and I gave my phone to Mr. Mark Mr. Mark told him that my water heater stopped working. Over the phone, Mr. Lovely never discuss how much it cost the job to fix it neither to me nor to Mr. Mark. Mr. Lovely rang my doorbell. I went outside to found out that Mr. Lovely had sneaked into my garage removing the upper cover of the thermostat without my permission and without discussing the cost and what I need such as replacing thermostats or replacing heat elements or changing both. All he did reset the thermostat switch by pressing on it(The reset swith was tipped off causing the problem) and he measured the voltage. He told me you can use it now and on Monday, I will replaced the water heater for $1800. He also wanted me to pay him $180 for a job which took no more than three minutes. I told him, I can do what you did. I show him the device. Thr dive has different functions such as V, I,..ohm Amazing is’ nt that Mr Lovely wanted me to pay him $180 for three minutes for a job without discussing my issue, only sneaking into my garage without permission. Never hire the sneaker Mr. Lovely who wanted to take the advantage of you.
