I had an emergency plumbing issue where I had to turn off the water to the house. I remembered Kenneth Black plumbing from reading on "Nextdoor". I gave them a call and explained my issue. A few hours later, Ramon and Alejandro were at my house. They were Super! The cost was very reasonable. Kenneth Black Plumbing is 2nd to None.

I had to call Kenneth Black Plumbing today and I was so thrilled with the amazing service they provided, at a VERY reasonable price I’d like to add. Not only did they do a superb job for me, but the two gentlemen, Erick and Jonathan, that came out to do the work, were the MOST polite and well mannered young men I’ve seen in quite a while! If I ever need any of their services they will be the only company I’d call!

Kenneth Black Plumbing is amazing! My husband and I currently rent, and we had a dripping shower head issue. They came out the same day we sent in a request, and they solved the problem within 30 mins! Scott was the person who called me. He and his crew were very respectful and even answered some questions I had after the matter! They’re very knowledgeable, and I already saved his number incase we need any more help in the future. I highly recommend using them!

Had a weird sitution with these people. Called about a specific problem I had and spoke to a few people. After a couple of days the guys show up about the job. I had told the people in the office at least 4 times what specifically my problem was. The two gentlemen came into the house and i showed them the exact spot where the problem was. They immediatly separated and started running around my house opening doors to rooms, closets, etc. and yelling back and forth in spanish something to each other. They were moving very quickly from one end of the house to the other. After looking in every room, closet, cabinet, etc. they said that is not a service they provide and i should call someone else. I feel like my house had been "cased" or something. I was very uncomfortable around them.

I recently used this business and was less than satisfied. While I appreciate them arriving in a very timely manner on a Sunday Morning, I found neither person to be very friendly and I ended up calling a different company as they really didn’t do much digging to find the course of my toilet leak. I did have them use the camera to check for a blockage but past that, they only offered to install a new toilet and I just felt like they were annoyed to be there. Today I called someone else and they went above and beyond and took care of everything with detailed explanation and proactively looking for the source of problem. I feel this company ripped me off to be totally honest.

I had a plumbing issue that started inside and surprised me outside. That's when I knew I needed a professional! Our neighbor referred us to Kenneth Black Plumbing and we had two other companies come out. Kenneth Black was detail-oriented and very knowledgeable. He used sophisticated equipment to diagnose the issue. Then he gave us two options, one was a lower cost band-aid solution that he didn't recommend, and the other one would address the root cause for good. Mr. Black went the extra mile noting how the problem could have been caused when the house was built. He told us that one of the utility companies could have damaged the line with their digging equipment and a small crack could have led to the tree root getting in it. Plumber two came out to diagnose the issue and had a much more costly solution. While plumber three came and did not do any diagnostic. He only asked what was happening and blurted out $2,500 for a fix. He was the only plumber who did not use any equipment to diagnose the problem because he said it would cost $300+ on top of the $100+ trip charge to do so. It was an easy decision to go with Kenneth Black and his company. I trusted his assessment and you could tell he cared about giving us a real solution given his work efforts up front. His team did a wonderful job fixing the problem. He also enhanced our plumbing system to make it more effective and aesthetically pleasing too. They took pictures for the utility company to review, and I reached out to the utility company about it. The utility agreed with Mr. Black's assessment and reimbursed us the $1,500 plumbing charge. Thanks for a job well done and helping us with the reimbursement too!

I had heard some very good things about this company and I as well had a very good experience. I got a spoon stuck in a garbage disposal and I took it apart and pulled with all my might and couldn't get the spoon out. I was going to replace it but because it was hardwired instead of plug in, I didn't want to mess with it so I called a professional. The guy that came was very good and friendly. He shared some of his expertise with me and talked me through all the options with the garbage disposal. I decided to replace the garbage disposal. He went to work and did a great job even taking care to clean up on even the smallest water droplet that came out. The price was also very reasonable. I will definitely call them again. I had such a good experience that I didn't want to give less than five stars but I will say the lady that scheduled the appointment was a little difficult to talk to. She didn't quite seem to know I was going on and kept saying that a date wasn't available after she told me it was. She then called me back three times after actually getting something scheduled to tell me information that she forgot to tell me or ask a question. She also kept saying she couldn't hear me so I had to practically at yell. It was a bit of an ordeal to get it scheduled but the actual service was better than any plumber I ever had.

Today we heard the story about how he got into the plumbing business and it is worth knowing... Arnold is a kind, gentle soul. He is an ex registered nurse, worked with autistic and down's children, worked with the elderly in nursing homes and even worked for the City of Roswell trash department. Then about 17 years ago, he got started as a plumber. He is very loyal to Ken Black (and for a good reason) as he has been his mentor for many years. Kenneth Black also is an exemplary person who has done right with Arnold and with all of his employees. Today, Arnold figured out our problem right away after another plumber was not able to. He is always very reasonable but more importantly very empathetic and goes the extra mile to make sure that you are completely satisfied with his job and his price. He is that TRUE GEM that you are always looking for! If you are looking for that SPECIAL plumber who will take care of you, look no further!!

I heard of this plumbing establishment through the Nextdoor app. When I found out that I needed another water heater, I called Kenneth Black Plumbing not only for the ratings, but also for the Christian values I want. When I called, the dispatcher was vary pleasant and vary knowledgeable of my needs. I sent a picture of my water heater and she told me that I definitely had a electric water heater, and quoted me a price and my wife and I both agreed that it was a vary good price for what we were getting with labor included. I did receive a call at the time they said, and they showed up to check out the old water heater. Then they had to go and get the new water heater. There were 2 men who were doing this job. One was Diageo, but I don't remember the name of the other young man. They were both vary professional and seemed to know what each other needed at the moment it was needed. Both men were very friendly and polite, and a pleasure to talk with. They answered all of my questions so that I understood everything that they were doing. They did the job in about 45 minutes to an hour, which was great. I am so blessed to have called Kenneth Black Plumbing, and I will definitely be referring this company to anyone who needs any plumbing issues fixed. Another happy customer. God Bless 🙌

We encountered a broken water pipe under our driveway during the early evening…of all days, on a Friday. Had no idea which plumber to call; my neighbor mentioned “Kenneth Black plumbing.” I gave his office a call around 8PM and left a message (didn’t expect a call-back until perhaps Saturday) However, 10 minutes later, Kenneth called me…said he was on another job, but could be at my home around 11:30PM. I was surprised he’d come that late; especially because he said I wasn’t going to be billed for his visit (what plumber does that?). He arrived on time, assessed my problem, gave me a fair estimate, and promised to come to make the repair Saturday afternoon. Kenny came as promised, and within a couple of hours, he found the faulty section of pipe and repaired it. Monday morning, Kenny and his crew arrived and completed the job superbly. I normally don’t give ANY company a 5-star rating… but Kenneth Black Plumbing deserves every star! He was completely honest with me, and completed the job within his estimated cost. I believe it was a fair price for the amount of work that was needed to repair the pipe nearly 4 feet beneath my driveway. So, if you need a great plumber, just go ahead and call Kenneth Black! You won’t be disappointed.

I had partial re-piping done including the replacement of 2 old water heaters. I am not sure if I got the best overall price, because I stopped looking after I met with Richard and Javier whom earned my trust on the spot. I am a pretty good judge of character, and the entire team (including Alejandro and Ramon) I dealt with seemed to be of the highest integrity. They stand by their word and do a high quality job no matter how long it takes. My last plumber had taken shortcuts to fix a leaking pipe and did not route the recirculating hot water pipes correctly. Richard took his time to rectify the issue and now our recirculating hot water system is working better than ever. The scheduling team including Kayla provided outstanding service too at all sorts of hours. I have finally found my Go To Plumbing Team. The lesson I have learned with home service providers over the years is to not hire the ones that do the heaviest advertising; those are the ones you stay away from. Kenneth Black Plumbing does not do any advertising, they don't need to, their reputation speaks for itself. I have already referred them to a friend.

We have never had better service than we had tonight. After our water heater spilled it’s entire contents on our garage floor, I called Kenneth Black Plumbing at about 5pm on a Saturday, thinking it would be a miracle if we had hot water again by Tuesday. Mr. Black not only answered the phone, but told us what to do to get the water to stop draining out, gave us a price (a very reasonable one, too) and told us he’d be here tonight. He was true to his word! His team, Arnold and Javier, were here within a couple of hours to get the old tank out and get everything prepped. Then Mr. Black came with the new water heater and they installed it quickly and beautifully. They fixed/replaced the things that weren’t right with our previous setup and made sure everything was up to code and working well. We legitimately couldn’t believe the amazing level of service. All three gentleman were friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. From phone call to payment was about 5 hours. When’s the last time you had service like that??? I certainly never have. This company has a customer for life!!!

I am writing to express the absolutely outstanding service we received from Kenneth Black Plumbing. On July 4th, we noticed water pouring out of our front yard near the water meter. We called Fulton County, hoping it would be an issue on their end. Unfortunately, they informed us that we had a cracked home water line that was our responsibility. I started researching on Nextdoor and saw amazing reviews about Kenneth Black Plumbing. Believe me, this company has earned its reputation. We called on July 5th (holiday weekend), and they had someone at our house within two hours. In less than an hour of their arrival, our issue was fixed, and we were charged an extremely reasonable price--we were literally shocked! One of the gentlemen even watered my dry plants! Ramon and Alejandro were so nice and professional. It was refreshing to get genuinely quick and effective service at a reasonable price. We will 100% use Kenneth Black Plumbing for any future issues we have, and I've already recommended them to our neighbors! Thank you, Kenneth Black plumbing!

Let me save you some time—stop reading and just call them. Seriously. Here’s the deal: 55+ year-old house with a cast iron drain that was backing up. We had the job quoted by another company—lowest bid was $2K, highest was $37K (yes, you read that right—they wanted to tear up the floors and concrete to replace the whole pipe). A friend recommended KBP, and I’m so glad they did. They came out, assessed the situation, and used a camera to show us exactly where the blockage was. Then they power-snaked the drain four times, showing us the progress after each pass. They even waited for a backup battery to show me the final clear result—blockage gone! And the best part? The whole thing cost less than half of the lowest quote we got. Ramone and Alejandro were professional, courteous, and clearly knew their stuff—no nonsense, no upsell, just honest work.
